Stopped in here for breakfast as our hotel doesn't provide anymore and we were really impressed with the place. Lovely greeting from the staff member behind the counter and the food was delicious. Two mini castles and two toasted teacakes. All cooked to perfection. Would totally recommend if you visit Edgeley.

Lovely local cafe. Don't know if the guy serving was the owner or just worked there, but he was fantastic. Nothing too much trouble and the food was really good

Delightful very reasonably priced cafe serving decent café and delicious breakfasts

Super friendly and welcoming, extensive and good value menu, delicious food. Wheelchair ramp is available (only had pram today but other child is a wheelchair user), had decaff coffee and oat milk which is fab. Only thing id change would be to add vegan options and nice caked (though there are waffles and pancakes with loads of topping options). Definitely be back again highly recommend.

Really fantastic day out! Games for all ages, kids really enjoyed being able to try out so many games. Was so lovely to spend time together as a family without any screens. Service from all the team was amazing, and they were always checking in to see if they could help with games recommendations. Good was so tasty too. Will definitely be back!

The Dice box is a great entertainment place for all ages from children to adults. They provide 500 different board games for children and adults to play together. The staff are friendly and helpful. They provide you with help in learning how to play all the games if you need it. The staff can recommend good games to you. Hot food and drinks are available for a great price. Toilets are provided at the venue as well. The price is good for the first hour it is £2.50 and reduces by 50p for the 2/3 hour. From 4 hours onwards you pay £1. After you have finished playing you receive a loyalty card and for every hour you are there you get 1 box marked off. After 5 hours are marked off you get a free hour in the Dice box. Finally, you can buy board games for a great price to play at home.

Been here a few times, both at weekends and for the gaming social nights on Wednesdays. Atmosphere is very welcoming, the team there are always happy to introduce you to new games and teach you to play them. Doesn't matter if you're brand new to board games or experienced - the range of games they have is simply massive, and there really is something for everyone. The owners are lovely people, as are the rest of the team I've met. Definitely the sort of business I'm more than happy to support!

We had the best afternoon today!! I’ve never been to a board game café before despite LOVING board games so this was my dream afternoon! Steve immediately came over and offered game suggestions according to our taste and explained every game we chose so well! He really improved our experience and deserves a shout out for being so awesome! Robin was also really lovely when settling our bill and their smile added to the enjoyment of the day. All round 10 stars!! We will definitely be back when next in the area! We even bought one of the games as we had so much fun (and they’re cheaper than Amazon!) Love from the actors ❤️

Lovely cafe now been in a couple of times after finding it on our dog walk. Lovely atmosphere and the coffees are amazing, mocha one of the best we've had! Bacon butties, fresh and good quality bacon and good portion! Not over priced too 😊

What a lovely place. Bright and roomy. Simple, easy to choose from menu with high-end, good size-portioned food, Served with a smile. Low level music and enough seating to make a small place spacious. Recommended.

Popped in today for the first time since it's been taken over, the staff are super friendly and it has a lovely atmosphere. Their weekly specials and homemade dishes are amazing—everything tastes so fresh and full of flavour at fair prices. Will definitely be returning, highly recommended.

My daughter holidayed in Colombia earlier this year and recommended this basic daytime cafe run by a lovely Colombian lady. Casta says it is authentic Latin American food. A South American greasy spoon no less! No alcohol. Enjoyed the reasonably priced food.

This place is absolutely wonderful. It is one of my husband's favourite places to eat. This nth time we've been here (too many to count) and the food is so consistently good. This round we had the following: -Long Black -Rústico -Chicken Patacon Sandwich -Specials: Mini Spicy Bean and Cheese Empanada -Burrito and a side of plantains -Churros It's definitely a place to go if you want something more authentic and freshly made. Also, a really great place to get coffee beans.

An absolute gem. Crazy to find somewhere like this in a very unassuming place. Has a really cosy feel and the food is really authentic. Soup is served on Tues & Thurs and alternates depending on what's available. 6 stars.

A very nice coffee shop, with some of the nicest coffee I've had in a while (big fan of the mocha especially). There is always a good array of sweet treats too, I particularly recommend the ginger and pumpkin slice. Lovely atmosphere, and always greeted with a smile. Seems to be a fair few regulars, which goes to show the consistent high quality!

Welcome CB2!! 👏 Lucky enough to work nearby and very happy to be a new regular! The decor is amazing and lovely to experience in what was a very wasted old building that has been crying out for something like this for a very long time, I've worked nearby for nearly ten years and been in this space through all it's forms and can say absolutely that this is the best I have seen it (by far) and the best service I have experienced (by far). The service is absolutely outstanding and the coffee... Wow! The best I've had for a very long time. Food excellent and super efficient staff. Well worth a visit! Everybody needs a little CB in their lives 🙌😊

Great place and atmosphere. Only thing really is having more Gluten Free and Dairy Free options available. Lovely coffee though and the carrot cake was yum! 🤤
Rating: 4 / 5
Lovely place. The coffee is good and they have a good selection of cakes and toasties etc - it’s like Costa but better and without the huge price tag! I love the decor and it has a lovely warm atmosphere If there was one teeny tiny thing I’d love them to change is a nice smelling handwash in the toilets 😅

Lovely spot on a rainy day. Scandinavian vibe with pale wooden floors and table tops, dark blue seats and panelling at the counter. The coffee is great and the range of cakes make a choice challenging. I went with the chocolate and praline brownie.
