A magical snowfall that added an unforgettable touch to our special day—it felt like a fairytale! The staff went above and beyond, not just for us but also for our beloved sausage dog, Sushi. They made him feel so welcome and accommodated his visit seamlessly, which meant the world to us. Every detail was handled with care, and the whole day was stress-free and unforgettable. I photographed a wedding here recently and wow what a venue! Everything is just perfect for your special day. From the spacious and light bridal prep room through to the pretty ceremony room and the amazing views outside. They even accomodated the brides horse for a visit!

Wow, where can I start! We had our wedding at Heaton House in May 2023, and it was the best day of our lives. I fell in love with the venue as soon as I saw it, the barns are beautiful, the grounds are stunning and the staff are fabulous! Joanne was our coordinator and we absolutely cannot fault her. She was lovely, and very reassuring and calming! Our day went so smoothly and this was all down to Joanne and the team in the background keeping things running and making sure ourselves and our guests were happy. The food for our wedding was a majorly big deal for us, being massive food lovers and in particular curry lovers! We wanted something a little different that suited us. We chose the ‘street stall’ food options and oh my word - it did not disappoint! We had the choice of 3 different food carts - we chose Indian, Greek and British. The food was to die for and there was something to suit everyone, and plenty of it! I had a plate of each! We had so many compliments from guests regarding the food, everyone loved it and everyone thought it was delicious. The honeymoon suite and the bridal preparation room are gorgeous, we had so much fun before the wedding even began! We stayed the night before and were helped with anything we needed, then we had a beautiful bridal brunch whilst getting ready for the big day, music on, Prosecco flowing! Our whole experience was perfect from start to finish, Joanne and the team were just an email away whenever we had any questions and always timely with responses. We felt very supported. We would recommend Heaton House and the team to Brides and Grooms on the hunt for their perfect wedding venue - you definitely won’t regret it!

Fantastic, exclusive wedding venue. Had the pleasure of delivering a ceremony here 8th Feb 2025 and Chloe was lovely to deal with.The whole event was well managed, all the staff were very obliging and friendly. Food was delicious, the venue looked wonderful, and the accommodation was beautiful....though we didn't spend much time there! Would highly recommend.

Yesterday was second time that I worked with Helen at Peckforton Castle, so many special and unique aspects were brought into play at this event, I can still hear the gasps of appreciation from the guests, the whole day ran like clockwork. I know what I'm talking about when I heap praise on Helen, I've been around the block having managed luxury hotels around the world for over 20 years and in my second career as a toastmaster for 15 years. I can tell you that Helen is right up there at the top of her profession On Saturday last once again I had the pleasure of working with Helen for a wedding at the palatial Old Palace, Chester. From the very start at Chester Cathedral to the first dance and conclusion it all ran perfectly with Helen and her team quietly, calmly & most efficiently ensuring this special day had a most successful outcome.

I cannot recommend Smash Parties enough! He did an absolutely incredible job at my baby’s first birthday, bringing so much joy and magic to the event. His creativity, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. The balloon decorations were stunning—vibrant, fun, and exactly what I had envisioned for a galaxy theme. He was also so kind and engaging with our little boy, making the whole experience even more special. Smash Party truly outdid themselves with their incredible New Year event! 🎉✨ As a DJ for the kids, I was thoroughly impressed with the seamless organization and vibrant energy throughout. We went to Smash parties winter ball and it was indeed a gala event. Had so much fun 🤩 that nearly overcame the winter blues. All arrangements were perfect - classy venue with convenient car park ,beautifully decorated hall and tables , yummy food to purchase , great DJ and the Barbie themed photo booth was the icing on the cake ! Well done to Smash parties for organising this amazing event 😀

We initially contacted Charlotte a couple of years ago to plan our wedding. She was brilliant from the get go - extremely responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. The pandemic hit and we had to re arrange our wedding. Charlotte went over and beyond to sort this for us. It was an extremely stressful time and Charlotte made everything so easy for us. We had our wedding last week and it was Perfect. Everything was arranged meticulously to the last detail. Everyone commented how great it was. I am so so glad we contacted Charlotte. Charlotte planned our wedding for well over a year from start to finish. I would highly recommend her services, nothing was too much trouble for Charlotte, from recommending and booking all of our suppliers to answering all of my queries and organising the finer details on the day. We were always in constant communication with each other. She always remembered everything I mentioned about my vision and the aesthetics for the day and her attention to detail really stood out for me. All of our guests commented how well organised our wedding day was and it really took the stress away from us on the day so that we could just sit back, take it all in and enjoy ourselves. If you are thinking about hiring a wedding planner, without a doubt go for it, and Charlotte won’t disappoint, she is incredibly passionate about her career and the role she plays with each couple she works with. Hiring Charlotte Elise Wedding & Events was the best decision we made when planning our wedding. Charlotte helped with the sourcing and booking of suppliers and it was amazing to have access to her knowledge. Once booked she handled the venue and all suppliers brilliantly taking all the stresses of us. On the run up to our wedding day she ensured they all knew timings and answered any questions, she also made sure we hadn’t forgotten anything (even ordering some items for us!) On our wedding day Charlotte coordinated everyone (caterers, band, production etc) and helped with the setting up. Knowing Charlotte was there meant that we didn't have to worry once and looking back it was essential in helping us enjoy our wedding day. Afterwards many of our guests commented on how well the day flowed and it was great to hear what an amazing time our friends and family had. I found Charlotte through instagram and since the first initial phone call I knew she was the perfect wedding planner! Having to rearrange the wedding due to the pandemic, Charlotte made the whole process so stress free and went over & beyond to sort this for us. Brilliant service! We bought a custom neon light and hired a frame and disco balls for our wedding. All the props looked amazing and the disco balls absolutely made my day! They were beautiful. Also the booking process and the delivery and collection of the props was seamless, would definitely recommend

We hired the neon ‘until death do us party’ sign from the word is love. It looked even better (and bigger) than I expected - I loved it and it looked great next to our dance floor. Suzy and Ollie were so helpful and the hiring/set up etc was so easy and all organised by them but fitting in with everything we asked! We were looking for something special for our wedding at Colshaw Hall and were recommended 'The Word Is Love.' After perusing through the extensive catalogue (we were spoilt for choice), we settled on the 4ft rustic letters for our surname which provided the perfect backdrop for both the wedding breakfast and evening reception! Suzy and Ollie were very quick to respond to our enquiries and made the whole process extremely straight forward - from the initial booking, set up at the venue and collection the next day. Suzy and Ollie communicated directly with the venue which we were incredibly appreciative of! Cannot recommend simon and his team..recently got married at Shrigley hall simon was so helpful and guided us. We had a lovely package which included dancefloor, room lighting, DJ, letters & 360 photobooth. I couldn't have asked for better, the room looked incredible. The Dj was insane and the 360 booth was immense all of my guests are raving about the day.thank you for making our amazing 🫶💕

Hired Jessica to dress the room for my daughter's 18th birthday party. She did an absolutely amazing job. The room looked beautiful and was so person centred and fitting to my daughters taste. Jessica was so helpful from the very start and even helped book the room for me I was holding the event in. Her communication skills are on point and her rates are brilliant and certainly for how much hard work she puts into it. Will definitely be using vintage events again for future parties/events.

Our daughter adores The Wizard of Oz, I mentioned this to Jess… well what an amazing evening we had. Jess is so creative, enthusiastic and committed. Bursting with ideas. We had Emerald City green balloons, broom sticks from the ceiling, hay bales with witches feet, a yellow brick road. Amazing !!!! Weeks later and friends and family are still talking about the room. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Great at communication. Jess is superb at what she does. She was there every step of the way to make sure I was happy with the requirements etc, covering every detail. We then had a follow up meeting when we were able to due to COVID restrictions and she was really helpful is suggesting things that might work with our theme and showing us different decoration options in the shop.
