Installed insulated tiled roof to glass roofed conservatory . Started work on agreed date, workforce very professional and polite. At the end of each day we were given a summary of works completed and resume of next days work. Price paid was the price agreed, no hidden costs. PW Contractors have done several other jobs for us and couldn’t fault their workmanship and professionalism. Would highly recommend.

I had tried to contact a few roofers by word of mouth and most didn’t turn up. I knew it would be an expensive job and it’s daunting spending that kind of money so you want someone you can trust. I put the add on checkatrade and I saw PW Contractors had good reviews and pictures on their page. Pat was one of the first to contact me to arrange to come and take a look at the roof. He turned up when he said he would do and knew exactly what he was talking about. No hard sell on anything, I told him what I wanted and he explained what they could do in detail. Decided to hire PW Contractors for the job. Pat gave me a lead time and it was pretty much bang on the date when they turned up to install the scaffold. They arranged the lot including skip hire and clean up and didn’t need anyone in to crack on with the work. Weather knocked them back by a day but the next day to make up for it the lads arrived at 8 and grafted till 6. They turned up in sign written vehicles and clothes with the company details. Landline telephone number and company address there for all to see. Pat took pictures of the job as they went along so I could see what they had done. These lads aren’t cowboys and they have nothing to hide. Didn’t ask for any money until the job was complete and the price they quoted was the price I paid, no added extra. Full quotation supplied by email or letter and invoice and 10 year guarantee provided on final settlement of work done. I had the full roof off, membrane and new treated batons installed, chimney repointed and new flashing installed. New dry ride system, facias, soffits and gutters. The old slate was relaid and any damaged or fragile slates replaced entirely. PW Contractors did all this in just under 4 days. I would 100% recommend this company for anyone looking for any sort of roofing work done. Thanks Pat and team 👍

After 9 months of being let down by roofers, contacted Bamford Roofing and they turned up on time to inspect the roof and give a quote. The quote was delivered on time and we were given a proposed date for the work. Everyone turned up on time, job was finished in 2 days. Work is to a high standard and guaranteed for 12 months. When everyone else let us down, Bamford Roofing didn't. Highly recommended.

Job completed very quickly and efficiently, roof cleaned down following completion, site left spotless which lads asked me to inspect before leaving. Our family home has a stone roof, an appointment was arranged with the office and Stewart arrived promptly and was impeccably polite and professional. Within a short time he returned an acceptable quote back to myself, The team led by John were affable and hard working, ensuring all aspects were carefully prepared and the outcome was achieved. Even when an unforeseen problem occurred, some replacement stone slabs were sourced, this was fixed without any problems as Lovatts had a supply in stock. Would I recommend this family run company? Yes without question, their attention to detail and their genuine care to do a great job was always evident.

1st Class Company, I cannot recommend this roofing company enough. From start to finish Lucy put my mind at rest & made the whole job that I was very worried about having done stress free. We had a new slate roof with solar panels and a flat roof section, each part done by a separate teams and coordinated perfectly so the job flowed at all times. The main slate section was completed by Danny & Dale who are very professional and skilled at what they do & a pleasure to have around too. Our sun tunnel was expertly fitted by Shaun within about four hours. The weather was extremely cold and the attic space very restricted. The room went from darkness to light once the job was finished and everything was left neat and tidy .We are therefore delighted with the outcome. Many thanks Shaun and we will call on Lovatts again for any roofing jobs that need doing.

Matthew knocked on the door as he was in the area at another property and asked if we needed our gutters cleaning. We did as they’d overflowed a few days ago. He was up and down very quickly, despite our barking dog, got the job done and sorted the gutters for another year. Would recommend.

After water damaged caused to my flat, by the flat directly above me. The textured coating from my celling was damaged and the celling had started to drop. I was unaware the textured coating had asbestos mixed into the artex. The gentlemen that came around to my flat resolved all the issues with regards the damage to my celling. They had the artex removed following the correct asbestos procedures and guidelines and I had my celling repaired to an excellent standard. I would highly recommend 'Concept Building Solutions' to anyone who has an issues with there home.

Spot on looks great Thank you to Dean and team for replacing our kitchen roof ready for winter. We had a leak coming in onto the boiler. Within a week of first contact the work was started and completed within 3 days at a very reasonable price work site left clean and tidy and told by neighbours how polite they were ( we were at work when the replacement was carried out)
