We booked the venue for my brothers wedding. From the outset, Rabia and her family were so kind, helpful and accommodating. The hall itself is beautiful. On the day the staff worked extremely hard to make the day perfect. We would definitely recommend the venue and would not hesitate to book again in the future.

I had my henna party here (a segregated event in which I was able to rent the entirr place with the first floor for men and second for woman.) I have a lot of family and have been directly involved in many wedding/henna event organisations in different venues around Manchester, and this one was by far the best. The actual decor of the venue is stunning, as was the staging. Most importantly it was CLEAN, as if everything was brand new. Honestly, everything ran so smoothly, and the owner and his daughter Rabbia are very kind and professional. All my guests left very impressed. I genuinely can not recommend this enough!

Had my babies Aqiqah here at the Eminence and all I can say is it is an absolutely stunning venue!! The owners was amazing anything we needed they helped with everyone complemented how beautiful & clean the place was! We had a fantastic experience planning our event with Rabia and Amjad. Right from the start they were both open, patient and helped us throughout the process. The venue itself is stunning - open, bright and airy. Loved the attention to detail and easy communication all throughout the planning process and on the day. All my guests loved the event and the food. Perfect venue, perfect customer service. :)

From our very first meeting we knew that Tor was the person to plan our wedding with us. She had the best personality, was easy to get on with and she was obviously very knowledgeable in her field which filled us both with confidence. Myself and Dave are very busy people, and got especially busy as we were planning our wedding. Tor was there day and night, no matter what time I messaged her with a query or idea she was on the ball so fast. Tor also recommended the best suppliers. One of them being Gemma from Rock and Wreath, our flowers were absolutely unreal and I felt confident giving Gemma complete freedom and creative license with her designs. I had an idea of maybe having a live sketch artist but after searching and searching I couldn’t find the right person. Tor absolutely pulled it out the bag and found the amazing little Beth Illustrations. We would have never had such special wedding favors if it wasn’t for Tor finding Beth. Tor also found the beautiful Bethan Steers for my hair, and the amazing Beth Kennet for our wedding videography! These two women were an absolute joy of energy to have around on the day, but every single person involved was. So I’m so grateful to Tor for finding all of these wonderful suppliers because they were truly out of this world, every single one of them. On the day of the wedding Tor was never not by my side, anything I needed she was there 100 percent and really had my back no matter how big or small, from making sure I had coffee when I was tired, to emergency steaming my wedding dress. We hired Victoria for the wedding day management for our wedding, and I can't say enough positive words. Even from the start during our intro call, to coordinating with vendors, to the final day wedding celebration, she exceeded our expectations. I was hesitant to hire someone for the day of coordination because I am a planner myself, but Victoria checked every box and she allowed me to unplug and really enjoy the day with my family and friends. Highly recommend her because of her organization skills, professionalism, and how pleasant she was to work with!

My husband and I were doing a very DIY wedding in a village hall, and wanted something different to the dozens of weddings we’ve been to recently. But without Victoria behind the scenes it would have been utter chaos. She and her assistant were powerhouses on the day - getting stuff done so efficiently and smoothly that sometimes I barely even noticed that they’d moved/changed or updated things! That’s a sign of a great on the day coordinator! Victoria was also a very calming person to tie in with in the run up as she was so organised and thorough. I am an obsessively organised person, so helping me on my wedding day could have been someone’s idea of a nightmare as I can be pretty inflexible in my ideas, but Victoria was so willing to just go with my flow, whilst also bringing great ideas and gently nudging us on things we might have otherwise forgotten that made the day go more smoothly. We hired Tor to help with our wedding in July and really cannot thank or recommend her enough. Our wedding was held at our family farm, and whilst this seemed like a great idea, we also had so many possibilities of things going wrong on the day. As soon as we had Tor’s input into the wedding, she gave us every bit of confidence that the day would run as beautifully as it did. From the week leading up to the wedding, all of our suppliers couldn’t believe how relaxed I was and this was definitely thanks to Tor. Tor was there at all hours to answer any questions, help me make decisions, and make suggestions that I definitely wouldn’t have thought of (without being annoying ha!). On the day of the wedding I was able to have such a lovely morning with the bridal party, and throughout the day knew everything was being taken care of which resulted in being able to actually enjoy our wedding day without any stress (which a lot of couples don’t get to do). Tor is such a lovely person and so easy to get on with, even if it wasn’t wedding chat we would still have a laugh.. we had so many comments from guests about how incredible our wedding was, how smooth the day went, and how fab Tor was behind the scenes. We have said from the start, hiring Tor was the best decision we made…we are also convinced she could plan a wedding on Mount Everest and it run smoothly. I was in awe with the work done by Ornate deco & event planners. All I did was choose the colours & they did their magic! My guests were also blown away. The uniqueness of the deco was amazing. They are also professional & quick setting up. I will definitely be using this company in the future.

Just recently worked with event 4 at the NODA Awards in Manchester, knowing the crowd/event is a big thing and this company knew what music to play to keep the dancefloor full all night. The set up was great too with big light up letters and a sound system to fill the room. Highly recommended!

Kim & Nicole styled our wedding at Heaton House Farm in May this year. We first heard about them as a recommended supplier through our venue and soon learned they were the best people for what we wanted. We set up a meeting and away we went. Kole sent us a personalised quote which gave us the ability to pick and choose what we wanted to fit into our budget which was amazing. The girls were even able to make up a new seating plan for us the week before our wedding due to last minute guest changes! We had an fantastic day and our wedding decor was just what we wanted and how we had imagined it would be all thanks to Kim & Nicole!

Kole events dressed my wedding for me back in May last year and I can’t express enough what a godsend they were! Walking into the ceremony room for the first time on the day of the wedding I was absolutely blown away away! It looked magical. Kim and Nicole had transformed my vision into a reality even more so completely surpassing my expectations. Every little detail was perfection and it made me feel even more like a princess in a fairytale setting. Not only do these ladies have a fantastic eye for decor and design, but they worked tirelessly throughout the day transforming the room into the perfect ceremony, to the most stunning wedding breakfast setting and then again for the evening reception. Additionally, they were so easy to get on with. I cannot thank them or recommend them enough for making my venue look so exquisite. Worth every penny!

Fabulous from start to finish - from the first initial consultations to the end everything was perfect. Had many guests comment on how stunning the room was, and it was exactly what I wanted! A pink flowery wonderland! Kole are really responsive and happy to make changes if needed to ensure the day is perfect. we went for the real flowers and loved having the wedding flowers in our house for a few days afterwards

Kole really listened and understood the decor and detailing we wanted for our wedding. They were supportive from booking right through to the big day and were on hand to answer any questions we had. The service we received was first class and we couldn't recommend them enough. Still awaiting professional photos of the decor, but the blossom tree with personal hanging photos was a great addition.

Working with Amanda and the team is an absolute pleasure and also a lot of fun. When faced with turning our usual in-person event into a virtual event this year she was the first person we turned to. Amanda took care of everything, from choosing which platform to use and what entertainment would be best through to personally packing and mailing (and hand delivering) the best delegate boxes jampacked with goodies. Amanda truly went above and beyond for us and I could not have done it without her.

Came to work at regent hall with our dessert business and the staff were really nice! They helped us bring in our equipment to set up and gave us a parking space around the back of the building. We also got served food which was absolutely delicious! A must for everyone! Their vegetable samosas, specialty curries and sweet carrot dish with ice cream were a real treat! The catering and food were fantastic and amazing. The waitresses were very helpful and always at hand when needed. Very welcoming with delicious welcome drinks and canapés. Definitely worth every penny and would definitely recommend for any type of function!!

I recently attended a wedding at Excellency in Telford, a venue I’m quite familiar with after many events there. However, this time, the event was managed by A&S Events Management, and the difference in service was remarkable. From start to finish, the evening was flawlessly organised, and it truly elevated the entire experience.
