I was recommended to check out this place by a friend. When I arrived, I explained my problem and they knew straight away what the problem was and gave me a price and also recommend another garage that could have been cheaper. Excellent service and attitude.

We always get great service and fair prices from Karl and his son Mike. We wouldn't take our cars anywhere else. We had a lot of work that had to be done on our 2013 Nissan Qashqai this time. KC Motors fit us in and did the work on short notice. We highly recommend them to everyone.

Thank you very much for Mike's help. He was very friendly and enthusiastic to help and was very patient with customers. When I had a problem with the car, he would explain every detail to me. He is like a doctor for the car and can solve all the problems of the car. It was a very reliable and trustworthy garage. They didn't charge unreasonable fees. Whenever I have a problem with my car, I always go to him for help. Even MOT was also used their service.

Would not go anywhere else , bumper looks excellent , all scratches gone , good colour match and great price .Totally happy .

Highly knowledgeable and friendly staff. I really cannot recommend this place enough if you're looking for solid work that stands the test of time. I had my old rusty and badly re-sprayed 3 Series BMW Estate properly resprayed here back in 2014. Everyone went the extra mile to ensure the finish and various repairs were absolutely impeccable. The arch repairs, which often go rusty after several months aren't showing any signs of rust. It's now late 2019, 3 years after writing my original review and the arch repairs are still holding up and the paintwork still turns heads. If you want the job doing properly and to a really high standard, this is the place to go. Also, I've added a couple of photographs of the car so you can see for yourself what the finish looks like.

Absolutely fantastic. Front corner bumper and light assembly on an Astra and a few little touch ups. Looks like new and came in at less than quote. Hope I don't need them again, but if I do it's no problem. First rate.

Very good customer service. However a confusing number of missed calls from the company and tricky to get hold of them at times.

HEADLINE: Thank you Megan and the Team for going out of your way to help me at a very stressful time. (This review is long overdue!) Weds morning 16 Aug 23 my car began "screaming" on the M61. I stayed in the slow lane and came off at the next junction and rang Parkills straight away. "Could I bring my car in?" Lovely Megan initially said at least a week. When I explained I am self-employed working across the NW and need my car, (don't work: don't earn) compounded by currently driving back and forth to a specialist vets 30+ miles away (my dog had cancer and days earlier had had a huge operation). Megan said she'd speak to the manager at 9. She called me back at 9 and said "bring the car in, though they may not get to it that day". A slow drive to Parkhills and I left it with them. Megan rang me that afternoon, they did in fact find out what was wrong with the car same day, then it was a case of waiting for parts, I added a full service to the work, and had a niggly tiny issue (I couldn't remove a plastic cap on one tyre valve to inflate it). Megan kept me informed throughout those 3 days (4 calls in 3 days) and I had my car back by Friday! So what could have been 2 weeks no income AND worry how I'd get my dog back to the vets in an emergency. I was only off the road for 2.5 days. This is the 2nd time Parkhills have provided excellent service and resolved an issue for me. I really appreciate Parkhills excellent customer service, going out of their way to look after me as a customer and the transparency of great videos illustrating what works needs to be done gives that added peace of mind. For me choosing a garage boils down to trust and good service, who will keep you safe on the roads. I'm confident when I take my car to Parkhills they'll do a good job and are always friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again Megan, and sorry this review wasn't posted sooner!

Booked in to have my heat shield properly fitted and checked and when they found out it was partially fitted they didn't charge me for the labour or adding an extra bolt to ensure it was intact. Megan was extremely personable and generous in not charging me I have previously had my car MOT'd here at very late notice and they fitted me in no problem. Brilliant service throughout. I would definitely recommend this garage.

Thank you to Parkhills service and MOT centre. They managed to fit me in with 24h notice because my husband had been in hospital so my MOT had expired a few days prior. Megan was lovely and when she saw I needed to mark some exam papers whilst waiting for my car she offered to turn the radio off for a more peaceful environment. She was informative and reminded me my car was due a service and offered to send me all of the information via email or by telephone. I've always been so pleased with Parkhills from the first time I contacted the sales team to buy my car and now MOT every year is never an issue. Thank you!

Booked my car in for a service and mot today. My car was picked up and dropped back off at my home, driver's were friendly and courteous. Was sent texts and videos throughout the day explaining the process of what was being done. The additional work wasn't done till I verified the work to be done as well as the price with the additional costs. The chap I have spoken to on the phone was very polite. I Would recommend you give these guys a call, as the price is very reasonable too! 5☆ service! 😀

A very friendly, professional and courteous people. I used their service in the past and just recently again my car broke down and they fixed it without any un necessary delays. Bought a new battery for my Jaguar thinking it was an easy job for me to do myself but soon realised that there were a few resets that needed to be done for it to work. I first took my van here a few years ago because it was closest garage to home, and I'm glad I did. The service is exceptional, I've never had better service from a garage, ever. It's a really well run, reliable company and the staff are really pleasant to deal with. Any repairs or MOT issues are done in good time and at a reasonable cost and the communication is superb. I won't go anywhere else.

Would recommend Whitefield MOT without a shadow of a doubt. Have always took my car there and they are all so kind and understanding. If you find a better, more equipped garage with as many top tier mechanics working there…..give me a shout because Whitefield MOT Centre is by far the best proper garage & mot test centre I can find in the North West! Wow fantastic service!! Only called them on Friday to book my MOT & managed to book me in for the following Monday. My car battery had gone as not been used for a while aswell as a flat tyre. I was going to get recovery to take it to the garage but they offered to come get it. Within 10 minutes, they had arrived, got the engine starting, pumped up the tyre and got it to their garage. Without even asking, they even dropped the car off and posted the car key through the letterbox. Excellent service and very good price. Couldn't recommend more, I will never go elsewhere now I've found this garage! :)

Just completed a mechanical and electrical overhaul of my 1960 MGA, excellent job done and all problems resolved. Kept me informed all through the repairs, just got it back and looks and sounds great. Highly recommend for classics, they certainly have a lot of experience and knowledge.

Its a chore these days trying to find a garage you can truly trust. This garage is now my go too choice for myself and my family. I had a timing belt replaced on my Peugeot 3008 2017 model. This also meant an oil change, water pump, coolant and antifreeze replacement and then a tune up. Fantastic job and saved me £300 on a Peugeot dealer quote. The staff are very professional and polite and everything is explained , old parts shown if requested. I would like to mention one of the technicians Brent, for his hard work , much appreciated.

Did my brakes and wheel bearing. Was getting some crazy quotes for the work but these guys were better than everyone else. Also did a brilliant job and its been a few weeks and the work had held up. My regular garage now. Also very time efficient and good communication. Job done in a few hours.

So quick and a fantastic price. Did all the jobs and MOT in 1 day. Definitely one of the best garages around. Highly recommended. Will definitely use again. Staff are all very good mechanics. You won't get cheaper.
