Phoned up about a leak in the kitchen coming from the bathroom in my mother in-laws house they came around straight away even though they had finished for the day. they fixed the problem and put the tiles back on and cleaned up. would highly recommended

Simply superb service. Fixed a leaking toilet cistern despite the access being difficult. Friendly, efficient, arrived when he said he would and a very reasonable cost. Would definitely contact him for any other plumbing jobs.

Had a tap hose burst under bathroom sink, called Lee told him we had been without water all nite (happened late the nite before) he arrived in under an hour, had the hoses on both taps out & replaced in less than 60 minutes and really reasonable price. 100% would recommend to anyone wanting a great plumber. Mike and his team did a great job fitting a brand new boiler in our house. Communication was great and the team were all super professional. I could tell he was very experienced by the direction and information he was giving to his team. Mike made sure all the TRVs were in the best location, the wooden box panels surrounding the boiler were cut in the most aesthetic way, and ensured that I had full understanding of the controls and boiler app before they left. Very efficient, quality workmanship and £700 cheaper than those clowns at British Gas. I would definitely recommend, and shall certainly be contacting them for any future plumbing issues.

First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.

5/5 Experience. Mike and his team provide a reliable, thorough and fair service. Communication throughout the whole process is always clear and consice; from providing an accurate arrival time, to answering questions whilst on site, and clearly detailing what work is being carried out. Workspace is always left clean and tidy and a post work summary provided. It's really refreshing to deal with genuinely good trade people like Mike and his team!

I had an issue with my boiler not igniting. I phoned this company. He talked me through the fault and he established the problem. All sorted within a few minutes. He could have come out and charged me for his time but he didn't. Very professional and very honest. I would have no hesitation on using their services again.

Let down by another plumber for a new boiler 2 days before I was due to have my baby, one phone call to Paul and he was round our house within a matter of hours giving us a quote. He did the full thing all whilst I was in hospital and made sure it was all completely ready for when I returned home. No mess either, excellent communication. Can't recommend enough he's lovely!

Had problems with my boiler Paul came round next day to look at it, due to its age recommended installing a new one, gave a good quote and was able to fit me in the next day for install. Job done very professionally and left no mess would highly recommend.
