Booked my car in for a service and mot today. My car was picked up and dropped back off at my home, driver's were friendly and courteous. Was sent texts and videos throughout the day explaining the process of what was being done. The additional work wasn't done till I verified the work to be done as well as the price with the additional costs. The chap I have spoken to on the phone was very polite. I Would recommend you give these guys a call, as the price is very reasonable too! 5☆ service! 😀

From my experience as a first time MOT test was so good. The mechanics were very very honest and the serviced was untellable. I would say this centre is the best at overall. Will recommend to come this shop and get a better experience. Thanks to Master MOT service and tyres for treating me with pleasure and respect. :)

My first visit to Birdhall Lane service Station, but definitely won’t be my last! My car was in for a service and mot and needed new front brakes. From start to finish the staff were very friendly and helpful and kept me up to date with regular updates. Great customer service especially the lady on reception Emma who was a pleasure to deal with. Dropped my car off at 9am and had it back for 2pm all done and at a reasonable price! I was even given a selection box for Xmas which was a lovely gesture. Thanks Birdhall Lane, I will be seeing you again in the future 😊

I understand how busy car garages are and I managed to get seen to and was off on my way on the same day. Been going to Clive for about 8-9 years now for all car-related matters. So trustworthy, available and straightforward, really reasonably priced and just wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Clutch and aircon replaced for my 20 years old Mimi. Needed 2 days, but it works nicely now.. Mechanics did as I requested, the fee is very reasonable, rather cheap. Highly recommended. But it's better to book, they are always busy.

Amazing service. I was in a bind and needed urgent diagnostics info for an EV. I called and was invited to come straight down and they ran the diags, printed off the errors and didn’t charge me a penny (I’m waiting ages for a main dealer appointment). Will be using again in future (and hopefully paying)

Fantastic mechanics. Have been using Walkers for years, always best service, price and advice. Couldn't recommend them more. We have VW's and Fords, anything that needs doing they do, without issue.

We would not take our cars anywhere but Walkers. Matt and the team are absolute professionals. They looked after our daughter with her very old, temperamental first car and we always felt safe knowing that the team kept on top of any issues. Just this weekend, Matt saved our trip to Bournemouth by identifying a stone stuck in our brake discs and fixing it so that we could get on our way. Thanks so much guys!

The guys at walkers are brilliant. Friendly and professional. Nothing is too much trouble and they always deliver. I especially like that they will take the time to explain the issue and the work they've done, even though they're always super busy. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Been using these guys since I got my first car 9 years ago, as recommended by my Dad. Been going ever since and will continue to do so. I will only go here for services, MOT's and car repairs/checks. On my last visit they checked my car over and deemed it safe as I had a slight concern. They put me at ease. They didn't charge as they didn't need to carry out a repair even though they spent time inspecting and put it on the racks. Very much appreciated. Really trustworthy and definitely wouldn't charge you for something unnecessary. The pug on reception is adorable.

Brilliant service from start to finish. I had a major service, MOT and new disks and pads on all wheels coming in around 1/2 the price I was quoted at Skoda. The customer service was 10/10 from everyone I dealt with, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Completely transparent with all the pricing and never felt like they were trying to rip me off. I even came back to my car thoroughly cleaned which never happened with my previous 3 services at skoda. Would highly recommend these guys.

Second time using Guide Bridge MOT centre. So thought I'd have another bash at putting a review on. See "Fast PT" review. from last year too. Normally at MOT time I sit there biting my nails, pulling my hair out and rocking back and forth, eagle eyed watching the mechanic do his thing on the pride and joy..... Just.hoping the motor passes. It did!!!! I have to say the staff here are amazing however. The two ladies (Emma and Lauren) on the front desk are an asset to your company both dealt with appointment brilliantly and I can't fault them in any way. They clearly went above and beyond today. That seems to be a running trend with GBMC....a full health check is done on your motor FOC, Giving you the opportunity to spot a fault ahead of time so you can get it sorted before something goes bang. Gareth was the mechanic who did my MOT and again can't fault him. Ha gave me a quick walk around too of the car outside the garage, again going above and beyond. Can't fault him If you are looking for a garage that takes the same pride in your motor as you do.....this is the place you want to bring it. Thanks guys for looking after me and the BM today.
