Dave fitted our gas fire and surround a few weeks ago with his son and did a great job. We're really pleased with the work and he left everywhere clean and tidy. He has been out again today because the boiler started leaking he came quickly and fixed it in no time. Very reasonable charge too. Will definately use him again for all our plumbing needs.

If you want a decent plumber, Dave's your man. We had no hot water called out the 1st plumber, didn't turn up! 2nd turned up but couldn't sort it, called Mossley plumbing turned up earlier than he said, sorted it within an hour and for a lot less money than I thought, for a Sunday, cheers Dave.

We're so pleased with the work completed by mossley hill plumbers and can't recommend them enough. Our electric shower was out of action after a house rewire and we needed to get a new thermostatic shower installed/retile asap before Christmas. I spoke with Eddie who was incredibly helpful and managed to fit us in on short notice. Communication was excellent throughout and so friendly, even when we forgot to leave the house keys for them one day... The work was completed to schedule and they left the space tidy. Most importantly, the shower space looks and works great. We will definitely be using mossley hill plumbers for our upcoming bathroom renovation.

I had a complete bathroom renovation done by Mossley Hill Plumbers in Nov 2020. I had a design prepared and Eddie and his team executed it perfectly in 3-4 weeks. Eddie took care of sourcing and delivery of all the fixtures and fittings and consulted with me along the way. He also managed the entire project so there was no need to worry about the scheduling of plumbers, plasterers, electricians, tilers or decorators. As typical during any project, the design had a few changes along the way. Some forced, some down to my whims. Eddie met them all with enthusiasm and expertise. The company strapline is "Reliable.TrustWorthy.Professional". I can certainly vouch for all 3. Indeed I would happily add friendly and approachable. If you need a new bathroom, look no futher! We had Eddie and his team to do our bathroom ensuite renovation. Can't sing their praises high enough. They did an excellent job and from start to finish the job went smoothly. I got taken into hospital unexpectedly at the beginning but Eddie stepped up and took over the sourcing of materials and sending them over for us to approve so it kept the job on track. Fantastic service and nothing was too much trouble for any of the team thank you so much for our lovely ensuite we love it.

Update: E&S plumbing has done it again. Going above and beyond. I contacted them this morning stating I had an error code on my boiler. (Coldest night for a while -6 degrees). Turns out the condenser down pipe was frozen. Eddie visited us within the hour and unblocked the pipe. At no charge. Super fast response. Friendly as always. I would award 10 stars if I could. Previous: E&S Plumbing do a top notch job. They replaced our outdated combi boiler with a new more efficient model more suited to our needs. They are professional, prompt and friendly. They persevered with our difficult job and came out on top. Cleaned up and organised for removal of the old scrap boiler. Talked us through how to use it and left us with a smile on our faces. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Great job lads, thanks.

Rob and Dan came to fit my new ideal boiler and hive thermostat today. The job was to remove the old boiler and replace it with a new one in a new location. Both the guys are extremely professional. The install is amazing we couldn’t be happier with it. They are super easy to get on with and made the whole process very easy with very little disruption. The job was booked in good time and we were very happy with the competitive price and their advice on products was spot on. They have left my property warm clean and ready for the next 7 years (at least) of trouble free heating. Highly recommended 10/10

Neil was absolutely a life saver. He came the same day we called out looked at the issue and fixed it then and there. He was very polite, friendly and talked us through everything. Thankfully he was also extremely well prepared and had the part he needed so was able to leave us with a working boiler. I was also relieved that the pricing was fair. Overall excellent. We had Adam some time ago to fit a radiator in our conservatory. Did a good job at a reasonable price and cleaned up when finished. Called him out this week to fix a leak from our boiler. Came when he said he would, fixed leak and then got out Hive thermostat working again. I would always contact Adam for plumbing work as I trust him to do a proper job and he's a decent bloke.

Adam has been fantastic from the get-go! Survey - He arrived at my property to complete a survey, very professional, polite, knowledgeable and very friendly. Adam listened to what kind of boiler I wanted and got me a quote a few days later outlining all the parts and details. Installation – During installation Adam arrived right on time and literally just got on with the work, by midday my cylinder tank and old boiler was out, and the new boiler was fitted. There were some problems along the way as the hot water supply was cut off during install but Adam stayed longer than usual to figure out a way in the evening and tackle the problem head on in the morning. All he managed to get the hot water pipe all sorted and fitted the next morning which saved me having my floorboards ripped up as recently had new carpets put down. Aftercare – Adam was very careful and considerate when working in the property. He kept everything tidy and made sure no mess was left behind. He was even so kind enough to do a bit a joinery work and added some new boards to where my cylinder tank sat and boarded up some areas of pipework for me which he did not have to do. I would highly recommend Adam to carry out any Gas & Plumbing work! He has been amazing! You will be my go-to guy for any gas work/servicing/plumbing.
