R2 have now done a number of repairs and MOTs for me in the past couple of years and I would not use anyone else and would recommend them to anyone. Both Arturs are extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Their charges are transparent and they will always look to provide the best value. They are reliable and efficient, and the standard of work is excellent.

100% trustworthy auto repair service. These people were outstanding with my latest issue. My car went into limp mode on the M61 due to an air leak. I was recovered by the RAC and this garage accepted me to be recovered to. They did everything they could to ensure my car was fully operational even in the holiday period when they were extremely busy. Their level of knowledge and expertise is second to none and they were extremely friendly and accommodating. I can’t thank them enough for their service. I have been taking all my families Cars / Vans & Commercial vehicles to Total Auto for nearly of 40 years now, and I have always found Steve (the owner) and his team to be first class with regards to the quality of service they provide. Would I remommend you take your vehicles there to be worked on or have your MOT done at Total Auto absolutely. The two photos shown here are of my 1993 Mercedes Hymer S660 which weighs 4.5 tons undertaking it second MOT there, so yes they can accommadate larger vehices also.

Steve and team did an amazing job with my poor little car that I had left to rot outside my house for more than a year. She runs perfectly now and they did their absolute best to accommodate me where they could. As a learner driver a lot of this was new to me but Steve was really helpful and clear on my options. Superb service from these friendly, efficient chaps. I phoned out of hours with an urgent issue regarding my brakes, and they dealt with it the very next day. My car was removed and returned by them, another indication of the great customer service they provide. Everything was fixed perfectly and was very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

I can't praise them highly enough. I've been taking my cars here for years. I drive on a shoestring so it's good to know I can call here for repairs and know the job will be done with little fuss and always at an honest price. I pity them having to sort my bangers.
