We normally plan our events in-house however decided to outsource some aspects due to being so busy! We discovered ConnectIn and have used them for our last three events. Jess who we have been working with has been amazing at finding us suitable venues that matched exactly what we were looking for, as well as sourcing us some amazing props. Jii events did an amazing job for my wedding decor. Absolutely phenomenal vendor met and surpassed all my expectations! Was extremely helpful during the planning process as well, I felt completely at ease, knowing the team under understood my vision and they brought it to life even beyond what I could’ve even imagined. Really flexible, Even when the venue gave us some hassle! Overall Amazing and I’d use them over and over again !!

I had a great experience arranging my wedding Decor with Jii events. Kelinde was very accommodating and worked around our needs and vision, and the final result was exactly what I had envisioned if not more and the guests loved the decor! Excellent experience from start to finish Paul was great and helped with ideas for cocktails and mocktails. All the guests complimented on the perfect balance for the wedding. To top it all off the bar and display looked stunning. Very professional set up! The whole team were there throughout the day asking if we needed anything. Definitely made the day special!

We cannot recommend Mr Flavour Events enough! From the moment we first made contact, we knew that we were working with a team who could provide a bespoke service that perfectly met our needs. The team were so professional, communication was exemplary and their service was beyond phenomenal! Our wedding guests had the most incredible time, loved all the cocktails, loved all the bartenders (and their banter!) and we all loved the extra surprises eg smoking shots on the dance floor. Mr Flavour recently managed and delivered my Halloween themed 40th Birthday party. Prior to the event, Ali and his team liaised with the venue to ensure everyone knew what they were doing to pull off an epic event. Everything was seamlessly organised and flawlessly delivered. From the moment we arrived, the courtyard and bar were set so professionally and truly transformed the venue, it looked like a Halloween movie set. The bar staff and actors set a perfectly eerie tone. The reception was a hit giving everyone the chance to mix and mingle over incredible cocktails that were as tasty as they were theatrical. The barn was set up with an incredible cocktail 'blood' fountain keeping everyone perfectly hydrated, though we were never left wanting with spooky cocktails and shots circulating all night long. The band were phenomenal and had everyone up and dancing all night long. I can't thank the Mr Flavour team enough for delivering the most memorable night of my life!

Pure Elegance we’re absolutely amazing and decorated our wedding venue beautifully. Even better than I could ever imagine. Bridal bouquets actually looked real and matched the decor perfectly. Donna and team were absolutely wonderful and very professional from start to finish. We chose to have artificial bouquets and were very happy with the effect. We went with a rustic theme and the individually designed tablescapes were just gorgeous. We had lots of compliments and we can wait to see the professional pics of the day. A special thank you to Megan who knitted us a special mushroom for our top table tablescape. Very sweet and we will treasure it always.

What can I say I messaged Pure Elegance after I had a very unprofessional experience with another company I will not mention names, Donna and her team really made my dreams come true, she helped me pick my wedding flowers and listened to me stress about wedding stuff for weeks on ends. Donna and her team went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us. I would message and ask for something or just to talk and she would be there too help me with anything. we have had the best experience working with CWA throughout the preparations of our wedding. They have always been quick to respond. On the day itself, both Carla and Chelsea were absolutely brilliant. They took such care and patience in ensuring every smallest detail of our wedding had films and shots of. They were also extremely professional yet exude joy to be around. When weddings are long and busy, it can be rather stressful but they made it comfortable for everyone. I was worried they would be impatient or tired towards the end but they made us feel special through even after their times were up, and kept smiling and congratulating us. It is that small touch that made it so much more special. Photos and films were done to such perfection. We are still struggling to decide which to print! All in all, an absolute pleasure to work with CWA taking on one of the most important roles of our wedding. We can’t thank you enough.

I used this company for my wedding in July and they were absolutely fantastic. I received great communication from start to finish, Jonathan was available for any questions I had at any point with very prompt responses. I had a combined package of photography and videography and we barely knew they were there. They were so discreet and professional! The photos and videos are breathtaking. Working with Amanda and the team is an absolute pleasure and also a lot of fun. When faced with turning our usual in-person event into a virtual event this year she was the first person we turned to. Amanda took care of everything, from choosing which platform to use and what entertainment would be best through to personally packing and mailing (and hand delivering) the best delegate boxes jampacked with goodies. Amanda truly went above and beyond for us and I could not have done it without her.

I first worked with Amanda on an inaugural conference for over 600 delegates. At every stage she provided great ideas solutions, energy and enthusiasm particularly during delegate registration when numbers were slow and we needed to hold our nerve. The event was spectacular and Amanda and the team worked tirelessly to deliver. The event became an annual event that grew and grew and got incredible feedback from delegates. I am now pleased to be working again with Amanda and the team at a new start up company on an inaugural event with a very different focus and budget and again Amanda has provided great guidance and an inept understanding of our needs and is guiding an inexperienced team through the process. I’ve been working with the Just Watch team for 4 years now on a range of different events. From 600 delegate conferences to smaller events, Amanda and the team deliver what you would expect and more from an events team every time. They listen and try to understand the objectives of every event and then offer experienced advice on how to deliver the event which usually involves challenging some of our ideas and offering alternatives that we had it previously considered. Just Watch Events are totally flexible and responsive with the ability to deliver in any location and to short deadlines. They have supported us this year with a change in our event strategy due to COVID-19 and adapted to the challenges all companies were facing with events this year. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will be working with them as long as this service is delivered by the team.

Recommended by my Aunty who used Ex Pose for my Uncle‘s 50th, I also used them for my 30th birthday and was so impressed with the personalised service. The designs were bespoke to match what I had described and the colour scheme of my venue. I didn’t have to worry or be involved, Ex Pose worked with my venue and when I turned up on the night I had the most spectacular feature! As a wedding videographer, I wish every wedding I captured had a Victoria! Having someone like Victoria to go to with questions and check ins made the day run so much smoother than I’m used to! Victoria is the kind of person that is so on it as well and thinks of every little detail but is so creative and flexible in how she works to help and assist with whatever you need throughout the day. My husband and I were doing a very DIY wedding in a village hall, and wanted something different to the dozens of weddings we’ve been to recently. But without Victoria behind the scenes it would have been utter chaos. She and her assistant were powerhouses on the day - getting stuff done so efficiently and smoothly that sometimes I barely even noticed that they’d moved/changed or updated things! That’s a sign of a great on the day coordinator! Victoria was also a very calming person to tie in with in the run up as she was so organised and thorough. I am an obsessively organised person, so helping me on my wedding day could have been someone’s idea of a nightmare as I can be pretty inflexible in my ideas, but Victoria was so willing to just go with my flow, whilst also bringing great ideas and gently nudging us on things we might have otherwise forgotten that made the day go more smoothly. We hired Tor to help with our wedding in July and really cannot thank or recommend her enough. Our wedding was held at our family farm, and whilst this seemed like a great idea, we also had so many possibilities of things going wrong on the day. As soon as we had Tor’s input into the wedding, she gave us every bit of confidence that the day would run as beautifully as it did. From the week leading up to the wedding, all of our suppliers couldn’t believe how relaxed I was and this was definitely thanks to Tor. Tor was there at all hours to answer any questions, help me make decisions, and make suggestions that I definitely wouldn’t have thought of (without being annoying ha!). On the day of the wedding I was able to have such a lovely morning with the bridal party, and throughout the day knew everything was being taken care of which resulted in being able to actually enjoy our wedding day without any stress (which a lot of couples don’t get to do). Tor is such a lovely person and so easy to get on with, even if it wasn’t wedding chat we would still have a laugh.. we had so many comments from guests about how incredible our wedding was, how smooth the day went, and how fab Tor was behind the scenes. We have said from the start, hiring Tor was the best decision we made…we are also convinced she could plan a wedding on Mount Everest and it run smoothly. From our very first meeting we knew that Tor was the person to plan our wedding with us. She had the best personality, was easy to get on with and she was obviously very knowledgeable in her field which filled us both with confidence. Myself and Dave are very busy people, and got especially busy as we were planning our wedding. Tor was there day and night, no matter what time I messaged her with a query or idea she was on the ball so fast. Tor also recommended the best suppliers. One of them being Gemma from Rock and Wreath, our flowers were absolutely unreal and I felt confident giving Gemma complete freedom and creative license with her designs. I had an idea of maybe having a live sketch artist but after searching and searching I couldn’t find the right person. Tor absolutely pulled it out the bag and found the amazing little Beth Illustrations. We would have never had such special wedding favors if it wasn’t for Tor finding Beth. Tor also found the beautiful Bethan Steers for my hair, and the amazing Beth Kennet for our wedding videography! These two women were an absolute joy of energy to have around on the day, but every single person involved was. So I’m so grateful to Tor for finding all of these wonderful suppliers because they were truly out of this world, every single one of them. On the day of the wedding Tor was never not by my side, anything I needed she was there 100 percent and really had my back no matter how big or small, from making sure I had coffee when I was tired, to emergency steaming my wedding dress. Our daughter adores The Wizard of Oz, I mentioned this to Jess… well what an amazing evening we had. Jess is so creative, enthusiastic and committed. Bursting with ideas. We had Emerald City green balloons, broom sticks from the ceiling, hay bales with witches feet, a yellow brick road. Amazing !!!! Weeks later and friends and family are still talking about the room. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Great at communication. Jess is superb at what she does. She was there every step of the way to make sure I was happy with the requirements etc, covering every detail.
