Came here with our little dog Morris. The advice and support we received was amazing! Really put our minds at rest. We were so concerned about his legs but now having the proper advice and a plan going forward we're very relieved. Obviously not just in it for the money which is always concerning when seeing a specialist. I couldn't recommend MVS enough! Lovely team and Mr bright was so knowledgeable and kind. After 16 weeks weeks we have finally had the all clear. Every member of staff at Manchester Veterinary Specialists have treated me my wife and Zeus amazingly, keeping us constantly updated, offering reassurance and always ensuring Zeus is as happy as possible under the circumstances. Zeus hyper extended his ligaments and required pancarpal arthrodesis using plates and bone grafts. We knew it was a big operation but the pre and post care Zeus received was exceptional. The post care routine was well planned out and the staff were always on hand to answer questions if we had any. Zeus is now mostly recovered and after today’s final scan he can finally get back to bigger walks and zoomies. I think it is also worth noting that we found the pricing to be very fair with absolutely no added extras or surprises, the whole pricing structure was discussed on day one and included everything both pre and post operation. Finley has been seen at MVS for around 9 month and just had his left hip replaced by Steve and Ben. Everyone at Mvs is lovely and so helpful ! I felt so comfortable leaving my dog there knowing he is in such good hands. The nurse that admitted him and discharged him was amazing she talked through everything and was so friendly (I think she was called Charlie). I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone 🤍 Thankyou so much for taking such good care of my boy. And thanks Anna for your support in Finleys journey.

Such lovely caring staff, from the minute you need to make call and arrive with the reception team, to the surgeons, nurses and support team. Everyone is so kind and patient with both their patients and worried owners. Dottie has had a total hip replacement and awaiting for her next to be done and the care they have shown her is beyond phenomenal. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Lovely practice with caring and thorough staff. Thank you to Luciano for giving my cats Ted and Willow excellent care (and for showing me how to hold Willow when I give her eye drops!) Luciano absolutely loves cats and I enjoyed hearing his stories about his own pets and the animals he treats. Thank you also to the helpful and friendly staff at the front desk.

Very organised, clean good first impression when you open the door and walk in. There are two areas in the waiting room one specifically for cats which was great and feel very reassuring because I have a cat seen promptly by the vet professionally identify the problem it was in and out very quickly. I have no complaints. I would highly recommend.

Couldn't recommend GoVets enough! Monitoring my pregnant dog a week up until she was ready to have a C-section! Progesterone bloods which made us at ease and then on her final day straight in for a c section. Trustworthy and reliable vets which kept us up to date step by step. The reception staff greeted on arrival. Vets was nothing but amazing with cali. Upon the final process of handing the puppies and my female over the nurses looking after them was very knowledgeable & also very helpful on aftercare advice. 5***** !!!!!!!! THANKS AGAIN! :) :)

I am very impressed with the immediate , kind, professional and overall impressive care my family have advised me about joining Irlam Animal Clinic. I am living in the area again, and have already made 1 visit , I find the staff very helpful and friendly, and will be joining their pet club. Irlam Animal Clinic did a fantastic job looking after our lovely dog Ted. We could always get an appt and the staff are lovely esp the young guy on reception and Joanne the Manager who went above and beyond when he sadly passed away with heartfelt finishing touches. The vets are amazing and do a fantastic job! even in the most difficult of times. They gave us an extra year with Ted which we are forever grateful for.

I took my two cats here for many years and was always so impressed by how well they (and I!) were looked after. When my cats were at their worst, I felt really anxious about making sure I was making the right choices for them, and Kate and her team were amazing at going over my options and helping me come to the best decisions for them. The team were always willing to take them in at short notice when needed and return calls when I had questions. My cats have sadly passed now, but Trafford Vets did everything they could to make that journey as kind as possible for both them and me. I highly recommend this vet practice.

Kate and the team at Trafford Vets are absolutely amazing. Having unfortunately now moved too far away to continue to bring my cats to them I can really see that what they do, the compassion they have for our pets and the empathy for us as owners, is all too rare

I've been taking my pet here for 12 years. She's always well looked after Kate goes above and beyond each and every time. I wouldn't consider taking her anywhere else. We recently moved 25 miles away and I still travel to see the vets here.

We have been customers of Atherton veterinary centre for 15 years Absolutely first class vets and practice staff We sadly had to say goodbye to our cat Merlin recently and everyone we dealt with from vets to nurses to admin staff have been kind, compassionate and caring all through the process of trying to help Merlin I highly recommend this veterinary centre both for their care and compassion Carole and Philip Coleman

My pug had an issue with mites, he was a ratching himself till he bled constantly, within 10 mins she told me what mite he has showed me a photo under the microscope of the pest, within 4 weeks his fur has all grown back no more scratching, absolutely delighted, before and after photos below. Couldn’t recommend this vet enough. Simon saved my puppy’s life. After the PDSA wanted to put him down Simon took him in, cared for him and got him back to good health. Him and the girls on reception were so friendly & helpful. They kept us updated on how Freddie was doing and you can really tell how much they all love the animals. Costs were also really good compared to what other vets would charge. I can’t thank Simon and his team enough for everything they have done for us.

My American bulldog has suffered with long term skin problems and Simon is the only vet who has found a solution that is affordable and effective. The whole team have also gone above and beyond to help me with a foster cat and newborn litter of kittens that were in need of extra care.

Referred by our vet for investigations for our dog. From start to finish everything was perfect, staff on reception warm and welcoming. Consulting vet James explained everything he was doing and showed a great deal of empathy towards us. He was lovely with our dog Brodie. He has continued to keep us updated. An absolutely incredible vets who saved our dog’s life after she was hit by a car. It’s been a long recovery journey and we could not have asked for better care for Florence. Our 4 year old border collie contracted tetanus and on the advice of our local vet we took him to Vet’s Now in Manchester as he required 24 hour care. Treatment ended up taking 2 weeks during which time the staff were amazing, keeping us updated about his progress. We would recommend it to anyone requiring specialist care for their pet.

Cannot thank the staff enough for the care received today. Our cat Hope was transferred from our usual vets after being hit by a car. They were fantastic with me and my little kitten Millie. Millie was so relaxed with the vet and didn't make a sound when she had her injection. She was taken from her Mommy far to young so I have been bottle feeding her. She had her 1st injection today and was such a brave little soldier. She has brought so much joy to my life as I know I have to hers too.

The best veterinary practice around. If you want a vet that puts your fur babies first, then this is the place to go. The reception and pharmacy staff do an amazing job, always going above and beyond to help. They too are all caring animal loving people. So expect your pet to be stroked and fussed over. I lost my boy Diego last year to Heart failure and all the way through his illness, I was given support and most of all understanding.Thanks to Guilia (vet) I was able to have several months more with Diego. Megan (Reception) is amazing, when I lost my Diego, she totally understood my heartbreak and walked with me every step of the way. The empathy and understanding she shown, will never be forgotten, she’s a real Gem. I still attend here with my other dog and I know he is in safe hands, I highly recommend it to everyone I meet. I’ve finally found a place where…The animal comes first before money! The only issue I have is the parking. It can sometimes get a little overcrowded, but since they installed the number plate booking in service, it seems to have improved slightly. This is no reflection of the actual service you receive.

I can't recommend Animal Trust Failsworth enough! It felt perfect from the start. The receptionist was very friendly and totally calmed me down. Tasha, the nurse who saw Penny, was amazing, so caring and professional; you could tell she loved animals. She made sure Penny was comfortable and well cared for. What I love is that it's a non-profit that truly prioritises the animals first. The care is awesome, the prices are fair, and the staff go above and beyond. They're honest and upfront, making sure the pets get exactly what they need without pushing extra stuff. The service from everyone was top-notch. I'm thrilled with how Penny was treated, and we'll totally be back. If you want a vets that genuinely cares, this is the place!

Swapped to this vets with my dog over 5 years ago and so glad we did. Being an elderly dog we've had a few health concerns over the years. The staff have always been great, getting her in quickly when needed and being patient with her. They were always upfront and honest and didn't make her go through any unnecessary treatment. Unfortunately we had say goodbye to her recently, again the vet who we saw and the staff were fantastic. Even though it was booked as a routine appointment they didn't rush us and gave us all the time we needed to make a decision and say goodbye.

Absolute lifesavers! We rushed our little Milo to the clinic, worried he had a break or fracture. The team was so kind and told us to come straight in. Thankfully, it turned out to be just a bad sprain, and they had him patched up and comfortable in no time. The care and attention they gave Milo was incredible, and to top it off, it was affordable! We couldn’t be more grateful for their quick and gentle service. Highly recommended! 10/10 thank you so much everyone that helped :))

Excellent all around. The reception staff are friendly and fantastic at what they do - informative and deal with the insurance claims on every visit. Vet Helen is absolutely briliant with our dog, and her approach to resolving our dog's ear infection and allergies has been spot on so far. After being to two other Vet clinics over the last 2 years, this is by far the best. Everything you'd hope to find at clinic for your loving pet - friendly, caring, efficient, knowledgeable and informative, with a clear plan of action. Thank you.

We moved to the area around a year ago, and had to find a vet urgently as our dog had some sort of seizure. They got us in and registered quickly and we've been with Hellen since. Last week our dog had to be put down due to old age and complications. Hellen arranged it all with amazing compassion. This was done with the utmost respect to our dog and to us. I highly recommend this vets, and especially Hellen. The reception team has always been helpful and the whole experience with them has been really good.

Usually friendly, kind staff. Bit of a pain to get upstairs, there is a lift but it's a daunting one so I don't use it. Waiting room is quite small so it's a worry if another dog is there as mine is reactive, especially as the groomers is also up there. It does feel quite nice and open though. The owner is very nice.
