Lovely practice with caring and thorough staff. Thank you to Luciano for giving my cats Ted and Willow excellent care (and for showing me how to hold Willow when I give her eye drops!) Luciano absolutely loves cats and I enjoyed hearing his stories about his own pets and the animals he treats. Thank you also to the helpful and friendly staff at the front desk.

Couldn't recommend GoVets enough! Monitoring my pregnant dog a week up until she was ready to have a C-section! Progesterone bloods which made us at ease and then on her final day straight in for a c section. Trustworthy and reliable vets which kept us up to date step by step. The reception staff greeted on arrival. Vets was nothing but amazing with cali. Upon the final process of handing the puppies and my female over the nurses looking after them was very knowledgeable & also very helpful on aftercare advice. 5***** !!!!!!!! THANKS AGAIN! :) :)

Very organised, clean good first impression when you open the door and walk in. There are two areas in the waiting room one specifically for cats which was great and feel very reassuring because I have a cat seen promptly by the vet professionally identify the problem it was in and out very quickly. I have no complaints. I would highly recommend.

My dogs have been going to Ashton since puppies and are now 8. We have found the team at Ashton to be caring, friendly and nothing has ever been too much trouble. We have received help and advice when needed. We have just gone through a trauma with one of our dogs and Ashton took the stress away of dealing with paperwork, so we could concentrate on the recovery of our furbaby.

We came to this vets today after we’d noticed something wasn’t right with a cat we’d adopted. I can honestly say the staff were amazing. Today has been so difficult and life feels pretty cruel to have lost her this soon but the staff here went above and beyond. From the reception staff who were chatty and comforting whilst waiting to be seen, to the vet who looked after our little Luna and was so caring and understanding and also the vet nurse who took her paw prints and fur clippings. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for all you did today. I’m so pleased Luna was cared for by such lovely people.

The only vets we've ever been with for all our pets past and present, no need to go elsewhere as this vet practice goes above and beyond be it advice or treatment. Loren is an amazing vet and as an owner of a nervous dog she's very understanding and gives great advice! Diarmuid is another vet that's always dealt with our pets he's very understanding and caters to the animals needs he was brilliant with our dog when he was in the late stages of an illness. Always at the end of the phone if needed, amazing surgery would highly reccomend 😀

My American bulldog has suffered with long term skin problems and Simon is the only vet who has found a solution that is affordable and effective. The whole team have also gone above and beyond to help me with a foster cat and newborn litter of kittens that were in need of extra care.

Simon and the team are so lovely. Matilda, mani, butchy have all been at this vets from day dot. My first boxer was also under Simon great vets ❤️❤️❤️

Couldn’t recommend this vet enough. Simon saved my puppy’s life. After the PDSA wanted to put him down Simon took him in, cared for him and got him back to good health. Him and the girls on reception were so friendly & helpful. They kept us updated on how Freddie was doing and you can really tell how much they all love the animals. Costs were also really good compared to what other vets would charge. I can’t thank Simon and his team enough for everything they have done for us.

Came to get my puppy's 2nd vaccine. I was seen by the head nurse Kayla who was amazing and answered all my questions. Cannot recommend enough

I cannot thank willows veterinary group enough! I lost my 3 year old cat to underlining problems. All the staff went out of their way to send me her ashes and her paw prints. This is the best veterinary for your animal!

Turner was so good at the vets today, great vets, answered my queries and cleaned his ears out, he's like a new pin! He did get one stab.. Ouch!

Took our two cavaliers for nail trim. The nurse was great with them. I also had a consultation with Jenny Pepper for one of the cavs. She too was excellent, gave treatment and sound advice for me to follow. The reception was very busy with the phones but there is always a cheerful voice at the end of the phone taking the details and being helpful at reception dealing with your case. I can only recommend the Practice highly for its care and advice.this was 4 years ago. We have lost our dear black and tan Pepa but Robbie is now almost 12 years old. He has received regular check up, great advice from all vets seen. The vets are courteous, gentle with our old dog and have given good advice. His recent kennel cough booster and check up was thorough. A good examination wascarried out questions asked as to his general well being. 14.6.24 Alicia Harris 10.1.2025 Our little fella went for his annual check and vaccination ti. New vaccine thoroughly explained. Dr Laing had dealt with Robbie before.she listene to my queries and abswered my questions. Very happy with this visit. In accordance with the new vaccine he has another appointment in one month.

my darling cat yoko was put to sleep here after ingesting something poisonous that ultimately killed her, the vets and vet nurses were so sweet i couldn't thank them enough. kind humans are what we need more of in this world and the comfort i received from them really showed it. to the nurse who trimmed yokos nails and gave me her paw print to take home, thankyou. i'll never forget your kind tone of voice with her as if she was still here with me, and for being so gentle. such a lovely practice, my first time too. i recommend them purely for their kindness. 🕊️🤍

Mila came in for an operation and we were both extremely nervous to begin with. It all went great and the staff very much put us all at ease, they were very all very sweet and kind to her. We couldn’t have asked for a better service

Referred by our vet for investigations for our dog. From start to finish everything was perfect, staff on reception warm and welcoming. Consulting vet James explained everything he was doing and showed a great deal of empathy towards us. He was lovely with our dog Brodie. He has continued to keep us updated. Perfect service at such a difficult time for us

Cannot thank the staff enough for the care received today. Our cat Hope was transferred from our usual vets after being hit by a car. Thanks to you amazing people, she is on the mend and resting at home. It’s been a traumatic day but you guys have made us feel reassured and kept us informed throughout.

What can I say other than what a fantastic team. Our dog Lucy had to have cruciate surgery. From being referred to leaving today every person has been so good kind and helpful. From Amy calling initially and putting our minds at rest to Andrew explaining everything pre op and post op and his skill doing the op. The two ladies on reception who greeted us and dealt with insurance payments and general care again making us feel at ease everything done in our time never pushed. We still have a long way to go recovery wise for Lucy but she's had the best care possible. Thank you again to Andrew and the team.

An absolutely incredible vets who saved our dog’s life after she was hit by a car. It’s been a long recovery journey and we could not have asked for better care for Florence. Special thanks to Rodrigo, Paul, Tom, Simon, Serena, Jessica and the amazing ICU nurses and lovely receptionists! We’re so grateful for everything you’ve done for our girl.

Amazing place, well organised, extremely clean and well structured. The staff was very friendly and impeccable. They helped right away. I intend to have pets for the kids in the near future and now I know the vet I’m taking the pets for routine and vaccinations. Great place. I was surprised to have such a great vet near my home.

They were fantastic with me and my little kitten Millie. Millie was so relaxed with the vet and didn't make a sound when she had her injection. She was taken from her Mommy far to young so I have been bottle feeding her. She had her 1st injection today and was such a brave little soldier. She has brought so much joy to my life as I know I have to hers too.

Professional and caring, depending on the day sometimes the wait was short and other times you just need to be patient the vets are doing their best. Leave a donation because they absolutely deserve it.

I cannot recommend this vets enough. Since getting Humphrey as a pup as a first time dog owner and our pretty regular visits 🙈, the whole team including at the reception and pharmacy have been nothing but helpful, caring, loving and understanding in whatever circumstances or situations were there for this time🤣🥲The online chat feature is brilliant as I was able to send photos of issues enabling an appointment quick time and seen within a couple of hours. Its the only vets I've heard of amongst friends that don't charge per appointment which has saved me a fortune!! Nothing is too much trouble, we love the team there and how amazing they are with him 🫶🏻

Absolute lifesavers! We rushed our little Milo to the clinic, worried he had a break or fracture. The team was so kind and told us to come straight in. Thankfully, it turned out to be just a bad sprain, and they had him patched up and comfortable in no time. The care and attention they gave Milo was incredible, and to top it off, it was affordable! We couldn’t be more grateful for their quick and gentle service. Highly recommended! 10/10 thank you so much everyone that helped :))

I can't recommend Animal Trust Failsworth enough! It felt perfect from the start. The receptionist was very friendly and totally calmed me down. Tasha, the nurse who saw Penny, was amazing, so caring and professional; you could tell she loved animals. She made sure Penny was comfortable and well cared for. What I love is that it's a non-profit that truly prioritises the animals first. The care is awesome, the prices are fair, and the staff go above and beyond. They're honest and upfront, making sure the pets get exactly what they need without pushing extra stuff. The service from everyone was top-notch. I'm thrilled with how Penny was treated, and we'll totally be back. If you want a vets that genuinely cares, this is the place!

Swapped to this vets with my dog over 5 years ago and so glad we did. Being an elderly dog we've had a few health concerns over the years. The staff have always been great, getting her in quickly when needed and being patient with her. They were always upfront and honest and didn't make her go through any unnecessary treatment. Unfortunately we had say goodbye to her recently, again the vet who we saw and the staff were fantastic. Even though it was booked as a routine appointment they didn't rush us and gave us all the time we needed to make a decision and say goodbye.

I was very happy with the attention my cat received and pleasantly surprised at the cost. I am happy to refer the hospital to friends and family.

My first cat had to be taken here. Cj when I went into hospital... Am not able to look after her am so sorry. Thay are putting her up for adoption, I could of got her back but am not able to look after cj. She can play out 🐱😁 when she gets a new home and thay have given her her first needles. Thank you.

Being a person who has rescue dogs it's nice to know there's somewhere to take my dogs that have been given that second chance to somewhere that offers the support and medical attention they need at a very affordable price 😀 great work people and a massive thank you from me and my pooches xx 😊

John is a very experienced vet who saw and treated my dog. Did the assessment quickly, gave her pain relief and antibiotic injections as she was too unwell to eat. We saw John on 2 consecutive days for treatment and then by text and photos to check progress. My dog is 12 now and has been to John on three occasions where I needed quick and accurate decision making and treatment. I have every confidence and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the surgery as an independent vets where animal welfare comes first!

John was so helpful, was able to see my dog really quickly who was struggling with anal gland issues and my registered vet was closed despite saying open online. Reasonably priced too which was a shock for a vets! Will 100% contact John before my own vets going forward in case he can help.

Got a quote from Vets4pets to have my Dog Poppy's teeth cleaned and 2 teeth removed quoting just under £1000 😲 contacted John at Abbywood vets and after a consultation and then returning a few days later to have her teeth cleaned and 2 teeth removed only charged, £540. He was so professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him.
