We went for brunch and it was fantastic. The Dirty Eggs were gorgeous. The Breakfast Bloomer was very full. The pancakes with bacon were lovely. We made a swap to have bacon with the cream cheese bagel instead of smoked salmon. The children's portion of pancakes was lovely. Everything was great value and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Visit here every week it’s amazing and I can vouch for the best salads in Bolton ( we have tried many others ) the ambience is lovely , it’s very relaxed and the staff are so friendly. I would recommend this lovely coffee house to anyone who wants a quality meal in a relaxing atmosphere.

What a gem! The Mill Coffee House is the perfect place for a great cup of coffee or a bite to eat. I visited this morning with my hubby and Dad. (I've been before, but my dad hadnt). When we entered he commented on how nice it was - he appreciated the decor and the feel of the space. It is table service and our order was taken in good time. We ordered three of the Big breakfass which include a brew of your choice. The food was really good - perfectly cooked poached eggs with a runny yolk (we visited the garden centre very nearby a few weeks earlier and received hard boiled poached eggs - even after sending them back), tasty sausage and bacon, and think toast (see pics of food). The cafe has a great atmosphere, thebstaff and smiley and friendly and bothe the food and coffee are excellent quality. Emma is the perfect host and this is a MUST VISIT place.

Food is always hot when served, amazing food. The 3 ladies that work in this cafe are such lovely people. Always make you feel welcome such lovely people. 10/10

I only found the hideaway cafe recently. I call it a nice greasy spoon but friendly and good value for money. I didnt like the sausages, they did taste cheap and the bacon was really salty but overall for what you pay and for the cosy atmosphere it's worth it.

The Good Kind is the place to be!! The staff are second to none and really friendly. Most importantly; the food is a 10/10, flavours on flavours and truly delicious. I will definitely be coming back for more!!!

Really enjoyed my visit! I was just walking down the high street when i noticed a new cafe open, i thought i would have gave it a try. The service was phenomenal i waited no longer than 10 minutes for my food, theres loads of options on the menu ill definitely be coming back to try the other options. 10/10

Just called in for a full English seeing a few photos on line. Proper nice large breakfast. And best of all,HOT BEANS🫡🤝will deffo be back to try the pancakes 🥞

Fantastic sides! Really glad I finally got round to trying this place having been teased on socials for a long time. My excitement level increased by the addition of a pulled pork special running the weekend I was visiting! The pulled pork was delicious and paired with the crispy onions made the burger enjoyable because sadly the patties were overcooked. They tasted nice but were dry and needed saving by something like mayo or better still some coleslaw. I thought about adding slaw but it was £4 so I didn't. The side options were impressive and I opted for corn ribs and loaded truffle parmesan tots. Generous portions, piping hot and nicely loaded with topping so no complaints at all on that front! I was tempted by the fried pickles but I scoff gherkins daily so thought them to be unnecessary. I'm sure the fried chicken would've been great too but only came with spicy style toppings and I avoid spice as much as possible! The staff were friendly and ordering was straightforward. I doubt I'll be back but would still recommend it to people in the area!

First time eating here. Ordered 2 Cluck Burgers and House Tater Tots. Amazing! Fast service, hot, fresh and tasty food. We will be back.

Called in needing a good breakfast sandwich as a cheer me up. I got the best breakfast sandwich I've had. Cooked perfectly and good quality ingredients. Looking forward to my Saturday treat again.

What a fab little cafe this is! Food is spot on, plenty of choice! Their sausages are so tasty. The young lad that works there is so nice and pleasant. I've been here 3 times and he always has the same sunny and friendly approach. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed 👍

Just started coming to this little cafe and it's a gem.Polite and welcoming gentleman at the desk.Good selection on the menu.Loved my jacket potato and caramel iced coffee,the best I have tasted in a long time.Good value for money.Definitely recommend and will be back to try the rest of their menu.

We went this morning for the first time and it’s safe to say we weren’t disappointed. The young lad who served us was polite and knowledgeable, and got us our drinks almost straight away. They make a lovely brew and the breakfast was even better. I swapped my black pudding for bacon on the breakfast, and my partner had the large breakfast as it was. We got a choice of chopped or fresh tomato and white or brown bread, as well as sauces, salt and pepper already on the table. They were both gorgeous and great value for money, we will definitely be coming back. Thank you team ❤️

Can’t comment on the food but excellent coffee, nipped in as I saw it nearby and was met with excellent service and knowledgable about the coffee they were serving.

Popped in whilst waiting for an MOT, what a surprise, fantastic coffee and fresh tasty scones. Never knew it was here. Will come again.

Popped in to this amazing little cafe whilst our Daughter was at a party locally. Looking for somewhere for a quiet bite, we took a punt for here over Starbucks. It was evident we'd made the right decision as soon as we walked in 🙂 Amazingly minimalist and spacious interior; you'd never be sat on top of each other. Such an inviting and serene atmosphere, the kind of place you could come and happily spend a couple of hours catching up with friends or losing yourself in a book. The service was outstanding; engaging and knowledgeable about the bespoke cuisine and drinks on offer. It's always refreshing to speak to someone who's enthusiastic about the local suppliers they use. We had a chicken sandwich with bread from a bakery in Stockport and a Carrot soup that had the most gentle and moorish flavours. Sooooooo good. So for two espresso based coffee's (hand crafted), two lovingly made chicken sandwiches using artisan bread and a soup that I'm not sure will ever be beaten, it was just shy of £30. There was more than enough food and I'd personally say I could see where each of those thirty pounds had gone. If you want to sit and soak in an experience, I'd definitely say it's worth it. The coffee is available to go and given the number of in and outs we saw whilst there, it's clearly a real destination for those who can appreciate the beauty of a bespoke, handcrafted hot drink. Thanks to the guys at Farrars, for looking after us and making us feel welcome 🙂

Got a sharer box delivered 👍🏻😍 bacos crisped up but not dried out..and always the sign of a good sandwich shop is the sausages they use! Decent quality not like the majority of other places round Radcliffe using the half sawdust £1 for a bag of 50 sausages 🤣👍🏻all spot on and will use again

Lovely fresh cooked food, lots of choices. Only gave 4 out of 5 because of lack of eat in seating, although while i was there everyone coming in were getting carry outs. I'd recommend 👍

What a lovely and great place to go for breakfast or just a quick bite to eat for lunch! The prices are great, the food is delicious and the service is homely and kind 😊 The full English breakfast was stunning as well as the veggie Benedict - my personal favourite. There is lots of seating available, especially in the back right by the river so it’s very romantic and picturesque. The hot chocolate is also a big recommendation of mine!

Well the year is nearly over and i have had some fantastic food at the cafe it is sharp clean trendy and clean the food is fresh tasty and hot well done 5star :)

I have now been to this cafe more than I probably have anywhere else! Always made to feel welcome and greeted by amazing people. Food is really tasty and great quality. You can tell a lot of effort has gone in to choosing everything they use. Look forward to the specials every time I walk in and they never disappoint! Thanks guys! See you again soon x

Clean,nothing to much trouble,full breakfast and a veg breakfast cooked to perfection as asked for ,coffee was in with price of food and prices good,nice people,will recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed the Christmas breakfast at branch 14 this morning! The food, the atmosphere, the amount of effort put in by the amazing staff made the experience absolutely awesome for my 2 year-old granddaughter. Father Christmas went all out to make it a fabulous event for all the children who were there and it was a lovely touch when he came out to chat to each child individually especially for the little boy who was initially a little overawed by the meeting! Very special day, and the individual gift boxes are just the icing on the cake, to be honest I can't see how they can do all this for the price. Super good value!! I highly recommend this gorgeous little family run coffee shop!

Had a wonderful affogato, which is one of my fave drinks, and my mother had a hot chocolate which she really enjoyed. Lovely coffee bar, great drinks, helpful staff and nice atmosphere. Will visit again!

Absolutely lovely little place my wife discovered. It is now going to become our usual stop off after a walk with Beagle in Outwood Park. It has a lovely inside seating area, all in which you can sit with you dog. Unfortunately we have, Amber the Beagle! So we decided to sit in the back for the safety of other patrons lunches, as she has been known to eat other people's lunch when not being constantly observed! The food was great and the back was covered and cosy and ideal for eating and keeping an eye on an mischief making beagle! Definitely 5 stars! Just been for another visit (06/03/2022) and is just as welcoming as ever! We were told we could sit inside with Amber but for the safety of everyone else's lunch, we choose to sit outside but this time in the front. Sandwiches, hot chocolate, pastries and some sausages for the beagle! Absolutely a lovely and amazing little stop! Another visit (12/03/2023) for a quick coffee after a walk with the beagle in Outwood. As great as ever and the beagle loves her sausages!

I visited here with my daughter and her boyfriend last Sunday. I ordered a full English. My daughter had the avocado and egg bagel and her boyfriend ordered a Panini. All the food was really delicious although my toast was a little overdone for some peoples liking, but it wasn’t inedible. When we arrived, there was only one table available and it hadn’t been cleaned From the previous occupants so I had to ask them to clean it after we’d sat down which they did promptly. Overall, this was really good value for money and we all enjoyed our food and drinks and as it’s quite local to me I will definitely come again.
