I cannot thank him enough. He came out on a Sunday morning a couple of hours after calling. Me and my children were freezing with no heating. Not only did he solve the problem with my boiler he showed me what to do if the same problem with the frozen pipe was to happen again. Literally a life saver. Had a heated towel rail fitted. They were brilliant from start to finish- kept me updated as to when it could be done. They did a great job, were prompt, professional and knowledgeable and left no mess. I would certainly recommend them and have no hesitation in using them again in the future.

I contacted Steve and he managed to create an appointment for me even though he was really busy, to check my mums boiler which was leaking. The boiler was 20 years old so had definitely seen better days. Steve quoted me a great price & my mum had a new boiler fitted within a week by Steve & Josh. What I liked was Steve quoted me for the boiler based on my mums house size not something ridiculous. I didn’t personally meet them but spoke to Steve on the phone a few times and he was great. My mum said they were both lovely & helpful & cleaned up after themselves too. My mum is so happy with the new boiler she now wants them back to install a new radiator in the kitchen. From initial contact, I found Steve to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. He carried out a full survey of my boiler including the external pipework, controller and the water pressure in my property. He spent time fully explaining my options and I felt he was being honest rather than trying to sell me the most expensive product. Steve quoted me for three different boilers and allowed me to make the decision without trying to push me into buying a boiler at additional cost, that I did not need. He understood that I wanted the boiler fitted ASAP and changed his appointments to fit me in at the earliest date. There was something about his manner that convinced me that he would do a great job. Within 48 hours of first meeting Steve, I had a new boiler fitted. On the day of installation, both Steve and Josh turned up on time and set to work. Throughout their time on my property, they acted professionally and worked hard to complete the installation. Both were really friendly and respectful of my house. They fully explained what they were doing, and any issues they had to overcome. They tidied up after themselves and left my property clean. The price quoted was the price I paid. There were no hidden or extra charges. I would not hesitate to use this company again. They are two of the best tradesmen I have used and I can't recommend them highly enough. I have been consistently very happy working with this excellent firm over many years but particularly pleased with Jack Fox today. He had never installed an Inspire Automation Landlord Wireless App Thermostat before and clearly used his expertise with similar systems, many more complicated than Inspire, to efficiently install and commission the product with just one hours Labour time. I can now control my heating and hot water usage from anywhere in the world for my short term guest bookings with a simple boost button for them to use for comfort if still in the property during working hours / weekends!

After finding an overnight leak from our hot water tank we did need help pretty quickly I rang M&R Plumbing & Heating Ltd and they said they had someone in the area and would get him to call. Michael duly arrived, he managed to drain the system for us and was able to leave with our water supply and central heating working while a new tank was ordered. This was fitted by Jake and his assistant who did a really professional and thorough job leaving everything neat and tidy. We also found the office staff were very friendly and helpful. We can't recommend this company enough and would certainly use them for any other jobs.

Had an issue on Christmas morning with water coming through the ceiling from the water tank. Dean picked up the message and rang at 9am- guided us on how to isolate the problem while ensuring we still had use of the central heating and mains water until the work was done. If you are looking for a competent no-nonsense Gas engineer. Look no further. Dean did such a fantastic Job with our heating and hot water system. They are very professional but also flexible to accommodate changes required during the Job. A combination that can be hard to get. Plus the price is very competitive. We changed the hot water cylinder and a Potterton boiler of 22 years. Doing these required quite a bit of plumbing overhaul. We are very happy with the Job done. We cannot recommend him enough.

Was having an issue with my washing machine drainage, the plumber came out and checked it and was friendly, had a look at the pipes at the back and discovered technically there wasn't an issue with the washing machine, or only issue could be the pump if connected right and so didn't charge for service but gave me some advice regarding fixing a separate issue. Would happily recommend them, knowledgeable and completely reasonable, if I have any issues I'll absolutely be calling here first

Outstanding service, contacted Tuesday night with a condemned boiler Serdar and Simon were here Wednesday morning fitting a new boiler as we had no heating and hot water. They fitted a new boiler and did a power flush with certificates and warranties. They have to be the cleanest and most polite tradesmen ever, they left the house spotless like they they were never there. Can't recommend enough thanks for the service.

Absolutely top notch service. There was a blockage in my plumbing, affecting water flow through the hot tap. The team carried out a methodical process of elimination and resolved the issue. Did both my houses to a high standard finish, both the bathrooms and boilers, The boilers came with a unbelievable warranty!! The prices were very reasonable and both houses were always left clean Jonathon was always on the end of the phone when i needed advice or help with anything even after the job was done.. brilliant all round service and the lads were great to chat to, I will definitely be using again and recommending to everyone i know who needs a decent reliable plumber 10/10
