We needed a new gas hub to be fitted on the same day. A trusted builder recommended Rapid heating. To our delight, they sent the gas safe engineers later in the afternoon on the same day. The hob was fitted to a high standard, tested and they even cleaned up afterwards. I can highly recommend this organisation.

These guys were great. Needed a new boiler urgently as the old one had completely blown and we have young kids in the house. They came out really quickly and bent over backwards and staying late to get a new one installed and working the next day. LW Plumbing quoted for and undertook a complete renewal of our central heating and hot water system. It was a much larger job than had been indicated by other suppliers we contacted but, as they only quoted after a phone conversation we decided to proceed with a local company. The work was started promptly, every member of the large team was knowledgable, professional and friendly and worked hard. In the interests of a balanced review I would I highlight three issues: (i) Lee failed to note that one of our showers had to be replaced in order to work with the new system. The cost of the replacement was however discounted. (ii) Holes made in the plaster ceiling of a cupboard through which pipework was routed were not made good and the plaster not tidied up from the cupboard. (iii) Air continues to collect in the 'sealed' system and the pressure needs to be topped up. A follow up visit to look at this failed to resolve the issue. Hopefully it will be reviewed again and resolved during the annual maintenance visit. With the exception of the above we were generally very happy with the work and the new system is a marked improvement on what we had. It's nice to be able to use a local company and we would certainly recommend them.

I use this company every time I have a plumbing issue and not only do I get a quick response but all the engineers are polite and efficient. Came home to a broken boiler and minus temperatures. Messaged Lee at 9pm on a Friday night and everything was fixed by 9am the next day. 100% recommend. 👍🏻

Fantastic work as usual. I’ve had a new 6’ cast iron radiator put in today. Matt recommended one that would look good and easily heat the room. Lovely job! Excellent service from Mike and his team. Quality work easily arranged from having a new boiler fitted to getting an annual service arranged and completed. Mike will always tell you how it is and run through all the options, not just try and flog you the work that costs the most. A highly reputable company who you can trust to look out for the customers interests. Annual reminders for boiler service as well which are very useful so it’s one less thing to keep track of!!!

I had an issue with my boiler not igniting. I phoned this company. He talked me through the fault and he established the problem. All sorted within a few minutes. He could have come out and charged me for his time but he didn't. Very professional and very honest. I would have no hesitation on using their services again.

First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.

Communication throughout the whole process is always clear and consice; from providing an accurate arrival time, to answering questions whilst on site, and clearly detailing what work is being carried out. We asked Quarrybank to quote for a boiler replacement in a Victorian townhouse - quite a fiddly job. The two other plumbers we asked to quote didn't even bother replying after they visited. However Quarrybank's quote seemed good value, and we were delighted with their approach to the job and the quality of their work. The job was more complicated than they'd anticipated, and their suppliers caused them problems [they should have had a cherry picker to access our roof - but the rental firm cancelled on them without notice] - but they worked-around it all, keeping to schedule and minimising domestic disruption. They were tidy, stayed late to keep on schedule, and cheerful and pleasant. We'd like to particularly thank Lee and Tom for their excellent work - Dave, Josh and Martin also deserve a mention for hteir contributions. I'd have no hesistation is recommending Qarrybank - I'm pleased the others failed to compete! Quarrybank are a professional outfit who do what you'd hope, without breaking the bank.

We had a new boiler fitted 12 months ago by Quarrybank plumbers. They carried out the work with minimum fuss and completed the job to an excellent standard. The engineers were polite and extremely knowledgeable and the work was completed to an a very high standard. We have used Quarrybank plumbers again recently for our annual service. The Service was again excellent from start to finish. The direct booking was made easy with very polite and helpful staff and the service was carried out again by polite and helpful engineers who answered all our queries and left their workspace spotless. I was given a fixed price for parts and labour. Even though it took longer to resolve an issue with the replaced thermostat the price was fixed as per the quote. Friendly service, highly recommended.

Very happy with the service. Had a plumbing problem on Sunday that needed immediate attention. It was only a matter of hours from my initial call to when a plumber arrived. He was fully prepared, having asked a few pertinent questions before arriving, and resolved the problem immediately. Really good communication from start to finish. I am more than satisfied to share my experience with All Home Repairs. The plumber turned up at the allotted time and fixed the issue within an hour. He had the spare parts with him so there’s none of this nonsense of popping out to get the parts and returning a few hours later. Highly recommended.
