Justin was fast to come out and give a price and work started quick when there was a break in the rain and got the job done all in one day, decent company get what you pay for which is his time served in trade and his knowledge.

We recently used Justin to do some remedial roof repairs for us, which he did to a very good standard. He communicated promptly, came round to review the issue within days of us telling him about it and completed the repairs very shortly after that. We would highly recommend his pleasant professional manner and standard of workmanship.

Contacted Justin about a leak we were having through our ventilation fan in the bathroom. Stripped back the tiles and fixed the issue which was an unsupported vent. Excellent communication, including informing us when the scaffolding was coming and when he would be there. Offered very good advice, listened to what we had to say, explained everything well and replied promptly to emails.

Excellent professional roofer, Justin was punctual, provided fair estimates of work needed ( new fascias, bargeboard and guttering work on tall Victorian house) and completed it to a high standard. Would highly recommend.

Needed a repair to our gutters where a gap had appeared between two channels. Joseph came round and fixed this in next to no time. Due to the speed of the works there was no charge! Also offered advise on soffits, facias and cladding for future works.

Joseph came around and assessed the roof and we decided we needed a new roof as our roof was the original and was leaking in multiple areas. Within a few days scaffold was erected and the roof and all the fascias were completely replaced within 2 days can't express how happy we are his team were fantastic and left our home immaculate we are so happy we chose Joseph thanks so much guys.

Called Joseph about a leak in my roof Joseph came out the same day and had a look at it we decided it would be better to replace the roof and within a few days the scaffold was up and the job was completed inside 2 days. Great work from the team really impressed the fascias and soffits look amazing!!

I highly recommend Michael. He explained professionally the issues of the roof and chimney. His quote is very clear, honest, and fair and there’s nothing hidden. He repaired the broken tiles and took all the broken bricks down from the roof and cemented it. He handled it carefully. He also repaired my leaking gutter. After replacing the parts of the gutter, he lifted up the hosepipe to the roof to test the leak of the gutter. I was amazed by his skills and care for people. He then cleaned the site to make sure it’s clean and tidy. I can’t praise him enough. You can truly trust him.

Michael did a brilliant job on our roof repair. He came out to inspect our leaky chimney stack and identified the problems. He took plenty of photos and patiently talked us through what the problems were and how he’d fix them. He offered a very fair price for the work and managed to fit us in at a time that worked for us. He took more photos as he progressed through the work giving updates. Since the job he’s messaged multiple times after rainy weather to make sure everything is all ok. Without a doubt would recommend him.

The chimney stack was letting water into the house. Michael took photos, explained what he proposed to do, and gave a good price. He then repaired the leading, re-cemented the stack top, and repointed where needed. It was not long before his work was tested by a 24 hour downpour - no leaks! It was a pleasure dealing with Michael - thoroughly recommended!

Michael McGowan did an amazing job on my Roof Repair. He was polite and friendly. Michael was also meticulous, patient with attention to detail and knowledgeable as he explained what he was going to do and what he had done. I already had before photos. Photos were then taken during the repairs and on completion. The house is a tall 3 storey Victorian Terrace and the party wall joining the neighbour’s roof front and back with mine, had a disintegrating silver foil held in place with bitumen and several broken tiles including a leaking Bay Window. He managed to remove it all, then replacing any broken slates on the neighbour’s side, placing a hidden bonding join underneath, finally placing my tiles in place and sealing both sides together. He left a very nice and well finished Roof and Bay Window. Any broken tiles were replaced on my side. We did have to wait for the dry weather. Once it came the big job was finished in 3 days. Fair priced. Would use again. Thank you Michael.

What we thought may be quite an ordeal has been a pleasant experience with our new roof transforming our home, it just looks beautiful. Shaun came out to look at our roof about some work out surveyor had suggested. He was honest about the fact that the work probably wasn't necessary and that we should save our money. He gave honest advice even though it ended in him not getting any work from it. Much appreciated.

I was having problems with my guttering, after contacting a number of roofing companies with no luck, I rang Dryline roofing and guttering. I spoke to Patrick who said he would come out in the afternoon which he did as promised. Patrick assessed the job and gave me a quote which i agreed with. He said he will get the scaffolding up and start the next day. Patrick and two other workers arrived as promised went up to the roof and started work, but after taking some slates off Patrick advised me that the work I previously had done by another roofing company was not carried out that's why I was having problems with the guttering. Patrick took me up to the roof so I could see for myself as I paid a lot of money to that company and got no receipt or guarantee and now they have ghost me, I felt absolutely sick as not for my guttering I would not have known and my roof would be in a worse state. Patrick advised me that I would need a new roof to retify the work that wasn't done and a lot of the slates were broken. Patrick arrived on the Friday with a full crew as it was getting dark early. They stripped the full roof and replaced with all new materials and tiles Patrick took pictures each step of the way and showed and explained what they were doing. I would recommend Dryline roofing to anyone, they were excellent, professional and polite. Patrick and his team worked hard all day making sure my roof was completed on the same day. They cleaned up after themselves and took away all the rubbish leaving the property clean and tidy. Patrick sent me all the pictures of all aspects of the job, I received my invoice and 25 years guarantee. Patrick came out to give us an estimate. He was very pleasant & polite as were the rest of the team when they came to carry out work on our extension roof. They were all respectful of our property & worked straight through. They returned as planned the following morning to complete the work. Photos were taken at all stages to show us what had been done. Wow, these guys do exactly what it says on the tin! Simon told me it should take 2 days to completely replace my roof, the scaffolders arrived on Saturday morning, the skip arrived on Monday at 7am, the guys turned up before 8am and by Tuesday afternoon the new roof was on and finished. These guys are amazing, polite, friendly and really helpful; what really sets them apart from other trades people I have used, they left the site so clean and tidy on both days. Joseph and his team replaced our gutters, facias & soffits in March 2024. We were so happy with this that we trusted them to replace our tiled roof in February 2025. The team work efficiently, professionally and left our property with a smart result and the workspace neat and tidy. Quotation was at a fair price and similar to others we received. Joseph kept us in the loop of when the job was likely to take place, some delays to the start of the job but we were politely updated over a WhatsApp. We would recommend this company to friends - they clearly care about doing the job well.

I contacted Ross in the Spring to ask if he'd be interested in preparing my roof (circa 40 year old) for embedded solar panels (rather than ones on top of the existing tiles). This would involve removing tiles and batons and preparing the roof inline with the solar system I'd chosen. Ross and the team hadn't done this before but he quoted for the assumed work, alongside some repairs to the ridges and lead work. Due to delays with solar hardware I had to re-schedule, Ross was great and managed the scaffolding arrangements too. We finally proceeded in November '22. Ross walked through the planned layout with me and we both established the plan to prepare the roof, once agreed Ross and the team got on with it and did so to a very high standard, we had a week of rain with no tiles on most of the roof, not one leak. Following the panel install the team were back to tile up, again something they'd not done before but were innovative and found ways to complete the work without damaging the solar panels. It's a very neat install, this alongside the lead replacement, ridge work and moss clearing were done to an excellent standard and I was consulted throughout. The team were on time, polite, rather good fun to have around and a pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend Cooper Roofing highly enough - thank you Ross & team for a great job.
