R and R completed a boiler diagnostic and boiler fix today on short notice after I was let down by my home emergency cover. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him and rating him the full 5 stars. He diagnosed the problem quickly, had the replacement part in stock and had my boiler up and running again in 15 minutes (the issue was blown fuse board), I was very impressed and have no hesitation in recommending him, well deserved 5 stars, thank you again.

Have used P&D for the odd jobs over the years and finally decided to renovate our bathroom after a leak. Friendly, honest and professional from the beginning, reasonably priced and other than a few setbacks and snags here and there (which were easily and quickly remedied) the job itself did not take that long. Did both my houses to a high standard finish, both the bathrooms and boilers, The boilers came with a unbelievable warranty!! The prices were very reasonable and both houses were always left clean Jonathon was always on the end of the phone when i needed advice or help with anything even after the job was done.. brilliant all round service and the lads were great to chat to, I will definitely be using again and recommending to everyone i know who needs a decent reliable plumber 10/10

A very professional and reliable company. Ryan, Scott and Theo have just replaced my 87 year old Mum's boiler. They were so kind and considerate to my Mum as not easy coping with such upheaval at that age. Such clean workers, wearing overshoes when inside and covering carpets and hard flooring. Ryan spent time explaining to my Mum how the new boiler and control pad worked and told us to phone him if she needed him to explain further. The ladies in the office are always very helpful and keep us informed of timescales. My family would not use any other plumbers other than Martindales. Brilliant service from a wonderful team of people. Can't thank and praise them enough.

I would highly recommend Joe from JC plumbing. We had a problem with an overflowing toilet, he came round, identified the issue, ordered the part, came back fitted it, job sorted. He also went to my aunties house as she had a problem with her toilet not flushing. He went to suppliers got a new unit and fitted within the hour. Fantastic to find someone who can repair things. Our boiler broke down over a weekend. An engineer came to look at it and estimated that it was uneconomical to repair and recommended that we consider a replacement. I filled out an online form on the Worcester website and was contacted within 30mins by Lacey Plumbing & Heating. A survey was conducted the following morning to ascertain what was required and a quote for an equivalent modern replacement was sent over a couple of hours later. We were happy with the quote but obviously needed the work to be done ASAP as we had no heating or hot water in DECEMBER! I relayed this to their office and they managed to get the whole job completed within 24hrs. The engineer was extremely good. Not only was the job completed impeccably but the whole area was left spotless, our online controls were reinstated and a full handover and explanations of instructions was carried out before he left. Highly recommended!!

Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved. It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.

I have been consistently very happy working with this excellent firm over many years but particularly pleased with Jack Fox today. He had never installed an Inspire Automation Landlord Wireless App Thermostat before and clearly used his expertise with similar systems, many more complicated than Inspire, to efficiently install and commission the product with just one hours Labour time. I can now control my heating and hot water usage from anywhere in the world for my short term guest bookings with a simple boost button for them to use for comfort if still in the property during working hours / weekends!
