Couldn't recommend Michael enough! Really nice guy, took the time to explain through the work he was doing replacing the flashing/repairing my chimney and checked in on how the work was holding up after he had completed. Even gave me a free survey /quote which I found most other local roofers wouldn't do - I appreciated all his help and will definitely use him again in the future - thanks Michael!

I highly recommend Michael. He explained professionally the issues of the roof and chimney. His quote is very clear, honest, and fair and there’s nothing hidden. He repaired the broken tiles and took all the broken bricks down from the roof and cemented it. He handled it carefully. He also repaired my leaking gutter. After replacing the parts of the gutter, he lifted up the hosepipe to the roof to test the leak of the gutter. I was amazed by his skills and care for people. He then cleaned the site to make sure it’s clean and tidy. I can’t praise him enough. You can truly trust him.

Michael did a brilliant job on our roof repair. He came out to inspect our leaky chimney stack and identified the problems. He took plenty of photos and patiently talked us through what the problems were and how he’d fix them. He offered a very fair price for the work and managed to fit us in at a time that worked for us. He took more photos as he progressed through the work giving updates. Since the job he’s messaged multiple times after rainy weather to make sure everything is all ok. Without a doubt would recommend him.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Just Property Care Ltd from the very start. Bloody hell Danny state of garden in pic 😄 All about the roof though and what a great job including removal, clean and refit of original with nice colour mix old with new bits. All new slate and lead to extension bang on I had a right fear on about meeting existing windows with pitch etc but no need as all dressed to impress! Spot on experience highly recommend.

Patrick came out to give us an estimate. He was very pleasant & polite as were the rest of the team when they came to carry out work on our extension roof. They were all respectful of our property & worked straight through. They returned as planned the following morning to complete the work. Photos were taken at all stages to show us what had been done. They cleared up before they left. Very happy with the job done

We recently used Justin to do some remedial roof repairs for us, which he did to a very good standard. Lee was great. He had to come in and fix a bodge job after a cowboy builder did a bad job and created a mess which meant he broke more than he fixed. I would definitely recommend, professional and on point!

Great experience. Had leaks in the roof in 2 places, had a couple of companies round quoting expensive prices without even getting up to look. Lee turned up when he said he would, got up on the roof took video to show me the issues, quoted a fair price. He carried out the repair, and took video to show me what he had done and the finished result. Can't fault him, would definitely recommend.
