I have friends who own a garage and MOT centre and I still come here instead - their service is 10/10 every single time. It’s a busy place and parking is like playing Jenga but that’s because they are a fair and helpful team of skilled mechanics. You won’t find a better garage in Greater Manchester in my opinion - very glad to have it close by - and they even do three wheelers!

I had a great experience with Springfield MOT Centre! The service was excellent from start to finish. My mum's vehicle started making a scary noise, so I emailed the team and received a prompt response asking me to contact them for advice. They scheduled me in on the same day to take a look at the vehicle and managed to fix the issue in just 5 minutes. Now this is a place worth a review. Customer service at its best. A company that cares to get it right and give you impeccable service and work. A place that actually calls you when they say they will, with updates or even general queries. RAC approved and can see why workshop is clean. Staff are very friendly and delightful to speak to. If the work doesn’t make you come back then the customer service will. I haven’t seen service like this in a long time, you feel looked after and taken care off. My husband actually visited the garage but I’ve not seen him so carefree getting work done on his car. Definitely will be a returning customer. Had some work on my car recently which was done to a high standard, I was well informed of what was happening and billing was very clear (and competitive) the way it was broken down. There was a monthly payment option which I didn't use this time but it is always handy to have that option in the future. I will definitely be back for my future mots and services.

Good morning, I cannot fault this company at all, he told me he needed the car for 2 days, it was ready by the second day morning that’s how quick he did the job n he’s done a perfect job n the price was very reasonable I would highly recommend indeed, the manager wife who takes the bookings very easy to get on with, very polite n very approachable. My car was crashed into from the left side and got written off and I decided to take it to Auto crash repair. Ngl they are so amazing. Most of the parts I ordered were delayed and they were really patient with me and then helped me with the order which was delivered quickly. The before and after pictures will speak for themselves. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Phoned up, they had me in the same morning and had my tyre issue fixed within an hour. They even sorted a fuel leak I hadn’t noticed at no added cost. Any problems with my car in the future I’ll be calling JT Mechanics again.

Orchard Service station was recommended by several members of my local Ferrari Club. I took my Ferrari F12 for an MoT today. It was a fantastic experience, the car went in for its MoT right on time. They were very careful and respectful of the car. The Mechanic mechanic was meticulous which is fantastic. I could see through the viewing window he was doing a thorough job. The protected the interior with seat and floor coverings which is nice to see. After the MoT was successfully completed with a clear pass the mechanic gave me some advice about uneven pad wear on the electronic hand break and suggested it gets checked at the next service. I have no reservations in highland recommending the team at Orchard Service Station.

Stevo is a mechanical legend. The Mrs, somehow broke my van side door - took it off the runners and wasn't able to lock/it was coming open when driving. As it came when I'd procured the van off a mate for the purpose of moving and she immediately broke the side door, I was less than impressed. Stevo to the rescue! Sorted the door out in less than ten minutes, real friendly bloke - perhaps the fixed door has rescued my relationship. Can't recommend enough.

A few days ago, Altrincham Service Centre rang to explain in detail the three reasons why our trusty old car had failed its MoT that morning and to discuss the remedial work. One aspect of the work was potentially tricky and, taken with the other two, meant they might not be able to complete the work until the following morning. Unfortunately, we needed the car for an early hospital appointment, so they pulled out all the stops in an endeavour to have the car ready and kept us updated on progress. Excellent service, much appreciated!

I've been coming here for years and I am so impressed with Altrincham Service Centre. Dan is always so professional and helpful. I knocked my car this week damaging the headlight and bumper and I rang them straight after it happened. Dan was a calming voice when I was shaken up and worried, he looked at my car straight away, gave me approx prices and ordered parts and fitted me in the next day to sort my car. Top service and a company you can rely on who actually care about customer service.
