Chris has done a few jobs for me over the last 6 weeks. Two new radiators, two new sets of taps and a pipe repair. I have nothing but positive things to report. Used Lee to install a new vertical radiator for us. He responded really quickly and popped around and gave us a really reasonable quote. He is a really friendly and helpful person. Very knowledgeable at what he does. He kept in regular contact and fitted us in to do the job within a week. I would definitely recommend using Lee for any plumbing or heating work you have 👍🏼

Had a new boiler fitted last year.Lee was very professional and offered great advice. When the boilers annual service was due this week I had no hesitation in calling Lee again. He arrived promptly and got on with the job. He really treats your property like it was his own, tidying up and leaving exactly as he found it. Very professional and highly recommended.

Very pleased with my new gas fire fitted by Lee, would highly recommend him. He kept me updated with times of his arrival, he was very knowledgeable about his trade, found him to be friendly and trustworthy and would definitely use him again. He has also fitted a new gas boiler for my elderly parents which they are pleased with, he did a great tidy job. Having been recently let down by our regular engeneer , I was given Lees number to arrange a service on our boiler . It was the best call I had ever made. ! Lee went above and beyond to sort our boiler as other issues came to light . Lee is professional, polite and totally reliable. Needed help repairing an old mixer tap. Needed a washer for the neck and replacement tap headgear. The parts were hard to find. “Stop tap and switch” was recommended by Plumbase as unfortunately they didn’t have the parts. Very nice bloke at “stop tap and switch” had the neck washer available and owing to the fact the tap headgear was no longer available to buy he took apart, repaired, greased up the internals and put a new washer on the tap headgear. He was informative throughout and gave me tips on reassembly, it’s all back together and working perfectly for the total price of 50 pence. Ace finding people who know their stuff. I’ll deffo be back.

Called in on a Saturday afternoon to pick up a part for my tap. Very friendly and helpful, advised me that I actually needed a new ceramic valve, that sounded expensive but they were only £10 for the pair, slightly different to the one I had but was assured I could take it back if I needed to. There was no need as they fitted the tap which is now working again. Would definitely recommend 😊

I would highly recommend Joe from JC plumbing. We had a problem with an overflowing toilet, he came round, identified the issue, ordered the part, came back fitted it, job sorted. He also went to my aunties house as she had a problem with her toilet not flushing. He went to suppliers got a new unit and fitted within the hour. Fantastic to find someone who can repair things. From start to finish our experience has been a positive one. From Chris coming to quote to Neil doing the installation of the new boiler. Neil was brilliant! He was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. He was happy to answer any questions. His standard of work is a credit to him. Precise and neat. Absolutely top notch service. There was a blockage in my plumbing, affecting water flow through the hot tap. The team carried out a methodical process of elimination and resolved the issue. Outstanding service, contacted Tuesday night with a condemned boiler Serdar and Simon were here Wednesday morning fitting a new boiler as we had no heating and hot water. They fitted a new boiler and did a power flush with certificates and warranties. They have to be the cleanest and most polite tradesmen ever, they left the house spotless like they they were never there. Can't recommend enough thanks for the service.

Dean was brilliant, I contacted him in the morning when he had a busy day and he managed to fit me in that evening. I had tried to do some diy myself and removes some radiators resulting in crimping a copper pipe and putting a hairline fracture in an L bend pipe. Dean was professional in his approach and knew how to fix both problems swiftly. I personally couldn’t recommend him enough. I now know who to contact if I have plumbing issues.

If you are looking for a competent no-nonsense Gas engineer. Look no further. Dean did such a fantastic Job with our heating and hot water system. They are very professional but also flexible to accommodate changes required during the Job. A combination that can be hard to get. Plus the price is very competitive. We changed the hot water cylinder and a Potterton boiler of 22 years. Doing these required quite a bit of plumbing overhaul. We are very happy with the Job done. We cannot recommend him enough.

Had an issue on Christmas morning with water coming through the ceiling from the water tank. Dean picked up the message and rang at 9am- guided us on how to isolate the problem while ensuring we still had use of the central heating and mains water until the work was done.
