I've never left a review of a company before but Polar Heating and Hot Water provide such a friendly, efficient and well priced service that I had to. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service. Phoned to report a boiler leak at 1pm - fixed by 6pm the same day. Polite, respectful, great guys to deal with and all at a very good price. Highly recommended.

Really pleased we found this company, as it's a minefield trying to find a reliable heating engineer! David was fantastic. Came out on the same day I phoned. Went straight to the problem, and cured it with a service. He had to order a new pressure release valve, but had the boiler woking in the meantime. Price was really reasonable, and his straightforward approach was very refreshing! We have already booked our annual service for the same time next year.

Absolutely fantastic! I needed a new boiler and my mum did too. I shopped around first and Polar was reasonably priced and had good reviews so I went with them (another local company wanted to rip my floors up) the work was excellent , staff exceptional. The job was completed swiftly, very clean and tidy. Nothing is too much trouble for David and his team highly recommended

I’ve been using CML Plumbing & Heating for our boiler installation and yearly services for years now, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Chad is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, even though it’s a year between his visits he remembers previous conversations and details about our boiler system, making his service visits quick and efficient. His services are reasonably priced and a payment plan option is provided, along with email reminders of when your service is due.

Very impressed by the fast and efficient service from the CML team. Communication throughout the job from Nicola in the central team was clear throughout in terms of when engineers were visiting and certificates and invoices were provided promptly with easy payment mechanisms. Two engineers worked on our job across different days and both Saul and Chad provided a quick and efficient service. Would highly recommend CML again for future work.

Recommended by a friend for boiler and radiators annual service, which they did very efficiently. Then also had staff qualified to service our invented hot water cylinder and expansion tank. Again , came at time arranged and replaced nonfunctioning expansion tank. Their office communications are very prompt and polite. Altogether I highly recommend.

Initially contacted this company on recommendation from a friend and couldn't be more pleased with the service and standard of work - replacing 5 radiators and servicing the boiler. Dealt with the owner, Aaron, who was so helpful - arrived when he said he would, quoted and booked the work in swiftly when I gave him the job. Price brilliant too! Will definitely use him again and recommend to anyone that asks!

Great service and good communication. Aaron told be the price for the call-out when I booked and explained what it was for. He rang me again to tell me he was on his way. He soon identified were the leak was and was fixed all within the hour. Very polite and tidy, So happy, and we’ll definitely use him again as I have another job lined up. Aaron came to look at our leaking boiler, and after an initial assessment we needed a boiler replacement. All options were discussed and advised and once we decided which one we wanted, it was delivered and installed within a week. Excellent service 👌👌 would 100% recommend Aaron

Excellent service from Mike and his team. Quality work easily arranged from having a new boiler fitted to getting an annual service arranged and completed. Mike will always tell you how it is and run through all the options, not just try and flog you the work that costs the most. A highly reputable company who you can trust to look out for the customers interests. Annual reminders for boiler service as well which are very useful so it’s one less thing to keep track of!!!

Mike and his team did a great job fitting a brand new boiler in our house. Communication was great and the team were all super professional. I could tell he was very experienced by the direction and information he was giving to his team. Mike made sure all the TRVs were in the best location, the wooden box panels surrounding the boiler were cut in the most aesthetic way, and ensured that I had full understanding of the controls and boiler app before they left. Very efficient, quality workmanship and £700 cheaper than those clowns at British Gas. I would definitely recommend, and shall certainly be contacting them for any future plumbing issues.

I had an issue with my boiler not igniting. I phoned this company. He talked me through the fault and he established the problem. All sorted within a few minutes. He could have come out and charged me for his time but he didn't. Very professional and very honest. I would have no hesitation on using their services again.

First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.

I recently had a EV charger installed by this company and cannot fault the service. The initial survey was excellent they took the time to explain everything. The installation was then done in a timely manner as promised with no surprise additions and looks great. I entire process was faultless can’t recommend this company enough.

Had a tap hose burst under bathroom sink, called Lee told him we had been without water all nite (happened late the nite before) he arrived in under an hour, had the hoses on both taps out & replaced in less than 60 minutes and really reasonable price. 100% would recommend to anyone wanting a great plumber. Steven has helped me out so many times over the years. He services my boiler each year, has installed and fixed toilets, plumbed in an outside tap, even coming out twice on Saturdays to deal with burst pipes and other leaks. He is so reliable, is reasonably priced and I trust him to do a good job. I can't recommend him enough.

We had a burst on our central heating, water was coming down the wall. Our usual plumber couldn't get here & recommend Steve. He found the problem fixed it, he also found a problem on a gas pipe adjacent to the leak which we didn't know about & sorted that. Very pleasant lad, would recommend him.

Phoned up about a leak in the kitchen coming from the bathroom in my mother in-laws house they came around straight away even though they had finished for the day. they fixed the problem and put the tiles back on and cleaned up. would highly recommended

Nicks done some work previously at my mums and was terrific.I rang him about a leak under my sink and he replied immediately.Came today and sorted it.Very helpful and reasonably priced.Nice to deal with someone whose not trying to have you over.Dont hesitate to use him
