Lovely little bridal boutique with a fab selection of dresses. Imacculate and elegantly decorated dressing room and the bubbles and cupcakes were a lovely touch for my Dad and MoH whilst I was slipping in and out of dresses. The team were very helpful, patient and attentive, particularly Judith who really made sure I was 110% happy with my final choice. I'm so glad I found my dream dress here and can't wait to wear it next year! Thank you again ladies!

Beautiful bridal boutique Visited here a number of times with my daughter for her wedding dress , and never once were we pressurised into buying a dress . Fran Ella Demi were brilliant with their expertise on dresses . Taking accurate measurements for my daughter Nicola . They made us feel happy wanted and not a burden despite so many visits and Nicola trying so many dresses on. With a short notice wedding fast approaching, finding the right dress, off the rack, wasn't going to be easy. Add into the mix a bride who lives in leggings and t-shirts, looking for a modest but elegant dress and you could have issues. Step up... The White Gallery 🥇 The team were able to squeeze my mother and me in with just 3 days' notice. We were supported by the wonderful owner Fran in a cozy charming room replete with mirrors and sparkles. Fran showed her professional experience in dressing brides-to-be and I don't think I could have got anywhere without her. Her instinct for styles that would suit was spot on and she laboured up and down from the stock room until the end. I was extremely fortunate that their sample sizes fitted me so I was able to walk away with a.... Well, I couldn't possibly say before the wedding, could I? 😂 Sufficeth to say, I think the groom will be blown away. Thank you to Fran, her daughters and the team who made this a really special occasion for my mother and me.

Yesterday was second time that I worked with Helen at Peckforton Castle, so many special and unique aspects were brought into play at this event, I can still hear the gasps of appreciation from the guests, the whole day ran like clockwork. I know what I'm talking about when I heap praise on Helen, I've been around the block having managed luxury hotels around the world for over 20 years and in my second career as a toastmaster for 15 years. I can tell you that Helen is right up there at the top of her profession On Saturday last once again I had the pleasure of working with Helen for a wedding at the palatial Old Palace, Chester. From the very start at Chester Cathedral to the first dance and conclusion it all ran perfectly with Helen and her team quietly, calmly & most efficiently ensuring this special day had a most successful outcome.

This is the second time I have purchased dresses from Lacy Days of Ramsbottom; the first was for my daughter and her friend for their school prom (when I also got the most amazing red dress for myself). This time, I got a bridesmaid dress for myself for my sister's wedding and a dress for a wedding that I am attending in the summer of 2025. I am so excited to wear the dresses; they are beautiful, well made and fit perfectly.

We had a fantastic experience at Lacy Days this week. Beautiful selection of quality dresses, enthusiastic, down to earth, friendly & experienced advice from Amelia but with no hard sell - think my daughter must have tried on about 10 dresses 🙈 and then spent another hour trying to decide between her fave 3! We’d spent a couple of weekends previously trawling the *off the peg bigger outlets & honestly, the quality here is so much better, the one-to-one appointment makes the task a joy & the prices are just as competitive for a perfect dress ordered in especially for you - so highly recommended, thank you ladies!

Wendy and Amelia were absolutely fantastic. So welcoming and helpful. I was starting to think I’d never find my dress and they were so reassuring. Wendy listened to exactly what I wanted and showed me so many beautiful dresses. She recommended I try a ‘wild card’ dress which she thought would suit me and it was absolutely the one. From our very first meeting we knew that Tor was the person to plan our wedding with us. She had the best personality, was easy to get on with and she was obviously very knowledgeable in her field which filled us both with confidence. Myself and Dave are very busy people, and got especially busy as we were planning our wedding. Tor was there day and night, no matter what time I messaged her with a query or idea she was on the ball so fast. Tor also recommended the best suppliers. One of them being Gemma from Rock and Wreath, our flowers were absolutely unreal and I felt confident giving Gemma complete freedom and creative license with her designs. I had an idea of maybe having a live sketch artist but after searching and searching I couldn’t find the right person. Tor absolutely pulled it out the bag and found the amazing little Beth Illustrations. We would have never had such special wedding favors if it wasn’t for Tor finding Beth. Tor also found the beautiful Bethan Steers for my hair, and the amazing Beth Kennet for our wedding videography! These two women were an absolute joy of energy to have around on the day, but every single person involved was. So I’m so grateful to Tor for finding all of these wonderful suppliers because they were truly out of this world, every single one of them. On the day of the wedding Tor was never not by my side, anything I needed she was there 100 percent and really had my back no matter how big or small, from making sure I had coffee when I was tired, to emergency steaming my wedding dress. We hired Tor to help with our wedding in July and really cannot thank or recommend her enough. Our wedding was held at our family farm, and whilst this seemed like a great idea, we also had so many possibilities of things going wrong on the day. As soon as we had Tor’s input into the wedding, she gave us every bit of confidence that the day would run as beautifully as it did. From the week leading up to the wedding, all of our suppliers couldn’t believe how relaxed I was and this was definitely thanks to Tor. Tor was there at all hours to answer any questions, help me make decisions, and make suggestions that I definitely wouldn’t have thought of (without being annoying ha!). On the day of the wedding I was able to have such a lovely morning with the bridal party, and throughout the day knew everything was being taken care of which resulted in being able to actually enjoy our wedding day without any stress (which a lot of couples don’t get to do). Tor is such a lovely person and so easy to get on with, even if it wasn’t wedding chat we would still have a laugh.. we had so many comments from guests about how incredible our wedding was, how smooth the day went, and how fab Tor was behind the scenes. We have said from the start, hiring Tor was the best decision we made…we are also convinced she could plan a wedding on Mount Everest and it run smoothly. As a wedding videographer, I wish every wedding I captured had a Victoria! Having someone like Victoria to go to with questions and check ins made the day run so much smoother than I’m used to! Victoria is the kind of person that is so on it as well and thinks of every little detail but is so creative and flexible in how she works to help and assist with whatever you need throughout the day. Not just for the couple but for the suppliers too! I would urge people to hire her and highly recommend Victoria as the lovely person she is and for the great services she offers!

We hired Victoria for the wedding day management for our wedding, and I can't say enough positive words. Even from the start during our intro call, to coordinating with vendors, to the final day wedding celebration, she exceeded our expectations. I was hesitant to hire someone for the day of coordination because I am a planner myself, but Victoria checked every box and she allowed me to unplug and really enjoy the day with my family and friends. Highly recommend her because of her organization skills, professionalism, and how pleasant she was to work with!

Excellent service from start to finish for my daughters wedding .Rebecca facilitated everything from the save the date cards to the invites , orders of service and flowers for both the church and the venue . Many lovely comments received about the table centrepieces etc and how the flowers matched the bridesmaid dresses beautifully ( all matched to a small piece of material due to location) . Thank you so much, couldn’t have done it without your expertise .

As a Wedding Photographer I see lots of beautiful venue styling, flowers and decor and Rebecca Karen is one of the best. Her shop is full of the most innovative, classic and unique designs and I get inspired each time I visit.

Rebecca was brilliant from start to finish with the dressing of our room at the last drop village for out wedding. The room looked fantastic and guests commented on how fabulous the room looked. I would highly recommend Rebecca she made this part of the wedding planning very easy and is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and creative.

4seasons team did an amazing job of making my dream into reality for my wedding stage. Would highly recommend. Only thing is as they are so busy need to book well in advance. But very accommodating.

What can I say I messaged Pure Elegance after I had a very unprofessional experience with another company I will not mention names, Donna and her team really made my dreams come true, she helped me pick my wedding flowers and listened to me stress about wedding stuff for weeks on ends. We used Pure Elegance Events after Donna, Amanda and the team were recommended to us. After sneaking away to get married we wanted to celebrate with fifty of our close friends and family. We maybe thought this would be too small for Pure Elegance however, this was never the case. I feel like we were treated the same as anyone having a huge wedding with an large budget. From the very first meeting with Donna she was friendly and profession. We felt like we had known her a long time. As we were only having a meal we hadn't really thought too much about what we wanted and didn't want anything extravegant. Donna took the few ideas we had and built on it. We don't feel like we asked for a lot of stuff or went all out, however, the room looked amazing. The attention to detail was flawless. Due to circumstances beyond our control there was a very last minute change of venue whilst we were out of the country. If it wasn't for Donna & the extended brilliant team, we can honestly say we wouldn't have had a new venue. We are fully aware they didn't need to go above and beyond to find us somewhere new but they did. Even though this actually wasn't what we were paying them for. This shows their very high level of customer service. You can trust them whole heartedly to do the right thing for their customers and you aren't just another booking. Donna and team were absolutely wonderful and very professional from start to finish. We chose to have artificial bouquets and were very happy with the effect. We went with a rustic theme and the individually designed tablescapes were just gorgeous. We had lots of compliments and we can wait to see the professional pics of the day. A special thank you to Megan who knitted us a special mushroom for our top table tablescape. Very sweet and we will treasure it always.
