Our dog had a phantom pregnancy the vet gave us lots of advice and information. We had a check up and jabs 2 September again the vet was very professional, calming with our dog and helpful. Good efficient service, caring vets would recommend 🐶

I have been with Armac for over 30 years, I have always found the staff to be polite and friendly yet still professional. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I couldn't ask for better care for my dogs.

Met Agi when she was stationed in beech house in Warrington and this was the luckiest day for me and my dogos, Agnieszka is passionate about her job and always honest. He gave us consultations outside of working hours when we really need it and she could charge us for this 3x of the price but she hasn't. I hope she never leaves Manchester 😂😂😂

Simply the best vet I've come across in twenty years. True pet lover who understands both the pet and owners needs. No need to look any further than Agi and her little team. One woman family business so not tied to any of the big corporate groups which means much fairer pricing and most importantly the very best care and treatment for your furry friends. 💯 excellent!

My cat who is nervous unfortunately had to have some dental procedures done, we received detailed information, explanation and quotation for the procedures and the team were brilliant with her. She came home with her meds and with a bravery certificate and stickers 😆. The reception team are brilliant even when it's particularly busy and they're under pressure. We also received a reassurance call on the day as to how cat was doing and what time to collect her. The discharge appointment was thorough and we were given full aftercare instructions. The staff at Briar Dawn are truly amazing. The receptionists are beyond lovely; they always make you feel welcome and make a fuss of your loved ones. I visited regularly with my dog Star, and I truly believe the staff who knew her cared for her just as much as I did; they were always so amazing with her. Our vet, who saw Star regularly, would always ask how my rabbits were getting along, which shows what a caring and special person she truly is ❤️When the time came to say goodbye to Star, she gave us plenty of time to say goodbye, and I feel so fortunate that we were able to have a positive experience during such a difficult time. Wow what a vets! From the friendly reception staff to the incredible vets I'm so glad I transferred my pets over. Rebecca was a lovely friendly vet she booked my dog in for sedation and minor surgery. James then treated my dog under sedation the next day and I have never ever had such a top quality service from a vet like that who explained everything and was so patient with me. Thank you so much! Came here with our little dog Morris. The advice and support we received was amazing! Really put our minds at rest. We were so concerned about his legs but now having the proper advice and a plan going forward we're very relieved. Such lovely caring staff, from the minute you need to make call and arrive with the reception team, to the surgeons, nurses and support team. Everyone is so kind and patient with both their patients and worried owners. Dottie has had a total hip replacement and awaiting for her next to be done and the care they have shown her is beyond phenomenal. Couldn't recommend them enough.

The staff are amazing, over the years they have dealt with 2 of my Rottweilers for tplo . I would not trust anyone else with major surgery on my dogs. You know you can always have peace of mind with the care before during and aftercare. Myself and my 2 boys Drax and Flynn say a massive thank you to all the staff. 🐾🐾🐾

After 16 weeks weeks we have finally had the all clear. Every member of staff at Manchester Veterinary Specialists have treated me my wife and Zeus amazingly, keeping us constantly updated, offering reassurance and always ensuring Zeus is as happy as possible under the circumstances. Zeus hyper extended his ligaments and required pancarpal arthrodesis using plates and bone grafts. We knew it was a big operation but the pre and post care Zeus received was exceptional. The post care routine was well planned out and the staff were always on hand to answer questions if we had any. Zeus is now mostly recovered and after today’s final scan he can finally get back to bigger walks and zoomies. I think it is also worth noting that we found the pricing to be very fair with absolutely no added extras or surprises, the whole pricing structure was discussed on day one and included everything both pre and post operation. Thank you so much!!!

I cannot recommend this vets enough. Since getting Humphrey as a pup as a first time dog owner and our pretty regular visits 🙈, the whole team including at the reception and pharmacy have been nothing but helpful, caring, loving and understanding in whatever circumstances or situations were there for this time🤣🥲The online chat feature is brilliant as I was able to send photos of issues enabling an appointment quick time and seen within a couple of hours. Its the only vets I've heard of amongst friends that don't charge per appointment which has saved me a fortune!! Nothing is too much trouble, we love the team there and how amazing they are with him 🫶🏻

I can't recommend Animal Trust Failsworth enough! It felt perfect from the start. The receptionist was very friendly and totally calmed me down. Tasha, the nurse who saw Penny, was amazing, so caring and professional; you could tell she loved animals. She made sure Penny was comfortable and well cared for. What I love is that it's a non-profit that truly prioritises the animals first. The care is awesome, the prices are fair, and the staff go above and beyond. They're honest and upfront, making sure the pets get exactly what they need without pushing extra stuff. The service from everyone was top-notch. I'm thrilled with how Penny was treated, and we'll totally be back. If you want a vets that genuinely cares, this is the place!

The best veterinary practice around. If you want a vet that puts your fur babies first, then this is the place to go. The reception and pharmacy staff do an amazing job, always going above and beyond to help. They too are all caring animal loving people. So expect your pet to be stroked and fussed over. I lost my boy Diego last year to Heart failure and all the way through his illness, I was given support and most of all understanding.Thanks to Guilia (vet) I was able to have several months more with Diego. Megan (Reception) is amazing, when I lost my Diego, she totally understood my heartbreak and walked with me every step of the way. The empathy and understanding she shown, will never be forgotten, she’s a real Gem. I still attend here with my other dog and I know he is in safe hands, I highly recommend it to everyone I meet. I’ve finally found a place where…The animal comes first before money! The only issue I have is the parking. It can sometimes get a little overcrowded, but since they installed the number plate booking in service, it seems to have improved slightly. This is no reflection of the actual service you receive.

Swapped to this vets with my dog over 5 years ago and so glad we did. Being an elderly dog we've had a few health concerns over the years. The staff have always been great, getting her in quickly when needed and being patient with her. They were always upfront and honest and didn't make her go through any unnecessary treatment. Unfortunately we had say goodbye to her recently, again the vet who we saw and the staff were fantastic. Even though it was booked as a routine appointment they didn't rush us and gave us all the time we needed to make a decision and say goodbye.

My dog is registered here. Fantastic service. Highly recommended because it's 24/7, whether to take appointments or emergency. All in one service🙂. Recently, my dog was unwell. Made a call, booked urgent appointments, treatment was done, and registration as well. The best place for your pets safety. My dog name is Toby Fox, and he is 4 years old.

Always efficient, friendly staff and the vets are lovely and caring, always very informative and understanding. I had such great care of my last dog here till it was time to say goodbye. They were respectful and gave us plenty of time and privacy to spend precious last moments together. Just registered my new little one with them and I don’t doubt he will receive the best care too.

My cat Matty was hit by a car and brought here by a very kind member of the public, but unfortunately he had already passed on. I was contacted by one of the team here and shown so much kindness and compassion. The team helped me with organising his cremation and let me stay in the room with him for as long as I wanted. I was then able to take his body away which was such a relief as I didn't want him to be alone anymore. Thank you Medivet, particularly to the lady on the phone who had just worked the night shift but stayed to comfort me in the room for while. Your kindness was so appreciated.

They cared about my cats. I booked an appointment on line (2 of them back to back) for my two kittens 6 month check. This was very easy to do. Unfortunately apparently a vet needs to do this and the on line booking, only booked the nurse. It wasn't a problem as I just re-booked over the phone. But maybe somehow integrating what appointment (there were options for this on the booking form) type to the correct person to see would be of use.

An absolutely incredible vets who saved our dog’s life after she was hit by a car. It’s been a long recovery journey and we could not have asked for better care for Florence. Special thanks to Rodrigo, Paul, Tom, Simon, Serena, Jessica and the amazing ICU nurses and lovely receptionists! We’re so grateful for everything you’ve done for our girl.

Cannot thank the staff enough for the care received today. Our cat Hope was transferred from our usual vets after being hit by a car. Thanks to you amazing people, she is on the mend and resting at home. It’s been a traumatic day but you guys have made us feel reassured and kept us informed throughout.

What can I say other than what a fantastic team. Our dog Lucy had to have cruciate surgery. From being referred to leaving today every person has been so good kind and helpful. From Amy calling initially and putting our minds at rest to Andrew explaining everything pre op and post op and his skill doing the op. The two ladies on reception who greeted us and dealt with insurance payments and general care again making us feel at ease everything done in our time never pushed. We still have a long way to go recovery wise for Lucy but she's had the best care possible. Thank you again to Andrew and the team.

Referred by our vet for investigations for our dog. From start to finish everything was perfect, staff on reception warm and welcoming. Consulting vet James explained everything he was doing and showed a great deal of empathy towards us. He was lovely with our dog Brodie. He has continued to keep us updated. Usually friendly, kind staff. Bit of a pain to get upstairs, there is a lift but it's a daunting one so I don't use it. Waiting room is quite small so it's a worry if another dog is there as mine is reactive, especially as the groomers is also up there. It does feel quite nice and open though. The owner is very nice.

We moved to the area around a year ago, and had to find a vet urgently as our dog had some sort of seizure. They got us in and registered quickly and we've been with Hellen since. Last week our dog had to be put down due to old age and complications. Hellen arranged it all with amazing compassion. This was done with the utmost respect to our dog and to us. I highly recommend this vets, and especially Hellen. The reception team has always been helpful and the whole experience with them has been really good.

Couldn’t recommend this vet enough. Simon saved my puppy’s life. After the PDSA wanted to put him down Simon took him in, cared for him and got him back to good health. Him and the girls on reception were so friendly & helpful. They kept us updated on how Freddie was doing and you can really tell how much they all love the animals. Costs were also really good compared to what other vets would charge. I can’t thank Simon and his team enough for everything they have done for us.

Really terrific and knowledgeable staff, relaxed atmosphere, and a comfortable experience with excellent care. I have been bringing my rescue cats here for years, and Simon helps me navigate their special needs so that they can have the best quality of life possible. Really appreciate everything the team does, they are dedicated and lovely to work with.

My American bulldog has suffered with long term skin problems and Simon is the only vet who has found a solution that is affordable and effective. The whole team have also gone above and beyond to help me with a foster cat and newborn litter of kittens that were in need of extra care.

Great service for exotic pets. My Guinea pig had hay poke and an infected eye. She was seen to within the day and given medication for it. Cleared up in a week. I would recommend this pets to anyone with exotic pets, this isn’t our first time visiting and they are helpful every time. The staff team are great and the vets are very gentle with our beloved pets.

I called the clinic as we suspected that our cat could have a urine infection. They said that they would need to see him the same day to treat him urgently. After getting them there they attended to him and sorted him out. The duty of care has always been second to none, thank you to Chloe and the team who answered my numerous calls and emails and explained to me step by step of what was taking place. Thanks everyone

We use Ashleigh Vets for our two guinea pigs. After finding out both had ovarian cysts, Elisa suggested a spay. I was really reluctant, but Elisa (Gonzales) was fantastic in allaying my fears. I am pleased to report the two guinea pigs have recovered beautifully, despite some initial complications. Thank you so much for your care and compassion.

Lovely friendly clean veterinary practice, my guinea pig developed heart disease suddenly at 7yo & he was treated with tablets. They soon had him running around again & I had an extra 6w with him to come to terms with his illness. He passed peacefully in his sleep no suffering & am very grateful for their marvellous care
