âHeaven! May not be to everyoneâs taste but the Berrylicious French Toast was perfect. The right amount of tautness mixed with just the perfect level of sweetness. Admittedly I was initially confused by the candy floss topping thinking to myself why on earth put a ball of cotton as a topping for the toast đ. A definite must visit.â

âThe coffee is bang on, I like a lungo and CG put it through perfect, full of flavour and great crema. Soups are homemade and filling, and the tuna melt ciabatta is đ¤¤. Huge asset to the village and a great pitstop for anyone walking along the river. Highly recommend a visit.â

âSimply fantastic. Welcomed with a smile into a genuinely welcoming atmosphere, where the other customers are more like friends to the owner. The place is nicely decorated and very clean, even providing a toy box for the little ones. And then the food is proper food cooked by proper cooks - none of this Instagram melty cheese viral nonsense that everywhere else does. We had the shaksuka, panini and a few roast dinners. All was really lovely. The owners special cake just topped off a fantastic afternoon. Had a fantastic time and we aim to return đâ

âGreat place to stop for a cuppa, made even better by a second hand bookshop on the premises. My second visit was equally good. The coffee was great. A blend made for them specially and so was the lemon drizzle cake. Also got some very reasonably priced miniature scores from the bookshop. Definitely my first choice for a coffee and cake when in Didsburyâ

âThis place does get busy but very cosy. They dont have much food (menu just exists). The soft drinks and mocktails are your standard but are served nice and cold. Hot chocolate was nice and desi tea (little too milky for my liking). They allow you to bring food from out to dine in.â

âFood consistently good but service inconsistent. Some of the people who work there are absolutely lovely, some treat you like youâre a nuisance for daring to enter. Brunch food is lovely (potato hash was a stand out and full of flavour) but just be prepared that we didnât seem to have the âwowâ experience so many others seem to have had.â
