The guys at walkers are brilliant. Friendly and professional. Nothing is too much trouble and they always deliver. I especially like that they will take the time to explain the issue and the work they've done, even though they're always super busy. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

We would not take our cars anywhere but Walkers. Matt and the team are absolute professionals. They looked after our daughter with her very old, temperamental first car and we always felt safe knowing that the team kept on top of any issues. I was worried about a noise on my car and I do not live around here so I was recommended this garage. I understand how busy car garages are and I managed to get seen to and was off on my way on the same day. Now this is a place worth a review. Customer service at its best. A company that cares to get it right and give you impeccable service and work. A place that actually calls you when they say they will, with updates or even general queries. RAC approved and can see why workshop is clean. Staff are very friendly and delightful to speak to. If the work doesn’t make you come back then the customer service will. I haven’t seen service like this in a long time, you feel looked after and taken care off. My husband actually visited the garage but I’ve not seen him so carefree getting work done on his car. Definitely will be a returning customer. Thank you and for throwing in a free wash made my husbands day 😀

Had some work on my car recently which was done to a high standard, I was well informed of what was happening and billing was very clear (and competitive) the way it was broken down. There was a monthly payment option which I didn't use this time but it is always handy to have that option in the future. I will definitely be back for my future mots and services.

Been using these guys since I got my first car 9 years ago, as recommended by my Dad. Been going ever since and will continue to do so. I will only go here for services, MOT's and car repairs/checks. On my last visit they checked my car over and deemed it safe as I had a slight concern. They put me at ease. They didn't charge as they didn't need to carry out a repair even though they spent time inspecting and put it on the racks. Very much appreciated. Really trustworthy and definitely wouldn't charge you for something unnecessary. The pug on reception is adorable.

My first visit to Birdhall Lane service Station, but definitely won’t be my last! My car was in for a service and mot and needed new front brakes. From start to finish the staff were very friendly and helpful and kept me up to date with regular updates. Great customer service especially the lady on reception Emma who was a pleasure to deal with. Dropped my car off at 9am and had it back for 2pm all done and at a reasonable price! From my experience as a first time MOT test was so good. The mechanics were very very honest and the serviced was untellable. I would say this centre is the best at overall. Booked my car in for a service and mot today. My car was picked up and dropped back off at my home, driver's were friendly and courteous. Was sent texts and videos throughout the day explaining the process of what was being done. The additional work wasn't done till I verified the work to be done as well as the price with the additional costs. The chap I have spoken to on the phone was very polite. I Would recommend you give these guys a call, as the price is very reasonable too! 5☆ service! 😀

A very friendly, professional and courteous people. I used their service in the past and just recently again my car broke down and they fixed it without any un necessary delays. I went to Master MOT and service garage for full service and MOT. My car failed the MOT but they offered to order the parts needed and fix my car. They have done an excellent job. During fixing my car, they have sent me pictures of everything and videos of what all they have fixed. The car was even dropped off to my house as I was working and could not pick it up. Definitely will come back next year.

First time I used Guide Bridge and will definitely use again! Would like to say thank you to Sarah, Lauren and Emma for booking my tyre replacement on short notice and keeping me informed whilst I waited. I arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment but I managed to do some work from the nice warm reception. Gaz and Andy were great. Highly recommended!

Second time using Guide Bridge MOT centre. So thought I'd have another bash at putting a review on. See "Fast PT" review. from last year too. Normally at MOT time I sit there biting my nails, pulling my hair out and rocking back and forth, eagle eyed watching the mechanic do his thing on the pride and joy..... Just.hoping the motor passes. It did!!!! I have to say the staff here are amazing however. The two ladies (Emma and Lauren) on the front desk are an asset to your company both dealt with appointment brilliantly and I can't fault them in any way. They clearly went above and beyond today. That seems to be a running trend with GBMC....a full health check is done on your motor FOC, Giving you the opportunity to spot a fault ahead of time so you can get it sorted before something goes bang. Gareth was the mechanic who did my MOT and again can't fault him. Ha gave me a quick walk around too of the car outside the garage, again going above and beyond. Can't fault him If you are looking for a garage that takes the same pride in your motor as you do.....this is the place you want to bring it. Thanks guys for looking after me and the BM today. Spot on job, thank you!!!! J

Brilliant service from start to finish. I had a major service, MOT and new disks and pads on all wheels coming in around 1/2 the price I was quoted at Skoda. The customer service was 10/10 from everyone I dealt with, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Completely transparent with all the pricing and never felt like they were trying to rip me off. I even came back to my car thoroughly cleaned which never happened with my previous 3 services at skoda. Would highly recommend these guys.

Amazing service. I was in a bind and needed urgent diagnostics info for an EV. I called and was invited to come straight down and they ran the diags, printed off the errors and didn’t charge me a penny (I’m waiting ages for a main dealer appointment). Will be using again in future (and hopefully paying)

A garage for the people! Nothing is too much hassle, and all the staff enjoy explaining what work has been done and why it’s needed, which helps for the average dummy like me who doesn’t understand! Would highly recommend, rarely get a quality customer service at a garage and be as good as these guys at the work!
