I recently had my roof replaced by Heyes Roofing and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The job was completed so quickly, which was a huge relief as its winter! I needed my dormer roof replacing as it was leaking, so I contacted Heyes Roofing were they give me a speedy quote. On the day they arrived and got straight to work, replacing the old felt and changing the pitch to allow the water to run off to the front into a gutter. The work was completed to a high standard and looks amazing. I would highly recommend this company.

The waterproof layer in my roof is broken. Contact them, and Martin will come to my house to check and make professional advice. The construction staff is professional and polite, on time, and will take regular photos to explain the progress of work. I got in touch with MGK Plastics as I needed an emergency repair done to some ridge tiles on our roof following a storm. Martin responded very quickly and arranged for the work to be done the following day. The team arrived on time and did a great (and very tidy) job. Martin is clearly very knowledgeable, polite and reliable, and I would definitely recommend MGK Plastics.

The perfect job from Martin and the team. The boys are all very polite and love a cup of tea and cake 🤣 from beginning to end, messages replied to within less than 2 minutes of been sent, constant updates, handles everything for you so you don't need to worry, fixed price and no deposit until the job is completed. I highly recommend Michael. He explained professionally the issues of the roof and chimney. His quote is very clear, honest, and fair and there’s nothing hidden. He repaired the broken tiles and took all the broken bricks down from the roof and cemented it. He handled it carefully. He also repaired my leaking gutter. After replacing the parts of the gutter, he lifted up the hosepipe to the roof to test the leak of the gutter. I was amazed by his skills and care for people. He then cleaned the site to make sure it’s clean and tidy. I can’t praise him enough. You can truly trust him.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Just Property Care Ltd from the very start. Michael McGowan did an amazing job on my Roof Repair. He was polite and friendly. Michael was also meticulous, patient with attention to detail and knowledgeable as he explained what he was going to do and what he had done. I already had before photos. Photos were then taken during the repairs and on completion. The house is a tall 3 storey Victorian Terrace and the party wall joining the neighbour’s roof front and back with mine, had a disintegrating silver foil held in place with bitumen and several broken tiles including a leaking Bay Window. He managed to remove it all, then replacing any broken slates on the neighbour’s side, placing a hidden bonding join underneath, finally placing my tiles in place and sealing both sides together. He left a very nice and well finished Roof and Bay Window. Any broken tiles were replaced on my side. We did have to wait for the dry weather. Once it came the big job was finished in 3 days. Fair priced. Would use again. Thank you Michael.

Michael did a brilliant job on our roof repair. He came out to inspect our leaky chimney stack and identified the problems. He took plenty of photos and patiently talked us through what the problems were and how he’d fix them. He offered a very fair price for the work and managed to fit us in at a time that worked for us. He took more photos as he progressed through the work giving updates. Since the job he’s messaged multiple times after rainy weather to make sure everything is all ok. Without a doubt would recommend him.

If I could score these guys 6, I would. Easy to contact, reliable and professional. The 2 guys fixing my flat rooves were polite, knowledgeable and happy to explain/answer any of my questions. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The job was completed on time and they left absolutely no mess (considering the amount of work done this is remarkable). Have called several roofer before for the leaking roof, but no one helped to spot the source of leak. John and his team came and inspected the roof very detailedly. And concluded that the leak caused since the roof is too flat instead of any tile broken. They helped to install new rubber roof and job done in two days. No problem now and hope it could last as long as possible👍

Recently had a full re-roof done by John. Would highly recommend to anyone. From the initial messages regarding the work through to completion, John was straightforward and professional. John even sorted out the bay window roof and gutterings for an extra £200, a job which we knew needed doing but hadn’t actually asked John about (we should have done!), it would have cost £1000+ to have it done separately and so for John to see it and do it for £200 was really appreciated. Very happy with the new roof and again would highly recommend to anyone wanting any roofing work done.

Mike is so nice! I bought a house and was really worried about the roof Incase their was anything wrong with it and needed some plants removing from the chimney. Whilst Clark & Son was at my house completing original work. I asked the to price me up for new faciers soffit. The price they quoted included removal of all the rubbish . And scaffolding. Others said I would need to get rid of rubbish very polite respectful and quiet. Not noisy like some companies.

I recently had my roof renovated by Safeseal UK. The original slates were reattached, the chimney removed and new gutters and fascia fitted, and I'm very pleased with the results. We originally used another company to do our roof and guttering, etc, which turned out to be a big mistake as things started to go wrong and when I contacted the owner to come and put it right, he ghosted me! Luckily for us, Ben and his team came to the rescue. Redid the whole job, to ensure it was done properly, at a competitive price. The guys were professional, polite and hardworking. They did everything that was asked and even did a few extra things that I didn’t ask at no extra cost. I am always a bit dubious when it comes to getting workmen in as they tend to overprice or more work needs doing than anticipated. These guys prices were spot on and less work was needed to be done than I originally thought. Can’t fault them. They cleaned up after themselves too.

Great professional company. The guys came out and ripped the old cladding off the front of my house and installed new cladding. Also pointed out issues on my roof that they spotted with their drone and fixed them for me. I was expecting a long and messy job but the guys work fast while not compromising their quality. They also cleaned all the mess. I’m made up with the finished results and have no problems recommending P&L to anyone and will be calling them back in the future. Also very reasonable prices you can’t argue with. Top blokes !!!!!
