He is one of those plumbers you hope to find and are very grateful when you do. He fitted a mixer tap for my elderly mother and fixed a tricky stop cock leak on separate occasions. We had a new boiler fitted 12 months ago by Quarrybank plumbers. They carried out the work with minimum fuss and completed the job to an excellent standard. The engineers were polite and extremely knowledgeable and the work was completed to an a very high standard. We have used Quarrybank plumbers again recently for our annual service. The Service was again excellent from start to finish. The direct booking was made easy with very polite and helpful staff and the service was carried out again by polite and helpful engineers who answered all our queries and left their workspace spotless. I will be using the company again next year. 5 star service from start to finish.

We asked Quarrybank to quote for a boiler replacement in a Victorian townhouse - quite a fiddly job. The two other plumbers we asked to quote didn't even bother replying after they visited. However Quarrybank's quote seemed good value, and we were delighted with their approach to the job and the quality of their work. The job was more complicated than they'd anticipated, and their suppliers caused them problems [they should have had a cherry picker to access our roof - but the rental firm cancelled on them without notice] - but they worked-around it all, keeping to schedule and minimising domestic disruption. They were tidy, stayed late to keep on schedule, and cheerful and pleasant. We'd like to particularly thank Lee and Tom for their excellent work - Dave, Josh and Martin also deserve a mention for hteir contributions. I'd have no hesistation is recommending Qarrybank - I'm pleased the others failed to compete! Quarrybank are a professional outfit who do what you'd hope, without breaking the bank.

Very speedy, friendly and professional service. Came out to have a look at my leaking boiler within 24 hours of first contact, and when it was deemed my old boiler was past the point of saving (though they did try), I was able to have a new boiler fitted within a couple of days. Great work, very efficient, much better boiler, over and above service. Price was excellent on all fronts and generally a pleasure to deal with in a situation that is usually unwanted. We needed a new gas hub to be fitted on the same day. A trusted builder recommended Rapid heating. To our delight, they sent the gas safe engineers later in the afternoon on the same day. The hob was fitted to a high standard, tested and they even cleaned up afterwards. I can highly recommend this organisation.

These guys were great. Needed a new boiler urgently as the old one had completely blown and we have young kids in the house. First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.

I had an issue with my boiler not igniting. I phoned this company. He talked me through the fault and he established the problem. All sorted within a few minutes. He could have come out and charged me for his time but he didn't. Very professional and very honest. I would have no hesitation on using their services again.

Mike and his team did a great job fitting a brand new boiler in our house. Communication was great and the team were all super professional. I could tell he was very experienced by the direction and information he was giving to his team. Mike made sure all the TRVs were in the best location, the wooden box panels surrounding the boiler were cut in the most aesthetic way, and ensured that I had full understanding of the controls and boiler app before they left. Very efficient, quality workmanship and £700 cheaper than those clowns at British Gas. I would definitely recommend, and shall certainly be contacting them for any future plumbing issues.

LW Plumbing quoted for and undertook a complete renewal of our central heating and hot water system. It was a much larger job than had been indicated by other suppliers we contacted but, as they only quoted after a phone conversation we decided to proceed with a local company. The work was started promptly, every member of the large team was knowledgable, professional and friendly and worked hard. In the interests of a balanced review I would I highlight three issues: (i) Lee failed to note that one of our showers had to be replaced in order to work with the new system. The cost of the replacement was however discounted. (ii) Holes made in the plaster ceiling of a cupboard through which pipework was routed were not made good and the plaster not tidied up from the cupboard. (iii) Air continues to collect in the 'sealed' system and the pressure needs to be topped up. A follow up visit to look at this failed to resolve the issue. Hopefully it will be reviewed again and resolved during the annual maintenance visit. With the exception of the above we were generally very happy with the work and the new system is a marked improvement on what we had. It's nice to be able to use a local company and we would certainly recommend them.

Pricing is also more than reasonable 😊 Update, just used Bilal for a third time to move and install new radiators. Excellent service as always, fit me in really quickly and is the best priced!
