Finished my course of treatment by Charlie and Joanne and my next appointment is in 6 months. Honestly a calming experience it has been. No nervousness waiting to go in and so friendly and professional. Feels like I've known them for years. My only complaint is that I wasn't in the chair long enough to have a good chat with them both. I haven't been to a dentist in many years following a bad experience and anxiety. This place, however, is different. Dentist & nurse are down to earth, accomodating and most importantly to me, gentle. They also have a solid website with visible availability so it's easy to book. I was 15 mins late to my appointment and they still saw me, so a big thank you for that.

I had an amazing experience at the practice today, my kids have been using here for a while now. I only just joined them after being on the waiting list for few months and i am happy. The staffs are friendly. Joanne and Charlie attended to me they made my experience wonderful. They are very friendly and professional, We chatted all through and they gave me few brushing tips and recommended what i could buy that will improve my teeth. Thank you!

I’ve been at this dentist now for quite a few years. I’ve always had a positive experience. Both dentists that I have had Rob and Roshni are lovely. And if you aren’t a fan of the dentist like me these 2 are great at making you feel comfortable in that seat. Highly recommend.

The Dentists of Didsbury - easily the best dentist I’ve ever been to. The customer service is outstanding. You’re made to feel so welcome and the practice is spotless and so comfortable. I’ve had a few procedures recently - a particularly tricky root canal (5 canals when most teeth have 3!) and have just attended today to have a crown fitted. Naz and Oz are simply the best, they worked tirelessly to get the best outcome for me and they’re made me no longer fear the dentist! Really happy with the outcome. Highly recommended.

I can't rate this surgery highly enough! Absolutely amazing services. I've been so happy with all of the treatments and procedures which include, composite bonding across eight teeth, tear trough filler and botox. I feel like I'm given good advice and look forward to my appointments. All the staff are so lovely and there is just a great feel to the beautiful & modern practice. I had an amazing experience start to finish, and was made to feel so welcome and comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. I am so happy with my smile and the outcome is exactly as I envisioned. Dr Deepa Vakil is truly incredible and has completely transformed my smile. Throughout the whole process, any questions I had were answered, and made sure I was comfortable during the treatment. Dr Deepa was very professional and friendly, and listened to exactly what I wanted with my smile when we discussed my options. I am so much more confident now when I smile, and have already received so many compliments on it! I cannot recommend them enough! It’s never like a trip to the Dentist feels more like a social occasion. So friendly from the front desk and beyond. Have always had brilliant service and everything always explained in a very “normal way”. I really can’t recommend enough. Oh, and fantastic Dentists as well, sorted out a few problems over the years and had some great implants fitted as well. If you want to go to a Dentist where you feel very welcome and well looked after then look no further.

I recently had my composite bonding done here and couldn’t have had more of a positive experience - it’s been worth every penny. Every single member of staff is so welcoming and they really make you feel like your time is valued. Lee especially has been super helpful, not only has he completely changed my confidence with my bonding but also immediately noticed the issue with my root canal, which I had been trying to solve for ages before going private. I could not recommend this place more, and if you’re thinking about going for it, I can tell you now you won’t regret it. :)

Had a private emergency dental appointment last Friday. Receptionist took my call and swiftly arranged an appointment at 3pm on the same day. Very helpful and efficient. No time wasted. I received care from Tiphanie and Catherine. Both were very professional and friendly making the whole experience a very pleasant one. Tiphanie was very careful and patient explaining what to expect from an emergency appointment, examining my problem and explaining my options. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental centre to anyone.

thank you very much to everyone at the practice who helped me get sorted out with my root canal treatment last month and yesterday. The dentist I saw was Jonathan Skidmore and dental nurse Zoe and they made me feel so welcomed, looked after and felt that I was in really good hands. The treatment has been a massive success and I’m happy with the outcome. I also wanted to say thank you to Abdul who organised my appointment and I was able to bring me in at short notice due to my symptoms, I was extremely grateful for this! I work in private medical care and I often forget how daunting it can be like to be the patient, but the level of care, knowledge and professionalism has been second to none and I really wanted to say I heartfelt thank you, for not making me want to dread dental treatment! Looking forward to continuing with more treatment later in the year.

Amazing service, I referred my brother to ‘your Mail clinic’, he lived the work that Dr Angela did on my smile. He was very nervous and has always been insecure about his smile and has had bad experiences in the past. However Dr Angela’s team were amazing right from the offset, as soon as we walked in they were so polite and friendly. I'm 4 weeks into my sparks aligners journey. The aligners are really comfortable to wear and Im looking forward to the end result. From the minute you enter the building you're made to feel very welcome by all the staff. I had a few appointments with Dr. Angela who has always been fantastic and the reason I chose this practice for aligner treatment. Definitely recommend Dr Hassan, he was so lovely but also knowledgeable and patient. He explained everything with care, I was seen so quickly and treated with respect. I hadn't been to the dentists in a long time but he never shamed me for anything. I got a crown fitted and it's perfect and amazing that it's done on site. The receptionists were all lovely too and his dental nurse (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) was attentive and caring too! They both had very steady hands too and kept making sure I was ok. Deansgate dental studio is really good at what they do, I felt so welcomed and cared for and they always ask if I would like a drink. Everyone in the office is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. Dr. Hassan is amazing, he takes the time to explain everything and make sure you’re good with the plan before moving forward. He considers your pain and makes sure you are comfortable , he’s thorough, offers follow up and you can tell they really care about his patients. Very satisfied and really recommend this dentist.

I got teeth whitening done by Dr Ben and it was a great experience. The reception staff are friendly and the waiting area was very comfortable. Dr Ben came and greeted me and led me to the treatment room which made me feel more relaxed than a regular visit to the dentist where you’re called in.
