I took my car in for a service and some tyres. I asked the guys to check my car as i was going on a long journey. They checked my vehicle and found my exhaust (front pipe) was corroded and fumes were going back into my car. I had been feeling unwell for months, and now i know that i was inhaling the fumes. My car is running like a dream, it is really responsive and fuel efficient. The work was to a very high standard, the lads are friendly, approachable and willing to help in anyway possible. And i have not been feeling unwell at all since they worked on my car. They effectively saved my life. Thank you so much!! I highly recommend that you use Chapel motors, they are amazing x

To be certain, the boys here know their stuff, they always sort my problems out, however unusual or challenging, nothing fazes them when it comes to American cars. They have seen every problem before, and always have answer. I would not trust anwhere else other than Chaple Motors. I have known Paul the owner for over 40 years, and 40 years ago he was the man who knew the answers.

Called in today for puncture repair and was greeted by a young man.. told him which tyre it was and within 10 seconds he told me the tyre was worn and bald and should be replaced.My car only had its MOT 3 weeks ago and passed.. Another man then took my wheel off and proceeded to repair the tyre.. when he was about to put it back on the car I asked him if there was anything wrong with the tyre.. his reply was it was in good condition and didn’t need replacing..at this point the young man who told me I needed a new tyre appeared and I told him that he was wrong to advise me to buy a new one!!!Cant fault the service or price but this young man needs to learn what’s right and wrong!!

I’ve recently had all 4 tyres on my Mondeo replaced with these guys as well as all brake discs & pads, Absolutely amazing service!! Not over priced really competitive and lads here are great and easy to talk to explaining what they will do and how long it will take etc definitely give them a go my mrs car due for work soon and it won’t be going anywhere else!! Been using these guys since I got my first car 9 years ago, as recommended by my Dad. Been going ever since and will continue to do so. I will only go here for services, MOT's and car repairs/checks. On my last visit they checked my car over and deemed it safe as I had a slight concern. They put me at ease. They didn't charge as they didn't need to carry out a repair even though they spent time inspecting and put it on the racks. Very much appreciated. Really trustworthy and definitely wouldn't charge you for something unnecessary. The pug on reception is adorable.

These guys fit me in for an MOT at last minute and I can’t fault them one bit. Excellent customer service, got my car back within an hour or so and no extra charges at all added on like I’ve had from previous garages. Highly recommend and I’ll only be using this garage from now on

Adam and the guys fixed up my BMW after being recovered back home by the AA.. Diagnostic, alternator and battery replaced, health check, advised of potential future issues as the car is nearly 18 years old. Being a BMW everything costs a mint and the guys kept the costs down as much as possible. Always kept informed. I've had it back for over a week and it's running like new again. Bingo. Thanks guys.

Brilliant service from start to finish. I had a major service, MOT and new disks and pads on all wheels coming in around 1/2 the price I was quoted at Skoda. The customer service was 10/10 from everyone I dealt with, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Completely transparent with all the pricing and never felt like they were trying to rip me off. I even came back to my car thoroughly cleaned which never happened with my previous 3 services at skoda. Would highly recommend these guys.

Second time using Guide Bridge MOT centre. So thought I'd have another bash at putting a review on. See "Fast PT" review. from last year too. Normally at MOT time I sit there biting my nails, pulling my hair out and rocking back and forth, eagle eyed watching the mechanic do his thing on the pride and joy..... Just.hoping the motor passes. It did!!!! I have to say the staff here are amazing however. The two ladies (Emma and Lauren) on the front desk are an asset to your company both dealt with appointment brilliantly and I can't fault them in any way. They clearly went above and beyond today. That seems to be a running trend with GBMC....a full health check is done on your motor FOC, Giving you the opportunity to spot a fault ahead of time so you can get it sorted before something goes bang. Gareth was the mechanic who did my MOT and again can't fault him. Ha gave me a quick walk around too of the car outside the garage, again going above and beyond. Can't fault him If you are looking for a garage that takes the same pride in your motor as you do.....this is the place you want to bring it. Thanks guys for looking after me and the BM today. Booked my car in for a service and mot today. My car was picked up and dropped back off at my home, driver's were friendly and courteous. Was sent texts and videos throughout the day explaining the process of what was being done. The additional work wasn't done till I verified the work to be done as well as the price with the additional costs. The chap I have spoken to on the phone was very polite. I Would recommend you give these guys a call, as the price is very reasonable too! 5☆ service! 😀

I went to Master MOT and service garage for full service and MOT. My car failed the MOT but they offered to order the parts needed and fix my car. They have done an excellent job. During fixing my car, they have sent me pictures of everything and videos of what all they have fixed. The car was even dropped off to my house as I was working and could not pick it up. Definitely will come back next year.

From my experience as a first time MOT test was so good. The mechanics were very very honest and the serviced was untellable. I would say this centre is the best at overall. Will recommend to come this shop and get a better experience. Thanks to Master MOT service and tyres for treating me with pleasure and respect. :)

Amazing service. I was in a bind and needed urgent diagnostics info for an EV. I called and was invited to come straight down and they ran the diags, printed off the errors and didn’t charge me a penny (I’m waiting ages for a main dealer appointment). Will be using again in future (and hopefully paying)

A garage for the people! Nothing is too much hassle, and all the staff enjoy explaining what work has been done and why it’s needed, which helps for the average dummy like me who doesn’t understand! Would highly recommend, rarely get a quality customer service at a garage and be as good as these guys at the work!
