Super friendly staff in a chill setting. Food is amazing and the salted beef is to-die-for. Also recommend the smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel.

My favourite coffee place in Chorlton by a country mile. Great coffee, elite pastries, tasty bagels, wholesome vibe all round.

I’ve been about the block and I personally believe this is the best coffee shop in chorlton. The staff are super and the owner is greatly involved. I love it here, there are loads of locals so it feels like a little community.

A new little cafe, they seemed quite popular so thought we'd give it a try. So glad that we did, the food there was so good, I can't recommend the pancakes more, so good. We also had an all day breakfast and that was really good too. I'm not one for coffee so can't talk about that, but the guys making it seemed super into it and knew heaps and the ones in our group that ordered it said very very good things about the coffee. All the staff were super friendly and warm to everyone, it actually felt genuine and not forced like it sometimes does in some cafes. Heaps of homemade cakes too which were really good. But absolutely get the pancakes.

My partner and I visited here for the first time today. We drink a lot of coffee and we were very happy with the batch and espresso based coffee on offer. My partner had poached eggs on toast and I had the baked eggs. Unfortunately my baked eggs were very hard to the point I didn’t finish it my breakfast. Unlike those that slate small independent businesses and don’t speak up in store, I shared my feedback when asked and the response is what matters. The employee went above and beyond in offering me solutions. I wasn’t trying to get a freebie or anything so I was just happy to politely share my feedback. This was fed back to the owner who also offered resolutions. I’m not a chef, but hopefully the chef will review the baked egg dish and consider eggs with runny yolks, allowing for a creamy texture when broken. The service was truly impeccable and ultimately that is what will make me return in the future and try the breakfast.

Their food is out of this world, this is the quality you see in Iran, I haven’t tasted such delicious Kebab out of Iran. Their portions are more ch bigger than other restaurants. The manager is very respectful and their staff are lovely and friendly.

Our first experience at Shookah Lounge was incredible. The food is so delicious, very fresh and the portions are very satisfying. The staff are very hospitable and friendly, they made us feel very special and catered to our needs regularly. Their hookah is perfect and a great way to end your evening after dinner.

The best food I ever ate. It felt like I was actually in Persia and not Manchester. A hidden gem and authentic food at an amazing price. Will be coming here more often.

Shookah is a wonderful place, the lovely staff all went above and beyond to make sure we are happy and taken cared of. The food was amazing, it tastes authentic, full of saffron flavour and large portions. Everything was exceptionally good.

Great little cafe with a wide selection of food and desserts at fair prices. The service was good and atmosphere very relaxed. Everything is halal and they have good vegetarian and GF options. They also have their own branded coffee (which I didn't try). There is outdoor seating available and a garden area at the back which was closed, maybe it could be used a children's play area. Overall, it is definitely worth a visit.

Been coming here for the past 1 year, such a nice place. Reccomendes it to all my mates. Coffee is top notch, so is the food and the dessert. The owner and the staff are all lovely, always makes me feel welcomed. Highly highly recommend!

I am a regular at this point! Family owned and run and they are the loveliest people I have ever met. Some of the cakes are home made (super delish). Brought my family and friends here multiple times, none of them had any complaints either🩷

June 2024 They haven't changed. Still excellent coffee and beautiful, delicious cakes. It's one of these coffee shops where you can relax completely. Nov 2023 An update after our visit a few days ago. They still have these lovely cakes, make the extra strong capuchino (the coffee they use is nice), serve everything with a smile. We are not locals - from Cambridge - and wish that there was a Fino in our city. Mancunians are lucky. 2022 We have walked past Fino many times and never realised that it is such a brilliant place. Why didn't we look at the reviews? Almost all 5 stars and well deserved. Staff are very friendly, the coffee is very good and the cakes that are home made are delicious. Not that it applied to us but they're obviously very child friendly. With so many 5 stars it won't surprise anyone that it is also spotless. Time to make up for lost opportunities. We'll be back soon to try the food

FiLLi Cafe is decent, though there weren’t many options during my visit. I think it’s better suited for breakfast, as the menu seems more fitting for that time of day.

Excellent service and food. Amit is OUTSTANDING. He truly understands and knows how to execute customer service to the highest level! Attended last week for breakfast and was offered two flavours for my karak. Although they were both nice I preferred the original karak. I visited again two days ago and Amit not only remembered me but also remembered my karak preference - I mean that’s just remarkable considering so many people have visited yet he still recalled. Hats off!

I’ve eaten here 4 times in as many weeks, it’s excellent! Varied menu, plenty of exciting dishes (mains & sides), really friendly staff, always smiling. Comfortable inside, quick service and delicious food - what’s not to love? The desi breakfast is a must try, even if just for the flaky buttery paratha!

I had the halloumi skewer & it was lovely. I good size too, I was stuffed! They have an amazing menu to choose from too! And they are dog friendly which is always a bonus 🐾

Lightning fast service and the food was very good for the price. Had a cosy vibe and a good selection of drinks and snacks.

Came for brunch on Sunday, nicely busy which gave a lovely atmosphere. Drinks and food came quickly, it all tasted great. I like that you order and pay at the till, it means that you can just leave once you've finished. The cakes looked delicious!

Lovely British/Greek place with great atmosphere inside and outside. Great choice of food, particularly for breakfast/brunch. We had the Spartan Eggs and the Full English with the addition of Black Pudding and you get to choose how you want your eggs which is fantastic (I had poached but you can have fried or scrambled)! We very much enjoyed it all, except the bacon as it was undercooked with chewy fat. We skipped the fresh orange juice as it was about £5 which seems expensive and had tea. We'll be back!

My wife and I stopped by for our breakfast this morning. This was our first time visiting Junipers but it won't be our last! We each had the Junipers Breakfast which was superb. Really tasty (the sausage was my favourite!) and well presented. Speedy service and pleasant staff added to the experience. With a breakfast tea and an American coffee the bill came to £28.

I have been a customer of Juniper's since last year, and I can confidently say that their customer service is exceptional. From my very first visit, I was impressed by the friendly and welcoming staff. As someone who pays attention to detail, I was pleasantly surprised by how hard-working and cooperative the team is, even during busy days. They manage to serve customers quickly and efficiently, all while maintaining their lovely smiles. And then there's Maribel's food—it's out of this world! Everything I've tried has been incredibly delicious and mouth-watering. I honestly can't pick a favorite because everything is so good. You just have to try it all! Now, about the coffee—I'm super picky, like Anton Ego in "Ratatouille." But let me tell you, even Anton would love Emily’s coffee. It's hands down the best coffee I've ever had, and it’s like a magical potion that boosts your energy. You’ve got to try it!

Fab little spot for breakfast with friends. Six of us had a lovely, relaxed breakfast on a Saturday. Really friendly and welcoming staff, lovely food. We got there as it opened at 10am and then folk were queuing or being turned away as its just a small place. My only small concern was the toilet being downstairs via some sketchy stairs that were steep and a little worn.

I enjoyed a fantastic Saturday brunch with delicious food and a nice cappuccino! Friendly staff and fast service. I'll definitely return—its popularity speaks to the fantastic quality, so I just hope to find a seat next time! 😉

Have been twice now for cappuccino and cake. Both visits excellent and my daughter and son-in-law were pleased too. Only thing, on second visit I was hoping for the light lunch deal, to find the kitchen closes at 4.30pm, for a 5.30pm finish time...so be warned! Perhaps it could be extended to 5pm? However, I received the yummiest scone with jam and cream for free, in my moment of disappointment! Thank you.

This place is perfect if you are looking for somewhere to eat a tasty lunch, there are lots of options including vegan food, alcoholic drinks, and cakes. The staff are also very lovely and welcoming.

I popped in here for a veggie breakfast and coffee. The breakfast was a decent offering and filling. The coffee was of a good quality and flavoursome. There were some great looking vegan cake options and the atmosphere was relaxed despite plenty of people coming and going.

Nice restaurant and relaxing ☺️ you could just get in there and enjoy whatever you order, the staff is amazing and helpful. When the weather is good you may choose to sit outside and chilling. Went to celebrate my cousins birthday and the restaurant was very catering to our big group. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and the service was rapid. I’m not even joking at one point they had the drinks over 3 minutes after they had been ordered, and the place was not quiet. The food was amazing too, I had the lounge burger and it was very tasty.

A pretty good spot overall. The food was decent but could have been better. Came here for a Christmas dinner with friends, and it was a pleasant experience. The highlight was definitely the staff – Katie and Kayla were exceptionally friendly and welcoming!

What a lovely place. The selection on the menu is excellent with plenty of really healthy options - lots of grains and vegetables in many dishes for example. The staff are incredibly efficient and charming. The interior is quirky and comfortable but what I love so much is that there is a real mixture of young and old, cool and uncool, kids and dogs. It is so refreshing, especially in somewhere like Chorlton, to find somewhere where it seems that all ages and types of people feel comfortable and mix so happily.

I meet these guys at Kendall calling and when I tell you, they left me feeling ecstatic and happy to come back. Amazing people who have nothing but kindness to give. Amazing staff and not to mention the food! Amazing portion sizes and the quality is NOT lacking. Tasty, filling and worth the money, especially with the service to top it off. I'll gladly come back again and would willingly travel to see their shop in person. 10/10 and had a brilliant time, they made my trip worth while.

Ever meandered through Chorlton Park and missed the Tibetan cafe? Well, I finally gave it a go and oh boy, what a joy! Snug by the playground, it's perfect for foodie families, picnic punters, and anyone on the prowl for friendly faces and hearty portions! Tried the sha sha chicken and the momos, both worthy contenders, but it was the cauliflower stir-fry with rice and veggies that stole my heart (and stomach). This humble veggie is transformed into a showstopper so delectable, it might just compel you to write poetry. So, gather the kiddos, nab a sunny spot and get ready for a taste of Tibet that'll have you planning your next visit before you've even left!
