I went to Master MOT and service garage for full service and MOT. My car failed the MOT but they offered to order the parts needed and fix my car. They have done an excellent job. During fixing my car, they have sent me pictures of everything and videos of what all they have fixed. The car was even dropped off to my house as I was working and could not pick it up. Definitely will come back next year.

From my experience as a first time MOT test was so good. The mechanics were very very honest and the serviced was untellable. I would say this centre is the best at overall. Will recommend to come this shop and get a better experience. Thanks to Master MOT service and tyres for treating me with pleasure and respect. :)

A very friendly, professional and courteous people. I used their service in the past and just recently again my car broke down and they fixed it without any un necessary delays. Went to Marshalls with a clutch problem after getting a bunch of overpriced quotes from various garages, the guy who helped me (was it The Marshall? I forgot to ask his name but he was great) was very nice and didn't pull the wool over my eyes, he talked me through the whole issue, kept me updated and gave me pragmatic advice. Car seems great now and it was fixed for a reasonable price.

Adam and the guys fixed up my BMW after being recovered back home by the AA.. Diagnostic, alternator and battery replaced, health check, advised of potential future issues as the car is nearly 18 years old. Being a BMW everything costs a mint and the guys kept the costs down as much as possible. Always kept informed. I've had it back for over a week and it's running like new again. Bingo. Thanks guys.

Second time using Guide Bridge MOT centre. So thought I'd have another bash at putting a review on. See "Fast PT" review. from last year too. Normally at MOT time I sit there biting my nails, pulling my hair out and rocking back and forth, eagle eyed watching the mechanic do his thing on the pride and joy..... Just.hoping the motor passes. It did!!!! I have to say the staff here are amazing however. The two ladies (Emma and Lauren) on the front desk are an asset to your company both dealt with appointment brilliantly and I can't fault them in any way. They clearly went above and beyond today. That seems to be a running trend with GBMC....a full health check is done on your motor FOC, Giving you the opportunity to spot a fault ahead of time so you can get it sorted before something goes bang. Gareth was the mechanic who did my MOT and again can't fault him. Ha gave me a quick walk around too of the car outside the garage, again going above and beyond. Can't fault him If you are looking for a garage that takes the same pride in your motor as you do.....this is the place you want to bring it. Thanks guys for looking after me and the BM today. Best experience ever, Mr Irfan fixed my dashboard issues, he saved my 450£ as the estimated cost for my dashboard issue was 600£. He found the issue and fixed it in no time in just 150£. Amazing

My window wipers stopped working and after replacing the fuse and the motor, I decided to get expert help. I took it to Car Auto Electrics and they located the problem and fixed it, trying to save me money by fixing rather than replacing the whole fuse box. The issue started again 2 days later so I called Car Auto Electrics and they asked me to take it back to them. They replaced the whole fuse box at no extra cost and did an amazing job! I can't thank them enough!

I couldn’t recommend any other garage more than this one! I brought my bmw 3 series in with a really bad power/misfire issue after calling up the afternoon before, they diagnosed and fixed it within 3 hours, they was so honest about what the issue was and the price was so much cheaper than what I thought I’ll be paying. I came here based on the good reviews on their honesty, and it’s hard to trust any sort of car mechanics/garage. I was over the moon my car was fixed so fast and so cheap. If you’re looking for a trustworthy garage that doesn't overcharge then I couldn’t recommend these enough. Thank you once again

Great service!! 5 star! Firstly I went to the garage for a routine service. It took a day and was priced accurate to the quote. The car felt tight after, great drive, all fluids topped up oil change etc... I was extremely happy. I went back nearly a year later for an MOT, and the service again was spot on. Unfortunately I had a few issues and it didn't pass. One of the main reasons was a problem made by a previous garage who did a cowboy job by the looks of it. It wasn't a pull and replace job, it was an engineering issue witch took all day, but they were so professional and did a great job E-mailing me photos on request so I could build a case for the previous garage. The communication all day over the phone multiple times was helpful and not a bother for them and put my mind at ease. Looked like at one point that it would take two days extending the quoted time but they went above and beyond my expectations and delivered just before they closed for the day. E-mailed me a quote on all the work that are advisories the next day with was helpful to have on record. Would 100% recommend these guys and I'm for sure going back when the car plays up again.

Fabulous local garage. Alway friendly, clean and efficient. They do MOTs for motorbikes but sadly no servicing. You need to book as they’re often busy.

Job was completed successfully, staff were friendly and informative throughout. Slight delay in job being done due to a wrong part being ordered, but they called and provided a courtesy car which was very helpful.

Disappointed, it went in for a service and MOT, but they never topped up my engine coolant or noticed it was below the low limit. The technician also removed a wiring from my fuse box as my 9V cigarette lighter connection stopped working along with my dash cam. Took me a while to find the right connection to get things working again, and i had to fix my glove box because they didn't put the cog back into the slot, which holds the glove box hinges properly.

What an amazing service, just been to these gents who looked after me really well. Got my service done, break disk and calliper done. Along with they advised that they can paint my calliper for a very reasonable price which I was shocked about. Over all best in the location and area.

I have been using this fantastic garage for fifteen years now and I'm a bit ashamed to have never left a review. But after complex repair job recently, I feel obliged to leave a review. James and the team are absolutely brilliant. I constantly come back to them as they are the most honest, competent and value for money garage that I have known in nearly 25 years of owning a car. They are honest and upfront but never evasive; if they say something will cost a certain price, I trust them implicitly. They are willing and able to accommodate you and deal with any issues, even if they are busy (which they always are - a sign of returning customers). They are clearly incredibly competent and skilled - in previous garages I've needed to come back for tweaks and additional repairs after work hasn't gone to plan but I have NEVER had to do this here. They are skilled, they test their work properly and they are committed to doing a thoroughly professional job. Not to mention how hard they all work - they are there from 7am to 6pm and even on weekends. I don't know how they do it! Having repairs done on a car is a stressful and uncertain experience. This garage takes that away and makes you assured the work is quality. Thank you Carmoor for fifteen years of fantastic service and I will continue to be a loyal customer!
