First time I used Guide Bridge and will definitely use again! Would like to say thank you to Sarah, Lauren and Emma for booking my tyre replacement on short notice and keeping me informed whilst I waited. I arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment but I managed to do some work from the nice warm reception. Gaz and Andy were great. Highly recommended!

Adam and the guys fixed up my BMW after being recovered back home by the AA.. Diagnostic, alternator and battery replaced, health check, advised of potential future issues as the car is nearly 18 years old. Being a BMW everything costs a mint and the guys kept the costs down as much as possible. Always kept informed. I've had it back for over a week and it's running like new again. Bingo. Thanks guys.

Brilliant service from start to finish. I had a major service, MOT and new disks and pads on all wheels coming in around 1/2 the price I was quoted at Skoda. The customer service was 10/10 from everyone I dealt with, super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Completely transparent with all the pricing and never felt like they were trying to rip me off. I even came back to my car thoroughly cleaned which never happened with my previous 3 services at skoda. Would highly recommend these guys.

The best mot station going does cars and small trucks we have been using them for over 25 years and you can trust them because they only do mots they do not do any repairs so there is no no financial incentive to fail your vehicle also during normal times you don't have to book in just arrive in the morning and trevor will see to you, they are brilliant, just been to have one of my truck motd and Trevor has done a brilliant job again you can really trust this fella he doesn't miss a trick and he will only fail something if it is a genuine safety feature he is not looking for repair work he wants the car to pass as much has you do

I dropped my car in yesterday for an MOT. They were just opening up but were very welcoming and offered me a coffee before I left :) On collecting my car, the garage was much busier. I nipped into reception, the lady there was lovely and called a mechanic in to talk me through the results. They gave me an incredibly reasonable quote to get my car fixed. What a great garage. Could not recommend this place highly enough. Just a great attitude, great vibe, and high competency. Immediately the attitude was "we can fix it", instead of "err, oh no, tough job, hmm, don't like that" which you get at so many garages. Mine was a quick job in the end, just a battery swap, but I know that other garages would've misdiagnosed it or many of them refused to see it (it's on electric car). Mark thought it was one thing from the initial diagnosis, then had another think about it, and sorted it out. Mark (the owner I think) and the nice lady on reception were awesome. All the people working there seemed to really know what they were doing and were so friendly at the same time. So rare to find in a lot of garages I think. I will never bring my car to another garage now.
