Such lovely caring staff, from the minute you need to make call and arrive with the reception team, to the surgeons, nurses and support team. Everyone is so kind and patient with both their patients and worried owners. Dottie has had a total hip replacement and awaiting for her next to be done and the care they have shown her is beyond phenomenal. Couldn't recommend them enough.

After 16 weeks weeks we have finally had the all clear. Every member of staff at Manchester Veterinary Specialists have treated me my wife and Zeus amazingly, keeping us constantly updated, offering reassurance and always ensuring Zeus is as happy as possible under the circumstances. Zeus hyper extended his ligaments and required pancarpal arthrodesis using plates and bone grafts. We knew it was a big operation but the pre and post care Zeus received was exceptional. The post care routine was well planned out and the staff were always on hand to answer questions if we had any. Zeus is now mostly recovered and after today’s final scan he can finally get back to bigger walks and zoomies. I think it is also worth noting that we found the pricing to be very fair with absolutely no added extras or surprises, the whole pricing structure was discussed on day one and included everything both pre and post operation. The staff are amazing, over the years they have dealt with 2 of my Rottweilers for tplo . I would not trust anyone else with major surgery on my dogs. You know you can always have peace of mind with the care before during and aftercare. Myself and my 2 boys Drax and Flynn say a massive thank you to all the staff. 🐾🐾🐾

Came here with our little dog Morris. The advice and support we received was amazing! Really put our minds at rest. We were so concerned about his legs but now having the proper advice and a plan going forward we're very relieved. Ashleigh Vets are just amazing. Everyone cares passionately about the pets and you know you are in the best possible hands. You are always made to feel so welcome and your pets are the most important thing. Nothing is too much trouble and having been to other vets that just see you as something to make money from, it’s so lovely to feel like they are your extended pet family. X

We are incredibly grateful for the compassionate and dedicated care provided to our cat Miumiu by the team of Ashleigh Veterinary Centre and especially Dr. Nikoleta. Throughout a difficult time, they went above and beyond to ensure Miumiu received the best care while offering us support. Every interaction with the clinic showed their genuine care for both pets and their families.

What an amazing customer service! Over the phone they were extremely helpful about a very complex issue, export health certificate for international travel. While NO OTHER vet office in Manchester was able to assist me in such a short notice, they were so understanding and putting me at ease. Can't thank enough.

Met Agi when she was stationed in beech house in Warrington and this was the luckiest day for me and my dogos, Agnieszka is passionate about her job and always honest. He gave us consultations outside of working hours when we really need it and she could charge us for this 3x of the price but she hasn't. I hope she never leaves Manchester 😂😂😂

Couldn’t recommend this vet enough. Simon saved my puppy’s life. After the PDSA wanted to put him down Simon took him in, cared for him and got him back to good health. Him and the girls on reception were so friendly & helpful. They kept us updated on how Freddie was doing and you can really tell how much they all love the animals. Costs were also really good compared to what other vets would charge. I can’t thank Simon and his team enough for everything they have done for us.

My American bulldog has suffered with long term skin problems and Simon is the only vet who has found a solution that is affordable and effective. The whole team have also gone above and beyond to help me with a foster cat and newborn litter of kittens that were in need of extra care.

Couldn't be more caring, thanks to the vets Kate , Ruth , Pip and Mike who looked after our Mainecoon "Tattiana " and the nurses . I've been taking my pet here for 12 years. She's always well looked after Kate goes above and beyond each and every time. I wouldn't consider taking her anywhere else. We recently moved 25 miles away and I still travel to see the vets here.

Kate and the team at Trafford Vets are absolutely amazing. Having unfortunately now moved too far away to continue to bring my cats to them I can really see that what they do, the compassion they have for our pets and the empathy for us as owners, is all too rare

I took my two cats here for many years and was always so impressed by how well they (and I!) were looked after. When my cats were at their worst, I felt really anxious about making sure I was making the right choices for them, and Kate and her team were amazing at going over my options and helping me come to the best decisions for them. The team were always willing to take them in at short notice when needed and return calls when I had questions. My cats have sadly passed now, but Trafford Vets did everything they could to make that journey as kind as possible for both them and me. I highly recommend this vet practice.

We have been customers of Atherton veterinary centre for 15 years Absolutely first class vets and practice staff We sadly had to say goodbye to our cat Merlin recently and everyone we dealt with from vets to nurses to admin staff have been kind, compassionate and caring all through the process of trying to help Merlin I highly recommend this veterinary centre both for their care and compassion Carole and Philip Coleman

Quick and friendly service. First time visit for vaccination of cat. Cost seemed reasonable for vet treatment. Just been to get cat tested following issues with health. Excellent treatment.

I cannot recommend this vets enough. Since getting Humphrey as a pup as a first time dog owner and our pretty regular visits 🙈, the whole team including at the reception and pharmacy have been nothing but helpful, caring, loving and understanding in whatever circumstances or situations were there for this time🤣🥲The online chat feature is brilliant as I was able to send photos of issues enabling an appointment quick time and seen within a couple of hours. Its the only vets I've heard of amongst friends that don't charge per appointment which has saved me a fortune!! Nothing is too much trouble, we love the team there and how amazing they are with him 🫶🏻

The best veterinary practice around. If you want a vet that puts your fur babies first, then this is the place to go. The reception and pharmacy staff do an amazing job, always going above and beyond to help. They too are all caring animal loving people. So expect your pet to be stroked and fussed over. I lost my boy Diego last year to Heart failure and all the way through his illness, I was given support and most of all understanding.Thanks to Guilia (vet) I was able to have several months more with Diego. Megan (Reception) is amazing, when I lost my Diego, she totally understood my heartbreak and walked with me every step of the way. The empathy and understanding she shown, will never be forgotten, she’s a real Gem. I still attend here with my other dog and I know he is in safe hands, I highly recommend it to everyone I meet. I’ve finally found a place where…The animal comes first before money! The only issue I have is the parking. It can sometimes get a little overcrowded, but since they installed the number plate booking in service, it seems to have improved slightly. This is no reflection of the actual service you receive.

I can't recommend Animal Trust Failsworth enough! It felt perfect from the start. The receptionist was very friendly and totally calmed me down. Tasha, the nurse who saw Penny, was amazing, so caring and professional; you could tell she loved animals. She made sure Penny was comfortable and well cared for. What I love is that it's a non-profit that truly prioritises the animals first. The care is awesome, the prices are fair, and the staff go above and beyond. They're honest and upfront, making sure the pets get exactly what they need without pushing extra stuff. The service from everyone was top-notch. I'm thrilled with how Penny was treated, and we'll totally be back. If you want a vets that genuinely cares, this is the place!

Absolute lifesavers! We rushed our little Milo to the clinic, worried he had a break or fracture. The team was so kind and told us to come straight in. Thankfully, it turned out to be just a bad sprain, and they had him patched up and comfortable in no time. The care and attention they gave Milo was incredible, and to top it off, it was affordable! We couldn’t be more grateful for their quick and gentle service. Highly recommended! 10/10 thank you so much everyone that helped :))

New to the area, and needed to find a vets to support my cats health. After registering online, and booking an appointment, I was worried I would need to wait a week as per the booking system. I called to veterinary and spoke to the reception who were very warm and welcoming, I explained my cat’s symptoms, thankfully they managed to book an appointment for the same day. On arrival all staff were super friendly, and I walked away reassured my cat had received the best care. Would highly recommend this practise.

I cannot thank willows veterinary group enough! I lost my 3 year old cat to underlining problems. All the staff went out of their way to send me her ashes and her paw prints. This is the best veterinary for your animal!

Usually friendly, kind staff. Bit of a pain to get upstairs, there is a lift but it's a daunting one so I don't use it. Waiting room is quite small so it's a worry if another dog is there as mine is reactive, especially as the groomers is also up there. It does feel quite nice and open though. The owner is very nice.

Excellent all around. The reception staff are friendly and fantastic at what they do - informative and deal with the insurance claims on every visit. Vet Helen is absolutely briliant with our dog, and her approach to resolving our dog's ear infection and allergies has been spot on so far. After being to two other Vet clinics over the last 2 years, this is by far the best. Everything you'd hope to find at clinic for your loving pet - friendly, caring, efficient, knowledgeable and informative, with a clear plan of action. Thank you.
