Fantastic surgery. All staff members are very friendly and welcoming and the dentists are extremely skilled and carry out superb work. Excellent value for money! Recently had root canal treatment there and it was hands down the best dental experience I've ever had in my life. I didn't feel a thing and you even get to watch the telly whilst they work. 10/10 experience and I highly recommend this surgery.

First of all, sorry if this review is a little bit long-winded as I struggle to find the words to properly express what I’m wanting to say but honestly I cannot at all find the words to say how much finding this practice means to me or how truly & utterly grateful I am to all of the staff here. For context - and as horrible as I know this sounds - but I’m 30y/o & have (had) never seen a dentist. Although I have always wanted to more than anything, I have a lifelong phobia & have always been to scared to the point which I would have to turn the TV over or couldn’t even see a picture of a dentist in a magazine or anything like that. I have tried to do something a few times over the years, like I have contacted a few places but have never been able to find anything suitable as all said (rightly so, but not this straightforward for me) that they would have to see me before they can even start to help or put anything in place towards getting me sorted. But then I contacted Kingsway Dental Care & honestly couldn’t find the way to thank them enough for all they have done & continue to do for me. My initial contact by e-mail was picked up by the practice manager Gemma. Gemma had no hesitation at all in taking my situation full on board & being so accepting & supportive of me. Gemma took the time to slowly & steadily walk through with me everything involved in a first appointment bit-by-bit, never overwhelming me or giving me too much to handle. For example, my first visit was just meeting Gemma outside the building at first as I couldn’t even walk in, then next time we sat in the waiting area & had a chat & met Jeanette the receptionist who was really nice & always very friendly, welcoming & has a smile on her face. Then the time after Gemma showed me some the items that would be used like a mirror. Things were really slow & steady & taken entirely at my own pace - which I am so very grateful for but also feel a bit guilty about as Gemma is working but spending so much time just concentrating on just me to help me get through & deal with this like I was the only thing that mattered. Gemma has also been really good while building up also as she used to be a nurse so if I had any problems with my mouth or routine she was able to advise & give me information & instructions & feedback & stuff. So anyway, after all that work from Gemma - maybe around 6mth or so just talking about things & preparing me to be fully ready & confident - I finally managed to have my first ever check up today where the dentist was able to successfully look in & checked my condition for the first time. I was seen by Steena & Hannah but Gemma even stayed with me during it to help & support me through it and, like Gemma, could genuinely not have met nicer, more lovely people or anyone more accepting. It didn’t matter to anyone here at Kingsway that I’d neglected myself for so long & let my fear get this out of control or anything, they just treated me as normal without any kind of judgement at all & like they had all been my best friends for 30-years, not some disgusting person who had gone to them after so long & expecting them to sort out all of my issues. Steena was really gentle with me, waking me through like Gemma had done, gave me breaks & checked I was ok with each step. Hannah was amazing too & so encouraging & supporting. I’m sorry to all of the team that it took so long for me just in a check appointment as I know I was given & had to take a lot of regular breaks throughout as we went. I know that I still have a long way to get through fully but I feel genuinely confident in all of the team here & much less worried than I have ever been & am actually now looking forward to seeing everyone again at my next visit which I never thought I would be able to do in my entire life. I never thought I could ever do this & know that I couldn’t have without you’s, I owe it all to all of the team here. Honestly I am truly grateful & thankful & indebted to everyone here at Kingway Dental Care. Thankyou all so, so much! :)

Both myself and my 5 year old daughter are patients and Wendy is our dentist in the surgery. She is amazing!! I have had a root canal and she talked me through every part of it and was so gentle and understanding. My daughter loves going to the dentist. Win win!!

Joined this dentist about 3 years ago after struggling to get into a dentist and I must say the lady on receptions is lovely, always has a smile and a chat. The dentist is very good at what she does, goes above and beyond to make sure your happy with what there doing. Brilliant with the kids, my eldest daughter has always been nervous to go dentist, when we first joined she wouldn’t even get in the chair, now she will get in it but still nervous, Wendy was so brilliant with relaxing her nerves. I've been a patient here for many years & had all sorts of treatments with various people & I cannot recommend this practice enough. They're worth the journey I have to make every time. The receptionist is very helpful & friendly & every dentist/hygienist etc. I've seen there was caring, explained things clearly & thoroughly, provided excellent treatment (I never had to have anything redone, unless I was told I would need to), inspired confidence & just generally was a pleasure to deal with. Nowadays, I usually see Wendy & she's absolutely fantastic. I always look forward to having a chat & catch-up & leave smiling. Whatever the management here are doing to secure great staff & service, they are doing it right.

This is such a great practice. The reception and nursing staff are warm and welcoming, and I couldn't speak more highly of my dentist, Dr Ahmad. Who'd think that going to the dentist could be enjoyable?!

Dr Ahmad is a highly skilled, professional and knowledgeable dentist. Completed my root canal and crown without any pain and checked in throughout the procedures. I would highly recommend him.

I have found Dr Ahmad to be professional, personable and highly experienced. Summer did the cleaning for me with support from Daniel, and both were incredibly nice and kind and put me at ease throughout (I have extremely high dental anxiety). Excellent dentist. Got to see them promptly. After initial assessment another appointment was made for the same day, including the hygienist. They literally bent over backwards to help me and I'm extremely grateful. As well as the Dentist, the reception staff are absolutely brilliant and we had a great chat. The dentist and dental nurse were excellent as always. unfortunately on this occasion the card machine was not working and after 3 attempts with the machine saying "No connection" i was repeatedly made to feel it was my fault. Thankfully the only person on reception that was a familiar face took charge and i was told i would be called later to take payment over the phone.

Nafees has given me a smile to be proud of! I went to Manchester Dental for a consultation about a wobbly tooth. Nafees talked me through options and really reassured me that I could have lovely teeth again. The process was done over several months to ensure everything was healed before moving to the next stage. I really felt like the care provided was their priority; the whole team at Manchester Dental are so friendly and welcoming, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I now have implants, and a confident smile!

Me !. .60 year old nervous patient. . Brought up in the butcher dentistry years . . Laughing gas/ pulling teeth/ holding you down. Hence my fear of dentists. So I looked around for a new dentist. . I have just attended a dental appointment at Moston dental practice for an extraction and filling. I have a life long irrational fear of the dentist. John did my treatment and for the 1st time in years I felt relaxed and understood. I did not feel any pain even from the injections as he used numbing cream on my gums. His kindness and care was a pleasure to receive and also his assistant was so lovely. Highly recommend John especially if you're a nervous patient. Thank you John. The whole practice is excellent. My brother also attends there. He has disabilities and again the care and kindness shown to him is excellent.

Have been a private patient here for just over a year now, and cannot say how impressed I am at the care, quality and meticulous skill of this practice. Don’t let the exterior fool you. Initially I was apprehensive when seeing the practice from the outside (admittedly it needs an upgrade), but the moment I was greeted Dr Amaara, my doubts faded. I came in unhappy with the appearance of my old bridge, and Dr Amaara explained all my options with such thoroughness that I didn’t even have any questions. More than the mannerisms, the quality of work I had done with my new bridge was exceptional. The aesthetics were beautiful and natural, and the entire treatment from start to end was painless and very attentive, taking into account all my opinions for the look of my new bridge. Absolutely thrilled with the results, you can tell the staff here truly know what they’re talking about, and actually made going to the dentist a pleasure!! The very next day l called this Dental practice around 09.30h and was offered an appointment the same day at 12.30h. I was so happy! Booked an appointment on Sunday and got one very quickly, the receptionist was very kind, friendly and understanding. I got there and she was just as friendly in person and very sympathetic of my situation. Dr Ahmad and Charisma were fantastic and very understanding, didn’t pressure me into anything and were more than happy for me to make my own decisions, they even allowed me time to arrange funds during my appointment. Both very friendly and Dr Ahmad talked me through everything and was gentle. I came in due to a very aggressive and rapid tooth infection and he performed a root canal and prescribed me antibiotics. I’ve been a patient at Westpoint Dental Practice since 2021, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to switch after my wife, who is usually very anxious about dental visits, had such a positive experience with Dr. Bilal. From the beginning, Dr. Bilal reassured me that he could restore my smile, and over the past four years, he has done exactly that. My treatment included root canal work by Dr. Bilal and Dr. Kelly, crowns, and replacing old silver fillings with white composites. Last year, after improving my oral hygiene, Dr. Bilal did my braces to realign my teeth. That process took about a year and made a noticeable difference. Finally, with the addition of veneers last month, my teeth now look absolutely amazing. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. My dentist here is, Omar Zourob. He is absolutely brilliant at his work and has recently completed a permanent lower front denture for myself. To say I'm pleased with it is an understatement! It was a fairly lengthy process, but Omar helped and guided me through every single step of the way and kept me both comfortable with my temporary denture and reassured with the long term outcome. He is a wonderful dentist and a true gentleman. His assistants are always absolutely top notch too. These include, Tilly and Megan, and a couple of others whose names escape me, but they are always so lovely and helpful. Thank you Westpoint Dental Centre for all of your efforts.

My dentist Mr Saleem is a very professional, articulate, positive and extremely helpful person. He has given me a service above and beyond expectations!! As a nervous patient I’m always worried before a visit to the dentist and hygienist and today was no exception. I was greeted warmly by the hygienist who put me at ease straight away and talked through the procedure explaining what she was doing and that I was okay. The aftercare was given in a clear manner and all my fears were alleviated after the visit. The receptionists are always so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
