As a wedding videographer, I wish every wedding I captured had a Victoria! Having someone like Victoria to go to with questions and check ins made the day run so much smoother than I’m used to! Victoria is the kind of person that is so on it as well and thinks of every little detail but is so creative and flexible in how she works to help and assist with whatever you need throughout the day. Not just for the couple but for the suppliers too! I would urge people to hire her and highly recommend Victoria as the lovely person she is and for the great services she offers!

My husband and I were doing a very DIY wedding in a village hall, and wanted something different to the dozens of weddings we’ve been to recently. But without Victoria behind the scenes it would have been utter chaos. She and her assistant were powerhouses on the day - getting stuff done so efficiently and smoothly that sometimes I barely even noticed that they’d moved/changed or updated things! That’s a sign of a great on the day coordinator! Victoria was also a very calming person to tie in with in the run up as she was so organised and thorough. I am an obsessively organised person, so helping me on my wedding day could have been someone’s idea of a nightmare as I can be pretty inflexible in my ideas, but Victoria was so willing to just go with my flow, whilst also bringing great ideas and gently nudging us on things we might have otherwise forgotten that made the day go more smoothly. We hired Tor to help with our wedding in July and really cannot thank or recommend her enough. Our wedding was held at our family farm, and whilst this seemed like a great idea, we also had so many possibilities of things going wrong on the day. As soon as we had Tor’s input into the wedding, she gave us every bit of confidence that the day would run as beautifully as it did. From the week leading up to the wedding, all of our suppliers couldn’t believe how relaxed I was and this was definitely thanks to Tor. Tor was there at all hours to answer any questions, help me make decisions, and make suggestions that I definitely wouldn’t have thought of (without being annoying ha!). On the day of the wedding I was able to have such a lovely morning with the bridal party, and throughout the day knew everything was being taken care of which resulted in being able to actually enjoy our wedding day without any stress (which a lot of couples don’t get to do). Tor is such a lovely person and so easy to get on with, even if it wasn’t wedding chat we would still have a laugh.. we had so many comments from guests about how incredible our wedding was, how smooth the day went, and how fab Tor was behind the scenes. We have said from the start, hiring Tor was the best decision we made…we are also convinced she could plan a wedding on Mount Everest and it run smoothly. We hired Victoria for the wedding day management for our wedding, and I can't say enough positive words. Even from the start during our intro call, to coordinating with vendors, to the final day wedding celebration, she exceeded our expectations. I was hesitant to hire someone for the day of coordination because I am a planner myself, but Victoria checked every box and she allowed me to unplug and really enjoy the day with my family and friends. Highly recommend her because of her organization skills, professionalism, and how pleasant she was to work with!

Hiring Charlotte Elise Wedding & Events was the best decision we made when planning our wedding. Charlotte helped with the sourcing and booking of suppliers and it was amazing to have access to her knowledge. Once booked she handled the venue and all suppliers brilliantly taking all the stresses of us. On the run up to our wedding day she ensured they all knew timings and answered any questions, she also made sure we hadn’t forgotten anything (even ordering some items for us!) On our wedding day Charlotte coordinated everyone (caterers, band, production etc) and helped with the setting up. Knowing Charlotte was there meant that we didn't have to worry once and looking back it was essential in helping us enjoy our wedding day. Afterwards many of our guests commented on how well the day flowed and it was great to hear what an amazing time our friends and family had. Our wedding was planned throughout covid as we got engaged the day before the national lockdown so we knew wedding planning wasn’t going to be straight forward in the early stages with all of the restrictions! We met with Charlotte who supported us through the wedding planning process, she arranged venue viewings and gave recommendations for reliable suppliers and made contact with them on our behalf (and they were all absolutely brilliant!!!). As well as offering her advice when it came to venue decoration and flowers - something we had no idea about and really appreciated the guidance . Charlotte co-ordinated the running order of the day and communicated amongst suppliers. On the day, it ran so smoothly, Charlotte worked in the background to ensure everything was in order so we didn’t need to worry about anything. In the lead up, people would tell us that wedding planning is extremely stressful, however we didn’t feel any of that and we’re so relaxed, thanks to Charlotte!

Rebecca was brilliant from start to finish with the dressing of our room at the last drop village for out wedding. The room looked fantastic and guests commented on how fabulous the room looked. I would highly recommend Rebecca she made this part of the wedding planning very easy and is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and creative.

Excellent service from start to finish for my daughters wedding .Rebecca facilitated everything from the save the date cards to the invites , orders of service and flowers for both the church and the venue . Many lovely comments received about the table centrepieces etc and how the flowers matched the bridesmaid dresses beautifully ( all matched to a small piece of material due to location) .
