Phoned up out the blue, needing some tyres due to screws in them urgently. They told me to just come round did all 4 in a really quick turn around. My car had been giving me trouble since I bought it. I asked Lee if he could diagnose the issue and price it up for me to get fixed. Turns out there was a whole load of issues that the previous owner had not dealt with and made the car even worse after Lee and his team had spent ages fixing one thing. Lee never gave up though and persevered to get the car back to what it should run like. He never once tried to charge me for things that weren't needed and kept me informed all the time on progress. This week, I needed an MOT and Lee fitted me in at short notice which was very much appreciated. If you want a garage that is honest and fair, I would definitely recommend Lee and his crew to get you sorted.

I have always taken my mini to the dealership for servicing but found the cost and lack of personal contact intolerable. Word of mouth brought me to Harrison’s and I’m so glad. Lee and his son, Shaun fixed a problem with my window and replaced a battery. I felt I could trust them and to top it off a lovely lad picked the car up and dropped it off once the work was done. The labour charges were a fraction of what I had paid before so I will be going back again. Thankyou.

Both guys are friendly and helpful, they explain everything, get the job done as quickly as they can and don't ever rip you off. They've worked on 3 of our cars and we've always really happy with them. Dropped off the car Monday morning, picked it up later that day, fixed! And their full charge was less than just labour cost at Lexus! I'd recommend them to anyone.

Had the underside of the vehicle wax oiled. Did a fantastic job. Also both front shocks and drop links replaced. Now my go to garage for MOTs and any automotive work. These guys are friendly and honest and no BS. Very quick turnaround no hassle. A very good garage and straight talking. 10/10 from me...

Okay so this is the second year these guys have kindly fitted me in just before Christmas for my mot. They are so down to earth and friendly, they know their stuff and I will be using them for everything car related in the future. I recommend this garage, what a little jem of a place ! Great Service at a Fair Price I had issues with my BMW 320d where the ABS and traction control lights kept coming on. Took it to these guys, and they did an excellent job fixing it at a very reasonable price. Not only that, but the turnaround time was super quick—I had the car back in no time. Highly recommend their service.

I don’t normally write reviews but I feel this garage deserves one! I cannot fault Sam and the lads they’re brilliant! Earlier this year the timing chain on my BMW unfortunately broke, I did not realise this for some time after receiving a false diagnosis from several other mechanics. After seeking recommendations I was advised to speak to Sam at Halpin Autos for advice. Sam immediately knew what the issue was with the car and explained the process going forward. I put all faith in Sam as his knowledge was sound and I was informed at each stage of the process via telephone. No work was undertaken without my consent. The car was fixed in the time frame stated and the service provided was very professional. Thankyou so much! Highly recommend this garage for servicing and repairs!

I was having a problem with the alarm going off all the time on my 2019 3 series. Sam figured out that it was an issue with the alarm siren and replaced it. Really good customer service throughout the entire process and is very knowledgeable and well priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to take my car there back again.

Second time using Guide Bridge MOT centre. So thought I'd have another bash at putting a review on. See "Fast PT" review. from last year too. Normally at MOT time I sit there biting my nails, pulling my hair out and rocking back and forth, eagle eyed watching the mechanic do his thing on the pride and joy..... Just.hoping the motor passes. It did!!!! I have to say the staff here are amazing however. The two ladies (Emma and Lauren) on the front desk are an asset to your company both dealt with appointment brilliantly and I can't fault them in any way. They clearly went above and beyond today. That seems to be a running trend with GBMC....a full health check is done on your motor FOC, Giving you the opportunity to spot a fault ahead of time so you can get it sorted before something goes bang. Gareth was the mechanic who did my MOT and again can't fault him. Ha gave me a quick walk around too of the car outside the garage, again going above and beyond. Can't fault him If you are looking for a garage that takes the same pride in your motor as you do.....this is the place you want to bring it. Thanks guys for looking after me and the BM today. First time I used Guide Bridge and will definitely use again! Would like to say thank you to Sarah, Lauren and Emma for booking my tyre replacement on short notice and keeping me informed whilst I waited. I arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment but I managed to do some work from the nice warm reception. Gaz and Andy were great. Highly recommended!

Brilliant service from start to finish. I had a major service, MOT and new disks and pads on all wheels coming in around 1/2 the price I was quoted at Skoda. The customer service was 10/10 from everyone I dealt with, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Completely transparent with all the pricing and never felt like they were trying to rip me off. I even came back to my car thoroughly cleaned which never happened with my previous 3 services at skoda. Would highly recommend these guys.
