Favourite place for lunch in Urmston/Flixton area. Good portion size and food is delicious. Recommend making reservations if coming between 12 and 1300.

I’m 120kg, always hungry, and very picky on food. My lunch was so delicious amd fulfilling that I started to suspect my Mom is the chef. Tried the Sunday Roast with home made gravy and Belgian waffle with icecream. Even the small things like a capuccino is hundred times better than anywhere else. I was driving for about an hour to get here but very well worth it, and definitely will come back to eat the whole menu cause they earned my trust with flying colors. Be aware that they tend to be fully booked (not surprised)!

Absolutely fantastic - a true hidden gem! We had the prawn & crayfish brunch and the Kale & Halloumi - literally perfect with attention to detail in taste combinations and presentation. Highly recommended and we will be back ❤️

We had wanted to try this place for a while but never got round to it. So glad we finally did as the food is amazing. Backed up by lovely friendly service. Great little restaurant and we’ve already been back twice. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Lovely shake and coffee but the Victoria sponge cake was a bit dry. Good to try though. Might try their other cakes/pastry next time.

Such a lovely local cafe. The food is great and reasonably priced for good quality. We have 2 kids you love it there and love a trip to the park after just a couple of mins walk away. The staff are really friendly, attentive and kind. Couldn't recommend more

Had a lovely meal here. The staff were very helpful and attentive, the quality of the food was excellent, very fresh and well priced. The afternoon tea looks beautiful, elegant and is very tasty. The cafe also sells items for decopatch that your can work on while there or take home.

Lovely little cafe with great choices of drinks and food. Really friendly service and a lovely atmosphere inside. Will be returning to try the food for sure! Edit - returned for food, had a couple of ham/cheese and chicken/cheese paninis for lunch! Very lovely and also the strawberry milkshake fab too!

Had French toast and pistachio milk cake from here and they were amazing. I’d just say that the coffee is too strong, like Spanish latte is meant to be a bit sweet but it was more bitter than sweet. And my friend got a mocha but that also had a lot of coffee in it. Non of us could sleep the night😂

Lovely cafe to go to servers will repeatedly check up on you service is fast food is reasonably price. The menemen had too much sucuk in my opinion or just not enough cheese the sucuk felt too much in comparison to the egg. The full English was all round good but would appreciate more beans. Other than that we loved this cafe and would definitely be returning !

Taken my husband to this lovely spot for some breakfast. Was just as you would want your breakfast and the best hot drinks. The hot drinks were exactly how I love it, can’t wait to visit this little cute spot again. It’s also halal which is nice for a change, to be able to select the meat options.

Super friendly staff in a chill setting. Food is amazing and the salted beef is to-die-for. Also recommend the smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel.

Have always been impressed by the delicious breakfast and lunches here. Particularly enjoy the sweetcorn fritters and french toast. Lovely friendly service, despite always being very busy. Often a queue for a table but always worth waiting

What an absolute gem in the middle of Manchester’s shopping madness. Big shout out to staff who make the place! Beyond expectations approachable and friendly. Great queue managers too! I’ve only ever been to federal on Oxford Road but this one is equally amazing. I swear by the French toast !! And I’d never tried a sandwich from there before but the steak sandwich doesn’t disappoint, steak is so perfectly cooked and so tender. The staff are absolutely amazing too !! I think it was the manager that found a table for us to sit at because ours was wobbly!

Visit two of their branches it really didn’t disappoint. If I’m not mistaken this is the biggest branch compared to the other. I have to queue for 15 minutes ish to be able to get a seat. The vibes lively yet warm and cozy, not to mention the friendly staff. Coming here twice both ordered Turkish eggs always, it was creamy, fulfilling also has interesting sauce, for another order we tried french toast it was superb. Coffee was top notch, the drink also has various options depending on your preferences. Must visit if you’re in Manchester! No wonder it’s super popular

I popped in here for a veggie breakfast and coffee. The breakfast was a decent offering and filling. The coffee was of a good quality and flavoursome. There were some great looking vegan cake options and the atmosphere was relaxed despite plenty of people coming and going.

I really enjoyed my experience at the Tea Hive. The atmosphere was great, the food and coffee were really good, and the environment was surprisingly conducive to getting a lot of work done. The staff were friendly and really accommodating and I was even given a really lovely chai cake as a taster (as a really sweet gesture to a new customer). I would definitely recommend.

This place is perfect if you are looking for somewhere to eat a tasty lunch, there are lots of options including vegan food, alcoholic drinks, and cakes. The staff are also very lovely and welcoming.

Superior experience. We came for a soft brunch around 11am since we had some small bagels earlier in the morning. First we were waiting around 10 mins while being seated. Order was instant. We followed advice from waitress and got pancakes with bacon and maple syrup. Fantastic combination. Flat white and English breakfast tea is a must have option. Restaurant has temperament atmosphere; staff is friendly; served food looks excellent every way I was looking at; and important thing premises are clean. For me nice place for tasty morning breakfast or late morning brunch.

Food and drinks are spot on! Salmon comes in generous portions as well as the soup. They’re both flavourful Also they make the best smoothie and milkshakes! Will definitely go back for different menu Service is okay but atmosphere can be loud during peak times

Busy Saturday morning but we was seated quickly. Juices were fresh and food was delicious. Only disappointed was the coffee it tasted like they was form vending machine which was quite surprising.

Had a great time at the ‘after dark’ session - loved bringing our own bottle for drinks and made some very cool art with friends. Would make a lovely date night too.

Such a fab experience from the moment you walk in! The staff are all so lovely and attentive and it's such a cool environment for painting pottery and doing a clay imprint! Food is also delicious, definitely be going back!

We travelled from London to try this pottery painting cafe and it was AMAZING! The staff are so kind and lovely, and the overall atmosphere is very chill and cosy. It is well layed-out and everything is easy to find. They give you enough time to paint and have some food and drink if you’d like which is a plus. It was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend. Will be revisiting next time I am in Manchester.

Loved it here! The food is lovely and the children's meal was a big hit with my little girl. We visited twice in the week do we managed to take a few photos. Pre book if you can because it does get very busy, especially in the school holidays and the weekends. We got to choose our little piece of pottery (prices are all on the bottom of the pots), different prices, all depending on size, etc. We then decided what paints we wanted, and then we had 2 hours for our booking to complete our little masterpiece! Once you have finished, you hand it over to the staff, and they give you a slip with an order number on, and then you collect it a week later once its been in the kiln. It is a lovely little treat, and it's not just for kids either. Many adults/couples were enjoying this too. I'd definitely go back. The staff were all lovely and very helpful too. 😀

I had the most amazing brunch at 99! From the moment I walked in, the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff made me feel right at home. The menu is full of delicious options, and everything we tried was absolutely perfect. The avocado toast was beautifully presented and perfectly seasoned, and the eggs Benedict was rich and flavorful, with a hollandaise sauce that was simply divine. I also loved their breakfast cocktails—definitely the perfect way to start the day. The attention to detail and quality of ingredients really shines through. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a top-notch brunch experience! I'll definitely be back soon!

I have been to 99 reasons a few times (travelling from the peak district) and I cannot recommend it enough! It's always an absolute delight from start to finish! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with a modern yet relaxed vibe that makes it perfect for a cup of coffee, a quick bite or a refreshing beverage!! The menu is has plenty of options, and the presentation is spot-on. The service has always been top-notch, efficient and friendly! The staff are great! I will absolutely be back and would always recommend for a place to be in Chorlton!
