Steven has helped me out so many times over the years. He services my boiler each year, has installed and fixed toilets, plumbed in an outside tap, even coming out twice on Saturdays to deal with burst pipes and other leaks. We had a burst on our central heating, water was coming down the wall. Our usual plumber couldn't get here & recommend Steve. He found the problem fixed it, he also found a problem on a gas pipe adjacent to the leak which we didn't know about & sorted that. Very pleasant lad, would recommend him.

Phoned up about a leak in the kitchen coming from the bathroom in my mother in-laws house they came around straight away even though they had finished for the day. they fixed the problem and put the tiles back on and cleaned up. would highly recommended

Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved. It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.

Our boiler broke down over a weekend. An engineer came to look at it and estimated that it was uneconomical to repair and recommended that we consider a replacement. I filled out an online form on the Worcester website and was contacted within 30mins by Lacey Plumbing & Heating. A survey was conducted the following morning to ascertain what was required and a quote for an equivalent modern replacement was sent over a couple of hours later. We were happy with the quote but obviously needed the work to be done ASAP as we had no heating or hot water in DECEMBER! I relayed this to their office and they managed to get the whole job completed within 24hrs. The engineer was extremely good. Not only was the job completed impeccably but the whole area was left spotless, our online controls were reinstated and a full handover and explanations of instructions was carried out before he left. Highly recommended!!

I recently had a EV charger installed by this company and cannot fault the service. The initial survey was excellent they took the time to explain everything. I cannot rate these guys highly enough! Plumbing and Electrical services are second to none, they have such sound knowledge. Also the online system, tracking service and so on, makes it easy to pay invoices and track receipts. Had problems with my boiler Paul came round next day to look at it, due to its age recommended installing a new one, gave a good quote and was able to fit me in the next day for install. Job done very professionally and left no mess would highly recommend.

Let down by another plumber for a new boiler 2 days before I was due to have my baby, one phone call to Paul and he was round our house within a matter of hours giving us a quote. He did the full thing all whilst I was in hospital and made sure it was all completely ready for when I returned home. No mess either, excellent communication. Can't recommend enough he's lovely!
