You were respectful of my budget and I am sooo glad I made the journey to your shop as opposed to staying local. This is the second time I have purchased dresses from Lacy Days of Ramsbottom; the first was for my daughter and her friend for their school prom (when I also got the most amazing red dress for myself). This time, I got a bridesmaid dress for myself for my sister's wedding and a dress for a wedding that I am attending in the summer of 2025. I am so excited to wear the dresses; they are beautiful, well made and fit perfectly.

We’ve had two very lovely experiences at lacy days. We bought a prom dress for my daughter with Wendy six years ago and had such a lovely experience we came back this year for my second daughter’s prom. Amelia was so lovely and helpful, she gave us plenty of time and didn't rush us at all and all the dresses were stunning with plenty of options.

Wendy and Amelia were absolutely fantastic. So welcoming and helpful. I was starting to think I’d never find my dress and they were so reassuring. Wendy listened to exactly what I wanted and showed me so many beautiful dresses. She recommended I try a ‘wild card’ dress which she thought would suit me and it was absolutely the one. I cannot recommend Lacy Days enough, they were amazing. They made me, my mum and mother in law feel so special. Thank you!

My husband and I were doing a very DIY wedding in a village hall, and wanted something different to the dozens of weddings we’ve been to recently. But without Victoria behind the scenes it would have been utter chaos. She and her assistant were powerhouses on the day - getting stuff done so efficiently and smoothly that sometimes I barely even noticed that they’d moved/changed or updated things! That’s a sign of a great on the day coordinator! Victoria was also a very calming person to tie in with in the run up as she was so organised and thorough. I am an obsessively organised person, so helping me on my wedding day could have been someone’s idea of a nightmare as I can be pretty inflexible in my ideas, but Victoria was so willing to just go with my flow, whilst also bringing great ideas and gently nudging us on things we might have otherwise forgotten that made the day go more smoothly. We hired Victoria for the wedding day management for our wedding, and I can't say enough positive words. Even from the start during our intro call, to coordinating with vendors, to the final day wedding celebration, she exceeded our expectations. I was hesitant to hire someone for the day of coordination because I am a planner myself, but Victoria checked every box and she allowed me to unplug and really enjoy the day with my family and friends. Highly recommend her because of her organization skills, professionalism, and how pleasant she was to work with!

As a wedding videographer, I wish every wedding I captured had a Victoria! Having someone like Victoria to go to with questions and check ins made the day run so much smoother than I’m used to! Victoria is the kind of person that is so on it as well and thinks of every little detail but is so creative and flexible in how she works to help and assist with whatever you need throughout the day. Not just for the couple but for the suppliers too! I would urge people to hire her and highly recommend Victoria as the lovely person she is and for the great services she offers!

From our very first meeting we knew that Tor was the person to plan our wedding with us. She had the best personality, was easy to get on with and she was obviously very knowledgeable in her field which filled us both with confidence. Myself and Dave are very busy people, and got especially busy as we were planning our wedding. Tor was there day and night, no matter what time I messaged her with a query or idea she was on the ball so fast. Tor also recommended the best suppliers. One of them being Gemma from Rock and Wreath, our flowers were absolutely unreal and I felt confident giving Gemma complete freedom and creative license with her designs. I had an idea of maybe having a live sketch artist but after searching and searching I couldn’t find the right person. Tor absolutely pulled it out the bag and found the amazing little Beth Illustrations. We would have never had such special wedding favors if it wasn’t for Tor finding Beth. Tor also found the beautiful Bethan Steers for my hair, and the amazing Beth Kennet for our wedding videography! These two women were an absolute joy of energy to have around on the day, but every single person involved was. So I’m so grateful to Tor for finding all of these wonderful suppliers because they were truly out of this world, every single one of them. On the day of the wedding Tor was never not by my side, anything I needed she was there 100 percent and really had my back no matter how big or small, from making sure I had coffee when I was tired, to emergency steaming my wedding dress. Jess, I can not thank you enough, it was beautiful from start to finish - you did an absolutely amazing job, the little details, the setup, your professionalism, your kindness, your thoughtfulness was outstanding. I was completely overwhelmed when I walked in and utterly speechesless looking at the main room - just wow!! The amount of comments from guests saying how beautiful it was, I lost count. Our daughter adores The Wizard of Oz, I mentioned this to Jess… well what an amazing evening we had. Jess is so creative, enthusiastic and committed. Bursting with ideas. We had Emerald City green balloons, broom sticks from the ceiling, hay bales with witches feet, a yellow brick road. Amazing !!!! Weeks later and friends and family are still talking about the room. The set up and clean up the next day- faultless !!! Jess made a 21st party, a night not to forget, not just a wedding planner. Soooo talented. THANK YOU X

Hired Jessica to dress the room for my daughter's 18th birthday party. She did an absolutely amazing job. The room looked beautiful and was so person centred and fitting to my daughters taste. Jessica was so helpful from the very start and even helped book the room for me I was holding the event in. Her communication skills are on point and her rates are brilliant and certainly for how much hard work she puts into it. Will definitely be using vintage events again for future parties/events.

Jess came to dress my ceremony and it was absolutely beautiful! we got to keep the photos and frame from the LOVE ladder! We used Party Essence to provide chair covers, table linen, jewels and card box for our James Bond theme party at the Red Hall on 17th September 2016. The overall effect was to add real style and sophistication to the evening. Ali was really helpful in helping us make a choice and we would certainly recommend her if you are having a special event that needs the 'finishing touches'. Thanks Ali and good luck in the future. Excellent service from start to finish for my daughters wedding .Rebecca facilitated everything from the save the date cards to the invites , orders of service and flowers for both the church and the venue . Many lovely comments received about the table centrepieces etc and how the flowers matched the bridesmaid dresses beautifully ( all matched to a small piece of material due to location) . My family and I visited Love & Cherish for a last minute appointment before I went back to London. I was super nervous at first as this was my first experience trying on wedding dresses. Michelle made us feel so welcome as soon as we walked in. It felt like we had known her for a long time - For the first dress I felt super unsure and nervous however Michelle made me feel so comfortable so by the time I tried on the second dress I felt so confident and calm. Out of the few dresses I tried on I fell in love with the second dress i tried on from Casablanca which had an beautiful love story behind the dress (of the couple that make the Casablanca dresses) which Michelle told us all about - That was so special for me. I said yes to my dress today and I am so happy. Myself, my family and Michelle all celebrated together. Beautiful experience, lovely lady and gorgeous dresses - I would highly recommend this bridal boutique and experience to anyone!! Thank you once again dear Michelle!! x

From the second I walked through the door, Donna and Michelle made me feel excited but relaxed. Not knowing ahat I was looking for, they listened to me, and guided me along the way. I was undecided on a dress when Donna contacted me to say they had a new one in stock that they thought I might like. With no pressure at all, I went back to the shop to try on the one I had liked, and the other dress. They were right. It was perfect for me. I loved it and decided there and then, it was the right dress for me. I loved every second of the experience and would highly recommend Love and Cherish. Lovely little bridal boutique with a fab selection of dresses. Imacculate and elegantly decorated dressing room and the bubbles and cupcakes were a lovely touch for my Dad and MoH whilst I was slipping in and out of dresses. The team were very helpful, patient and attentive, particularly Judith who really made sure I was 110% happy with my final choice. With a short notice wedding fast approaching, finding the right dress, off the rack, wasn't going to be easy. Add into the mix a bride who lives in leggings and t-shirts, looking for a modest but elegant dress and you could have issues. Step up... The White Gallery 🥇 The team were able to squeeze my mother and me in with just 3 days' notice. We were supported by the wonderful owner Fran in a cozy charming room replete with mirrors and sparkles. Fran showed her professional experience in dressing brides-to-be and I don't think I could have got anywhere without her. Her instinct for styles that would suit was spot on and she laboured up and down from the stock room until the end. I was extremely fortunate that their sample sizes fitted me so I was able to walk away with a.... Well, I couldn't possibly say before the wedding, could I? 😂 Sufficeth to say, I think the groom will be blown away. Thank you to Fran, her daughters and the team who made this a really special occasion for my mother and me.

Donna and team were absolutely wonderful and very professional from start to finish. We chose to have artificial bouquets and were very happy with the effect. We went with a rustic theme and the individually designed tablescapes were just gorgeous. We had lots of compliments and we can wait to see the professional pics of the day. A special thank you to Megan who knitted us a special mushroom for our top table tablescape. Very sweet and we will treasure it always.

We used Pure Elegance Events after Donna, Amanda and the team were recommended to us. After sneaking away to get married we wanted to celebrate with fifty of our close friends and family. We maybe thought this would be too small for Pure Elegance however, this was never the case. I feel like we were treated the same as anyone having a huge wedding with an large budget. From the very first meeting with Donna she was friendly and profession. We felt like we had known her a long time. As we were only having a meal we hadn't really thought too much about what we wanted and didn't want anything extravegant. Donna took the few ideas we had and built on it. We don't feel like we asked for a lot of stuff or went all out, however, the room looked amazing. The attention to detail was flawless. Due to circumstances beyond our control there was a very last minute change of venue whilst we were out of the country. If it wasn't for Donna & the extended brilliant team, we can honestly say we wouldn't have had a new venue. We are fully aware they didn't need to go above and beyond to find us somewhere new but they did. Even though this actually wasn't what we were paying them for. This shows their very high level of customer service. You can trust them whole heartedly to do the right thing for their customers and you aren't just another booking. Pure Elegance we’re absolutely amazing and decorated our wedding venue beautifully. Even better than I could ever imagine. Bridal bouquets actually looked real and matched the decor perfectly.
