My first visit to Birdhall Lane service Station, but definitely won’t be my last! My car was in for a service and mot and needed new front brakes. From start to finish the staff were very friendly and helpful and kept me up to date with regular updates. Great customer service especially the lady on reception Emma who was a pleasure to deal with. Dropped my car off at 9am and had it back for 2pm all done and at a reasonable price! I was even given a selection box for Xmas which was a lovely gesture. Thanks Birdhall Lane, I will be seeing you again in the future 😊

I would give 10 stars if I could! The lads are fantastic, really reasonably priced and bend over backwards to help. The main reason I go though is there honesty as I 100% trust them with their advice and keeping me and my family safe on the roads.

Daughter got stopped by the law for brake lighter be permanently on dazzling other drivers while doing house visits for the NHS. Stopped at the garage to seek advice . Chap said no problem bring it in. Within ten minutes we had left with the matter resolved. Can not praise them enough. I personally would recommend them. As you can read fantastic service.

I have always taken my mini to the dealership for servicing but found the cost and lack of personal contact intolerable. Word of mouth brought me to Harrison’s and I’m so glad. Lee and his son, Shaun fixed a problem with my window and replaced a battery. I felt I could trust them and to top it off a lovely lad picked the car up and dropped it off once the work was done. The labour charges were a fraction of what I had paid before so I will be going back again. Thankyou.

I am not usually a fan of going to garages, this place is definitely the exception. The service is kind, non-pushy and professional. I needed 4 tyres changing and they gave me a great price. They spotted that my windscreen wash was low and sorted that for me free of charge. They also noticed that my break pads need changing (this is definitely the case as my MOT done elsewhere told me the same) and let me know about this which was really helpful. In addition to all this they have a lovely lady on reception, a warm place to sit and wait and a great coffee machine. I can't recommend this place enough. They do services and MOT's too. I will certainly be taking my car here again. Thanks guys!

2nd year in a row I've used these guys for my MOT/service (booked through AA), fantastic service - collected and dropped off on time, received a detailed service report straight after. Friendly, professional and fantastic value for money. Would not hesitate to use again.

Paul and the crew were extremely helpful with running diagnostics on my Fiesta and getting it through an MOT. It was great that they could fit me in at short notice and I had good communication from Paul throughout works undertaken on my car.

Really wanted to leave a review for Paul & the lovely guys at Hills Auto Centre to say thank you for their help & honesty in diagnosing the faults with my car last week. Unfortunately my car was not worth repairing & Paul actually recommended to scrap the car instead even though this meant him losing the work. Not many garages would be so honest, especially to a woman. Although not the scenario I was hoping for I’m really grateful for such transparent advice & will certainly be using Hills going forward when I have a new vehicle, a brilliant garage & team!

I turned up at Hills with a dodgy exhaust without prior arrangement. They put it straight on the lift, diagnosed the problem and gave me a price within 20 minutes. Ready for collection the next working day and cheaper than quoted. It doesn't get much better than that. Great people and professional job. My new go to garage. Cheers.

I went to Hills for my MOT a couple of months ago, the guys there are so lovely and it was such a great price too. I’ve recently gone back to get my brake pads changed and Paul was so helpful and kept me up to date every step of the way, even letting me know the price before he did the work. Honestly, I wouldn’t trust anyone else to sort my car out. Like I said, the guys there are brilliant and I can’t recommend them enough!

I came across Ians name many times on mutliple facebook posts where people were asking for recommendations for someone to repair their car. I contacted him and he responded to my message very quickly and i took my car the very next day for a quote. Ian explained everything to me thoroughly, and was very professional. I loved being able to see the progress he was making, due to him updating his facebook with photos. A day earlier than originally quoted my car was ready for collection. To say i was pleased was an understatement. The car beforehand was badly damaged and to me it now looks like new. Ians price could not be beaten and in my opinion neither could his work. He comes highly recommended and i can assure you, you wont get better. Great customer service and great finish result on my little car.

Had a fantastic experience with the staff here. They sorted out the engine light problem with my Mazda CX-5 and in the process went beyond the call of duty in terms of sourcing the best price for the expensive part that was needed (thanks to Diane!). Highly recommended.

BRAND NEW! Originally got quoted around 2-3K from multiple dealers to get this repaired.
