Fantastic surgery. All staff members are very friendly and welcoming and the dentists are extremely skilled and carry out superb work. Excellent value for money! Recently had root canal treatment there and it was hands down the best dental experience I've ever had in my life. I didn't feel a thing and you even get to watch the telly whilst they work. 10/10 experience and I highly recommend this surgery.

I am extremely happy with how I was dealt with at the practice. Today was my first time there, and the staff were all lovely and welcoming. I went in with severe pains and left feeling so much better. My dentist was gentle, and he kept reassuring me, which made the visit less scary. This will be my dental practice as of today. Amazing dental practice! I have a huge phobia of the dentist, to where I hadn’t been or had treatment for years! I had a panic attack just calling for an appointment alone, which shows how deep this fear goes. I got really lucky in being able to sign up here on the NHS and knew it was time to take the jump.. I had my first treatment yesterday of a filling and what a great experience it was! My dentist explained every step to me, how the anesthetic would feel, how the drill would feel and took my feedback into account and actually listened… I never thought I would be able to trust a dentist again after traumatic experiences when younger, let alone get work done so a huge thank you to this practice, they’re amazing! I’ve told everyone I can think of to sign up here if they don’t currently have a dentist!

Big fan of M20 Dental - it’s always a real pleasure going in, (which is crazy to say about a dentist!) Everyone is accommodating and prices are very reasonable (with options too if it’s a bit unrealistic all in one). I have had a few different types of appointments and the quality of care and customer service has exceeded expectations every time. Just had a splint for grinding and it’s been the best thing! I get fantastic, USEFUL advice on actions, help and support to keep healthy and gleaming, but never felt pressured. Easy and seamless - highly recommend M20 Dental… plus the waiting room is bliss and smells fantastic! 😂

My experience at M20 Dental has been excellent and I wholeheartedly recommend their services. During a routine checkup, my dentist identified that I had been grinding my teeth, he explained the impact it was having, and suggested I would benefit from a Michigan splint. There was no pressure to proceed with the treatment, but I’m glad I decided to go ahead. The fitting process was thorough, taking place over a couple of months to ensure everything was perfect. My jaw now feels less tight, and I’m sleeping much better. I cannot recommend M20 Dental highly enough!

Got a Michigan splint here to address my severe teeth grinding and it's honestly changed my life. I sleep so much better and I don't wake up with headaches anymore. When I said I came in because I heard there was an expert at teeth grinding here, Dr. Hare said he'd only been doing teeth grinding stuff for like 20 years. I'm sorry Dr. Hare but I think that makes you an expert... The staff here are all lovely and there's freaking TVs in the ceiling when you're in the chair. Awesome place with awesome people. Thank you so much Dr. Hare and everyone in the office. You're all amazing!

Amazing practice. Arminder is so knowledgeable, patient and friendly and the staff are lovely. My daughter had jaw pain and constant headaches and despite seeing other professionals and doctors and specialists they couldn’t come to the correct diagnosis but Arminder was spot on and has resolved the issue. Would highly recommended M20 dental

I've been a patient here for around 10yrs now, possibly longer and I can honestly say it's the best NHS practice I've ever used in my life. All staff are lovely right from reception through to Guy Jack, (Dentist and owner). A special mention has to go to Emma though. Whenever I chat with her she is the most down to earth and easy going person I've spoken with. I always feel like I've known her for years on a personal level which is really nice. Keep up the good work and thanks for looking after me!

Joined this dentist about 3 years ago after struggling to get into a dentist and I must say the lady on receptions is lovely, always has a smile and a chat. The dentist is very good at what she does, goes above and beyond to make sure your happy with what there doing. Brilliant with the kids, my eldest daughter has always been nervous to go dentist, when we first joined she wouldn’t even get in the chair, now she will get in it but still nervous, Wendy was so brilliant with relaxing her nerves. First of all, sorry if this review is a little bit long-winded as I struggle to find the words to properly express what I’m wanting to say but honestly I cannot at all find the words to say how much finding this practice means to me or how truly & utterly grateful I am to all of the staff here. For context - and as horrible as I know this sounds - but I’m 30y/o & have (had) never seen a dentist. Although I have always wanted to more than anything, I have a lifelong phobia & have always been to scared to the point which I would have to turn the TV over or couldn’t even see a picture of a dentist in a magazine or anything like that. I have tried to do something a few times over the years, like I have contacted a few places but have never been able to find anything suitable as all said (rightly so, but not this straightforward for me) that they would have to see me before they can even start to help or put anything in place towards getting me sorted. But then I contacted Kingsway Dental Care & honestly couldn’t find the way to thank them enough for all they have done & continue to do for me. My initial contact by e-mail was picked up by the practice manager Gemma. Gemma had no hesitation at all in taking my situation full on board & being so accepting & supportive of me. Gemma took the time to slowly & steadily walk through with me everything involved in a first appointment bit-by-bit, never overwhelming me or giving me too much to handle. For example, my first visit was just meeting Gemma outside the building at first as I couldn’t even walk in, then next time we sat in the waiting area & had a chat & met Jeanette the receptionist who was really nice & always very friendly, welcoming & has a smile on her face. Then the time after Gemma showed me some the items that would be used like a mirror. Things were really slow & steady & taken entirely at my own pace - which I am so very grateful for but also feel a bit guilty about as Gemma is working but spending so much time just concentrating on just me to help me get through & deal with this like I was the only thing that mattered. Gemma has also been really good while building up also as she used to be a nurse so if I had any problems with my mouth or routine she was able to advise & give me information & instructions & feedback & stuff. So anyway, after all that work from Gemma - maybe around 6mth or so just talking about things & preparing me to be fully ready & confident - I finally managed to have my first ever check up today where the dentist was able to successfully look in & checked my condition for the first time. I was seen by Steena & Hannah but Gemma even stayed with me during it to help & support me through it and, like Gemma, could genuinely not have met nicer, more lovely people or anyone more accepting. It didn’t matter to anyone here at Kingsway that I’d neglected myself for so long & let my fear get this out of control or anything, they just treated me as normal without any kind of judgement at all & like they had all been my best friends for 30-years, not some disgusting person who had gone to them after so long & expecting them to sort out all of my issues. Steena was really gentle with me, waking me through like Gemma had done, gave me breaks & checked I was ok with each step. Hannah was amazing too & so encouraging & supporting. I’m sorry to all of the team that it took so long for me just in a check appointment as I know I was given & had to take a lot of regular breaks throughout as we went. I know that I still have a long way to get through fully but I feel genuinely confident in all of the team here & much less worried than I have ever been & am actually now looking forward to seeing everyone again at my next visit which I never thought I would be able to do in my entire life. I never thought I could ever do this & know that I couldn’t have without you’s, I owe it all to all of the team here. Honestly I am truly grateful & thankful & indebted to everyone here at Kingway Dental Care. Thankyou all so, so much! :)

I've been a patient here for many years & had all sorts of treatments with various people & I cannot recommend this practice enough. They're worth the journey I have to make every time. The receptionist is very helpful & friendly & every dentist/hygienist etc. I've seen there was caring, explained things clearly & thoroughly, provided excellent treatment (I never had to have anything redone, unless I was told I would need to), inspired confidence & just generally was a pleasure to deal with. Nowadays, I usually see Wendy & she's absolutely fantastic. I always look forward to having a chat & catch-up & leave smiling. Whatever the management here are doing to secure great staff & service, they are doing it right.

Me !. .60 year old nervous patient. . Brought up in the butcher dentistry years . . Laughing gas/ pulling teeth/ holding you down. Hence my fear of dentists. So I looked around for a new dentist. . I asked for recommendations and positive personal experience. Found what I was looking for in Manchester Dental. . . The journey has been 12 months. I expected that to achieve what I wanted/needed. I can't praise the dentist, Tobias and his assistant, I'm really sorry for not catching her name, enough. They were absolutely fantastic with my 2 year old son and his first trip to the dentist. I had lots of concerns before arriving, but these were put at ease, not only by the very welcoming and lovely receptionist, but by both the dentist and assistant. I can't thank them enough for the ease of visit and the most important thing my little boy was a very happy boy and enjoyed the experience too. I can't recommend Manchester Dental enough. I registered with the practice on an emergency basis after experiencing a dental abscess and ongoing issues with my tooth. I was registered and seen on the same day. Dr Ross was amazing, guiding me through treatment options and was able to save my tooth through completing root canal treatment and fitting a crown. He ensured I was as comfortable as possible, providing pain relief, breaks when needed and aftercare advice. I couldn’t recommend Dr Ross and the practice enough.

Great service again from the team at Didsbury Dental. I made an emergency appointment for my teenage son who was really struggling after damaging a tooth. They were able to make me a same day appointment in the evening and all the team worked with my son who has autism and needs a little more time than maybe others would. The dentist understood the issue and explained it really carefully and in a way that made it easy to understand and then completed the work quickly. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Booked an appointment on Sunday and got one very quickly, the receptionist was very kind, friendly and understanding. I got there and she was just as friendly in person and very sympathetic of my situation. Dr Ahmad and Charisma were fantastic and very understanding, didn’t pressure me into anything and were more than happy for me to make my own decisions, they even allowed me time to arrange funds during my appointment. Both very friendly and Dr Ahmad talked me through everything and was gentle. I came in due to a very aggressive and rapid tooth infection and he performed a root canal and prescribed me antibiotics. Thank you so so so much!

I started feeling pain in the right side of my face with more intensity at night time. The very next day l called this Dental practice around 09.30h and was offered an appointment the same day at 12.30h. I was so happy! During the appointment l had an X-ray, and after diagnosis l had my tooth 🦷 feeling. Thank you so much Clinic for your amazing job ⭐️. I’ve been a patient of this dental practice for many years and would highly recommend it. All the staff are polite and friendly and premises are nice and clean. Previously when in severe pain due to a tooth infection that wouldn’t heal the dentist have gone out of their way to ensure that l received a further prescription for antibiotics the day before l went on holiday with the friendly receptionist delivering it straight to my door and the dentist ringing me while l was away to check how l was doing. I have always been given an appointment to see the dentist if l have been in agony with toothache.

Have been a private patient here for just over a year now, and cannot say how impressed I am at the care, quality and meticulous skill of this practice. Don’t let the exterior fool you. Initially I was apprehensive when seeing the practice from the outside (admittedly it needs an upgrade), but the moment I was greeted Dr Amaara, my doubts faded. I came in unhappy with the appearance of my old bridge, and Dr Amaara explained all my options with such thoroughness that I didn’t even have any questions. More than the mannerisms, the quality of work I had done with my new bridge was exceptional. The aesthetics were beautiful and natural, and the entire treatment from start to end was painless and very attentive, taking into account all my opinions for the look of my new bridge. Absolutely thrilled with the results, you can tell the staff here truly know what they’re talking about, and actually made going to the dentist a pleasure!! (Never thought I would say that about the dentist!) I recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a skilled and caring dental clinic. Thank you immensely to the entire staff.

I have just attended a dental appointment at Moston dental practice for an extraction and filling. I have a life long irrational fear of the dentist. John did my treatment and for the 1st time in years I felt relaxed and understood. I did not feel any pain even from the injections as he used numbing cream on my gums. His kindness and care was a pleasure to receive and also his assistant was so lovely. Highly recommend John especially if you're a nervous patient. Thank you John. The whole practice is excellent. My brother also attends there. He has disabilities and again the care and kindness shown to him is excellent.

The dentist and dental nurse were excellent as always. unfortunately on this occasion the card machine was not working and after 3 attempts with the machine saying "No connection" i was repeatedly made to feel it was my fault. Thankfully the only person on reception that was a familiar face took charge and i was told i would be called later to take payment over the phone.

Excellent dentist. Got to see them promptly. After initial assessment another appointment was made for the same day, including the hygienist. They literally bent over backwards to help me and I'm extremely grateful. As well as the Dentist, the reception staff are absolutely brilliant and we had a great chat. I live for good teeth facial… (hygienist appointments) my journey with braces has made me embrace trips to City Center dental. I have met the best ladies here.. Gemma, Niamh, Kimberly and Debbie! Saw Gemma the dental hygienist this morning for the first time ... together with her assistant, Blue. I know some people do not like going to the dentist (I am not one of them by the way but in the past I have found excuses not to go) but everyone at City Centre Dental Practice is so welcoming and make you feel at ease. Gemma and Blue were superb ... they completed a full oral hygiene assessment before carrying hygiene techniques that were far in advance of what I have ever experienced before. Gemma explained everything she was doing and also what extra studies she was undertaking. It filled me with great confidence. I had my teeth hygiene appointment with Gemma and Hannah yesterday, and it was the best experience I’ve had so far. They were friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The whole experience was much more comfortable than I expected, and I really appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

I have been registered at this dental practice since 2017 and have consistently experienced exceptional service from the entire team, from receptionists to the dentists. The reception staff is consistently polite, and my dentist, Dr. Willow, is outstanding. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and provides thorough explanations before and after treatment. I hope that she remains at this practice, as it is impossible to find such a dedicated dental professional .

Went to see Pippa today and she’s absolutely amazing! I used to have the biggest fear of the dentist but I don’t even mind sitting in the chair now. She’s so nice and gentle and doesn’t make you feel like you’re being told off when you visit! If there were more dentists like Pippa there would be less people dodging the dentist! Thank you!

As a nervous patient I’m always worried before a visit to the dentist and hygienist and today was no exception. I was greeted warmly by the hygienist who put me at ease straight away and talked through the procedure explaining what she was doing and that I was okay. The aftercare was given in a clear manner and all my fears were alleviated after the visit. The receptionists are always so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

My dentist Mr Saleem is a very professional, articulate, positive and extremely helpful person. He has given me a service above and beyond expectations!! I have had unfounded fears of dentistry for a while and he has been patient and sensitive. The whole practice performs with a top level of professionalism - it's why I travel into Manchester from out of the area for my appointments here. I shall continue to use this practice with reservation.
