Outstanding and quality workmanship. Serdar has done all aspects of plumbing during our house renovation. From moving water stop tap, installing the new boiler, radiators and installing toilet system. On hand every step of the way providing his assistance and knowledge whenever we needed. If I could give this company 5 star plus I genuinely would. What a great team Serdar and Simon are and the cleanest workmen I've had. Currently renovating my house with no central heating and now thanks to the guys I have a great source of hot water and system to go with it. Outstanding service, contacted Tuesday night with a condemned boiler Serdar and Simon were here Wednesday morning fitting a new boiler as we had no heating and hot water. They fitted a new boiler and did a power flush with certificates and warranties. They have to be the cleanest and most polite tradesmen ever, they left the house spotless like they they were never there. Can't recommend enough thanks for the service.

Chris took out a bath and fitted a shower tray and glass partition for our 80 year old mum. She had been climbing in and out of her bath to take a shower. First class service by Chris, we would highly recommend him.

I called many plumbers, by far D.R plumbing were the best and I am so glad I went with them. Dan was so professional he stayed at the house all day and made sure everything was in working order before he left! He even cleaned the marks on my carpet. I can not fault Dan at all. After finding an overnight leak from our hot water tank we did need help pretty quickly I rang M&R Plumbing & Heating Ltd and they said they had someone in the area and would get him to call. Michael duly arrived, he managed to drain the system for us and was able to leave with our water supply and central heating working while a new tank was ordered. This was fitted by Jake and his assistant who did a really professional and thorough job leaving everything neat and tidy. We also found the office staff were very friendly and helpful. We can't recommend this company enough and would certainly use them for any other jobs.

I have been consistently very happy working with this excellent firm over many years but particularly pleased with Jack Fox today. He had never installed an Inspire Automation Landlord Wireless App Thermostat before and clearly used his expertise with similar systems, many more complicated than Inspire, to efficiently install and commission the product with just one hours Labour time. I can now control my heating and hot water usage from anywhere in the world for my short term guest bookings with a simple boost button for them to use for comfort if still in the property during working hours / weekends!

We choose M&R Plumbing and Heating to fit our new boiler because we wanted a local company that we could deal with face to face and have confidence that the advice prior to fitting and the finished job would suit what we required. Also that the installation would be completed on time and to an excellent standard and post fitting any questions or concerns we had would be dealt with effectively, all within a competitive price. That is exactly what we received. All the way through the home visit to advise on what system we needed through to the completed installation it could not have gone smoother. We've used Ste in the past to change taps, but it's good to have a reliable plumber on hand. He came today on time to replace the electric shower unit. We changed Triton to Triton as he advised this was preferable due to the piping. Triton recommends replacement units and he fitted it within a few hours. He tested the unit, tidying up after himself and applying silicone to a hole exposed through the switch. He luckily had availability within a week of contacting him and his pricing was competitive with Tritons own pricing for replacement.

Rang Stephen this morning, last night we noticed water dripping from the ceiling under the bathroom. He was able to come out later in the morning. Found out what the problem was after managing to remove the bath panel which was a problem in itself. He explained everything before he started the work and tested it after to make sure everything was ok. He left leaving everything clean and the old pipe which he had replaced.

A very professional and reliable company. Ryan, Scott and Theo have just replaced my 87 year old Mum's boiler. They were so kind and considerate to my Mum as not easy coping with such upheaval at that age. Such clean workers, wearing overshoes when inside and covering carpets and hard flooring. Ryan spent time explaining to my Mum how the new boiler and control pad worked and told us to phone him if she needed him to explain further. The ladies in the office are always very helpful and keep us informed of timescales. My family would not use any other plumbers other than Martindales. Jack came out on Sunday to have a look at my grandads boiler which had stopped working. Under a quick investigation found that it needed to be replaced as the heating element had split and was leaking water. He quoted me for a new boiler and came out on Tuesday to fit it. Boiler is now up and running. No issues found at all. I would highly recommend these lads to anyone and I will definitely be using them again. Very prompt response especially on a Sunday and they were on time. Very professional and did a great job.
