Bryn vets are absolutely amazing. Thursday, 16th Jan, my labrador Bailey, 13 years old, was struggling to breathe due to his progressive laryngeal paralysis condition he has. I got to see the vets straight away. Upon arrival, my Bailey got out of the car, and by the time we got to the desk to check in, his tongue had turned blue, and he couldn't breathe. Rhianan on the desk quickly got him straight through to the back with the vets and got him on oxygen, and gave him sedation to calm him down. I was in tears. There were two vets that helped deal with him, Nicola, and a blonde haired vet, so sorry I forgot your name. Nicola spoke with me and explained very calmly what my options were. She arranged for me to take him to Whitefield Vet hospital for an emergency Tie Back operation. They monitored him for 2 hrs, and I came back to collect him with my husband. Rhianan was so caring and the blonde vet. We brought him outside, and again, he struggled to breathe, so they asked if it wss OK to sedate him again. Once they were happy with him, we then made our way to Whitefield Vet hospital. He had the operation the next day (today) and was successful. Rhianan rang me up to check how Bailey was doing , telling me that she couldn't stop thinking about Bailey all night and that all the vets were too. How lovely is that ? It brought me to tears to see how caring and loving the staff at Bryn vets are towards their animals that they care for. I can not thank you enough for the care and love you have all shown. It's gonna be a lot of care and attention for Bailey once he comes home . But I know I've got the best caring staff at Bryn vets a phone call away. Thank you to all at Bryn vets for seeing Hope quickly this morning after she had been hit by a car. She was treated by yourselves before being transferred to the vet hospital. We brought her home this evening after getting the all clear. She did not have any internal damage thankfully. She’s been such a lucky girl and we are so grateful for the care you provided.

My dog had been poorly for a number of days when I brought him to the practice. Lindsay saw him, she took care of him like he was her dog. Lindsay gathered lots of information from us before doing a blood test (Lucy helped in this task.) When the results came back, Lindsay went through everything with us. A plan of care was discussed with us which we agreed to. Milo needed a follow up appointment on Bank holiday Monday. This time we saw Nicola, another caring , knowledgeable vet. Again a care plan was discussed with us which we agreed to. Milo says thanks for making him better. We thank you too. Staff are so caring and professional, excellent. Well done.

Fantastic vets. We were really worried about our Old English Sheepdog Ruby. Her back legs kept collapsing and she was very poorly. Took her to Bryn Vets who carried out a number of tests and diagnosed an infection. They kept her in overnight and put her on antibiotics, in the morning we picked her up and she was like a new 🐕 Can't thank them enough excellent caring staff.

Going to the vet is never fun. However, it is great to have a good vet that you can trust to look after & do the best for your furry friend! For me, it's important to understand every step of the treatment process and we were given really detailed information on what has to be done and why. Thanks to Luc & the team for doing their best by us and our wee dog! Would definitely recommend. Fast forward a couple of years and they're still treating him fantastically

How many vets in Wigan or surrounding areas have a 24 hour care system in place? I have been familiar with this surgery when Mr Warrior ran the practice 1960’s The high standards established then remain today. Claire’s Doggy Rooming and Grooming I hear lots of stories some good and some sad that’s why I’m giving my support to a vet who listens and is compassionate 🐾🦴

These are lovely people and they've looked after my precious misty and have made her life so much better by seeing her teeth were rotted. She used to bite me bless her, guess she was in pain but not now...here she is, fast asleep in bed with me. She's my lil rescue.cat and is lovely.... thank you vets for pets, you have helped my lil girl so much xx

Quick and friendly service. First time visit for vaccination of cat. Cost seemed reasonable for vet treatment. Just been to get cat tested following issues with health. Excellent treatment.

We took our beautiful cat Sophie who was well along in years at age 19. The lovely vet reassured us that putting her to sleep was the kindest option considering the quick onset of her symptoms. We were allowed time to say goodbye then she was peacefully put to sleep. How surprised we were when we got a beautiful condolence card in the post a few days later from the vet. Such a kind and thoughtful gesture. Thank you so much 😊
