Dreams to Reality dressed the Festival Hall in the Albert Halls Bolton in April 2024 for a corporate awards ceremony event for my workplace. Both Hazel and Lucy were really easy to work with and ensured all of our needs were met. They met our brief and Lucy came up with a lot of creative ideas that made the venue stand out. They also offered to do a practice table set up a week before the event which was very helpful and allowed us to make changes early on, rather than making them last minute. Setting up on the day was met with ease and both were professional throughout.

The catering and food were fantastic and amazing. The waitresses were very helpful and always at hand when needed. Very welcoming with delicious welcome drinks and canapés. Definitely worth every penny and would definitely recommend for any type of function!!

Had 2 amazing events in this hall and both have been amazing. The whole experience was amazing and so easygoing. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and nothing is too much trouble for them. Food is out of this world and a lot of work went into making it amazing for both occasions and all our guests really enjoyed it Jzk for making everything special

Emma did a fantastic job! She met with us before the event, talked through all of the options and sent plans through with lots of time to spare. She did a fantastic job in transforming the space from a drab conference room into a wonderful catwalk and event space. I would definitely recommend Emma and wouldn't hesitate in using her again!

Emma and her team were great to work with. They understood our aesthetics and vision for the wedding, and worked with us to bring them to life. She accommodated our requests and researched alternatives where she didn’t have an item at hand to ensure we wouldn’t compromise on anything. Emma is lovely, was punctual and discreet on the day of the event, and really demonstrated a desire to provide great service level. Thoroughly recommended.

My husband and I were doing a very DIY wedding in a village hall, and wanted something different to the dozens of weddings we’ve been to recently. But without Victoria behind the scenes it would have been utter chaos. She and her assistant were powerhouses on the day - getting stuff done so efficiently and smoothly that sometimes I barely even noticed that they’d moved/changed or updated things! That’s a sign of a great on the day coordinator! Victoria was also a very calming person to tie in with in the run up as she was so organised and thorough. I am an obsessively organised person, so helping me on my wedding day could have been someone’s idea of a nightmare as I can be pretty inflexible in my ideas, but Victoria was so willing to just go with my flow, whilst also bringing great ideas and gently nudging us on things we might have otherwise forgotten that made the day go more smoothly. From our very first meeting we knew that Tor was the person to plan our wedding with us. She had the best personality, was easy to get on with and she was obviously very knowledgeable in her field which filled us both with confidence. Myself and Dave are very busy people, and got especially busy as we were planning our wedding. Tor was there day and night, no matter what time I messaged her with a query or idea she was on the ball so fast. Tor also recommended the best suppliers. One of them being Gemma from Rock and Wreath, our flowers were absolutely unreal and I felt confident giving Gemma complete freedom and creative license with her designs. I had an idea of maybe having a live sketch artist but after searching and searching I couldn’t find the right person. Tor absolutely pulled it out the bag and found the amazing little Beth Illustrations. We would have never had such special wedding favors if it wasn’t for Tor finding Beth. Tor also found the beautiful Bethan Steers for my hair, and the amazing Beth Kennet for our wedding videography! These two women were an absolute joy of energy to have around on the day, but every single person involved was. So I’m so grateful to Tor for finding all of these wonderful suppliers because they were truly out of this world, every single one of them. On the day of the wedding Tor was never not by my side, anything I needed she was there 100 percent and really had my back no matter how big or small, from making sure I had coffee when I was tired, to emergency steaming my wedding dress. As a wedding videographer, I wish every wedding I captured had a Victoria! Having someone like Victoria to go to with questions and check ins made the day run so much smoother than I’m used to! Victoria is the kind of person that is so on it as well and thinks of every little detail but is so creative and flexible in how she works to help and assist with whatever you need throughout the day. Not just for the couple but for the suppliers too! I would urge people to hire her and highly recommend Victoria as the lovely person she is and for the great services she offers!

We hired Victoria for the wedding day management for our wedding, and I can't say enough positive words. Even from the start during our intro call, to coordinating with vendors, to the final day wedding celebration, she exceeded our expectations. I was hesitant to hire someone for the day of coordination because I am a planner myself, but Victoria checked every box and she allowed me to unplug and really enjoy the day with my family and friends. I have booked Matt as events4 a few times now for personal family events and he has always gone that extra mile to make it the perfect personal event . Every last detail in place. But I have also seen and been part when he has done larger corporate events again showing the professional comments to ensure the smooth running and all the details to show off the talents the organisation that is Events4 Would recommend Matt for all types of events either family wedding/ parties or large corporate events Worth every penny . My family booked events4 for my hen party and matt was amazing I had one of the best nights ever. Music was good had a little bit for everybody and he has always got a smile on his face. Definitely will be booking again in the future for other events. Highly recommend.

Just recently worked with event 4 at the NODA Awards in Manchester, knowing the crowd/event is a big thing and this company knew what music to play to keep the dancefloor full all night. The set up was great too with big light up letters and a sound system to fill the room. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic experience planning our event with Rabia and Amjad. Right from the start they were both open, patient and helped us throughout the process. The venue itself is stunning - open, bright and airy. Loved the attention to detail and easy communication all throughout the planning process and on the day. All my guests loved the event and the food. Perfect venue, perfect customer service. :)

I had my henna party here (a segregated event in which I was able to rent the entirr place with the first floor for men and second for woman.) I have a lot of family and have been directly involved in many wedding/henna event organisations in different venues around Manchester, and this one was by far the best. The actual decor of the venue is stunning, as was the staging. Most importantly it was CLEAN, as if everything was brand new. Honestly, everything ran so smoothly, and the owner and his daughter Rabbia are very kind and professional. All my guests left very impressed. I genuinely can not recommend this enough!

Exceed events hosted and "DJ'd" at our wedding this year. We were unsure about having a host for our wedding initially, but now we realise what a great decision it was! Paul Roberts is a genuinely a brilliant guy and was available at a moment's notice, both in the lead up and during the wedding day itself. We can't speak highly enough of him and the team at Exceed. He created a brilliant atmosphere at the wedding and was able to tailor the service he delivered to a very diverse audience, including catering to a wide variety of music choices and a multicultural crowd. He managed to hit the perfect balance. I didn't realise the level of detail a wedding host/ DJ could go into, but Paul had thought about everything and was excellent at alleviating any concerns we had and took a huge amount of pressure off us in our planning. On a bit more of a personal level, I (the groom) was very nervous about giving a speech at the wedding, but Paul gave me some tips in the build up and then even dropped me a text on the day afterwards to say I'd done a good job. Exceed were able to provide a 'portal' where we could choose songs for our wedding/ party which was a nice touch and gave Paul a flavour of what we wanted at our wedding. Thank you so much Paul and the team at Exceed. You made a huge contribution to our special day and we will forever be grateful! Would definitely recommend and use again for any future events.

Used Exceed for our ‘Club Tropicana’ works party and have to say they truly delivered. From the first meeting with Chris to discuss the event and his recommendations to the actual evening was without issue. We had a superb DJ (Laura), who kept the party going all night, light up letters and up lighters which really set the tone, and the icing on the cake was Ben the percussionist who really added that extra layer. A brilliant night was had by all and I can’t recommended Chris and the team enough.

Kim and Nicole styled our wedding at Bashall Barn and they are just a dream team. I can't put in to words how grateful I am to them for making the vision I had in my head come to life. From the initial consultation through to the wedding day they took all the stress out of having to plan the decor and flowers. I was recommended Kole by my friend, as I had seen how beautifully they had styled her venue the year before. I am so glad I booked them! Kim & Nicole styled our wedding at Heaton House Farm in May this year. We first heard about them as a recommended supplier through our venue and soon learned they were the best people for what we wanted. We set up a meeting and away we went. Kole sent us a personalised quote which gave us the ability to pick and choose what we wanted to fit into our budget which was amazing. The girls were even able to make up a new seating plan for us the week before our wedding due to last minute guest changes! We had an fantastic day and our wedding decor was just what we wanted and how we had imagined it would be all thanks to Kim & Nicole!

Kole events dressed my wedding for me back in May last year and I can’t express enough what a godsend they were! Walking into the ceremony room for the first time on the day of the wedding I was absolutely blown away away! It looked magical. Kim and Nicole had transformed my vision into a reality even more so completely surpassing my expectations. Every little detail was perfection and it made me feel even more like a princess in a fairytale setting. Not only do these ladies have a fantastic eye for decor and design, but they worked tirelessly throughout the day transforming the room into the perfect ceremony, to the most stunning wedding breakfast setting and then again for the evening reception. Additionally, they were so easy to get on with. I cannot thank them or recommend them enough for making my venue look so exquisite. Worth every penny!

Kole really listened and understood the decor and detailing we wanted for our wedding. They were supportive from booking right through to the big day and were on hand to answer any questions we had. The service we received was first class and we couldn't recommend them enough. Still awaiting professional photos of the decor, but the blossom tree with personal hanging photos was a great addition.
