I'm very impressed with the service for this place. Open on a Sunday, which is a massive bonus! I arrived a little early, but Pat made me a coffee and was very welcoming. Two new tyres and tps sensors fitted, plus programmed all 4 tps sensors, which 2 other garages had failed to do. I will be back and will recommend it to my family and friends 🧡

A few days ago, Altrincham Service Centre rang to explain in detail the three reasons why our trusty old car had failed its MoT that morning and to discuss the remedial work. One aspect of the work was potentially tricky and, taken with the other two, meant they might not be able to complete the work until the following morning. Unfortunately, we needed the car for an early hospital appointment, so they pulled out all the stops in an endeavour to have the car ready and kept us updated on progress. Excellent service, much appreciated!

I've been coming here for years and I am so impressed with Altrincham Service Centre. Dan is always so professional and helpful. I knocked my car this week damaging the headlight and bumper and I rang them straight after it happened. Dan was a calming voice when I was shaken up and worried, he looked at my car straight away, gave me approx prices and ordered parts and fitted me in the next day to sort my car. Top service and a company you can rely on who actually care about customer service.

Orchard Service station was recommended by several members of my local Ferrari Club. I took my Ferrari F12 for an MoT today. It was a fantastic experience, the car went in for its MoT right on time. They were very careful and respectful of the car. The Mechanic mechanic was meticulous which is fantastic. I could see through the viewing window he was doing a thorough job. The protected the interior with seat and floor coverings which is nice to see. After the MoT was successfully completed with a clear pass the mechanic gave me some advice about uneven pad wear on the electronic hand break and suggested it gets checked at the next service. I have no reservations in highland recommending the team at Orchard Service Station.

While traveling to Cheshire, my car experienced a breakdown. The staff assisted me immediately and were exceptionally friendly. I am immensely grateful for their help and highly recommend their services.

Now this is a place worth a review. Customer service at its best. A company that cares to get it right and give you impeccable service and work. A place that actually calls you when they say they will, with updates or even general queries. RAC approved and can see why workshop is clean. Staff are very friendly and delightful to speak to. If the work doesn’t make you come back then the customer service will. I haven’t seen service like this in a long time, you feel looked after and taken care off. My husband actually visited the garage but I’ve not seen him so carefree getting work done on his car. Definitely will be a returning customer. Thank you and for throwing in a free wash made my husbands day 😀

Stevo is a mechanical legend. The Mrs, somehow broke my van side door - took it off the runners and wasn't able to lock/it was coming open when driving. As it came when I'd procured the van off a mate for the purpose of moving and she immediately broke the side door, I was less than impressed. Stevo to the rescue! Sorted the door out in less than ten minutes, real friendly bloke - perhaps the fixed door has rescued my relationship. Can't recommend enough.

I thoroughly recommend John and the team. So many issues needed sorting after an accident - John was really reassuring in terms of what needed doing without any sort of a hard sell. All the way through the process, John regularly rang me to update me on the progress of the car. I certainly won’t ever use another garage moving forward!

Clutch on car went and the garage went to my daughters work place in Altrincham to check it out. Took it to the garage and completed the fitting of a new clutch in under a week. Price was fair and car was ready to pick at time agreed. Excellent service. If the garage was in Stoke-on-Trent I would use them to service our cars. Thanks for your help.

Staff are all very friendly and managed to squeeze my MOT in next day for me including the remedial works needed for it to get through. I've recently used Timperley Service & MOT Centre for some required maintenance, service and a MOT. Each visit has been a 5 star service, from ease of booking for the dates and times requested, dropping off the vehicle and promptness of informing me the vehicle is ready for collection. Many other garages ask to drop your car first thing and then you hear nothing until the end of the day to collect or a problem is found. I've found that I can now plan my day and collect once completed rather than wait till end of the day. All the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and make you feel a valued customer. Overall, I can trust Timperley Service & MOT with my car and know it's been professionally looked after and work required has been completed to a high standard. Will definitely use again when required.

Never been to this garage before my usual garage was fully booked. Booked here for MOT, amazing service throughout! Was booked at 1pm the next day - i explained my work commitments and was allowed to bring my car the day before and left overnight! Then got a call at 10am to say my car was ready!! Independant Vehicles are brilliant. i would highly recommend! They helped me through a really difficult time with our Volvo XC40. The car had been into Stockport Volvo dealership 4 times for repair over 10 months and still wasn't working. i was at my wits end with the Volvo dealership in Stockport so i called Independant Vehicles for help and got in touch with Mark. Mark, clearly an expert on Volvos and a really nice person. They would always answer the phone and were willing to talk. Mark did an investigation which helped me to get the warranty claim approved which had been refused initially. The car got repaired and is now working better then ever.

Dropped my volvo off with multiple electronic issues, Mark quickly diagnosed and repaired . Great communication, friendly , professional and informative. Pricing was really good also . This is the only garage I will take my BMW - Independent vehicles Mark,, Lisa and the team are great and they have been looking after my car for about ten years.
