A very professional and reliable company. Ryan, Scott and Theo have just replaced my 87 year old Mum's boiler. They were so kind and considerate to my Mum as not easy coping with such upheaval at that age. Such clean workers, wearing overshoes when inside and covering carpets and hard flooring. Ryan spent time explaining to my Mum how the new boiler and control pad worked and told us to phone him if she needed him to explain further. The ladies in the office are always very helpful and keep us informed of timescales. My family would not use any other plumbers other than Martindales. Brilliant service from a wonderful team of people. Can't thank and praise them enough.

I would highly recommend Joe from JC plumbing. We had a problem with an overflowing toilet, he came round, identified the issue, ordered the part, came back fitted it, job sorted. He also went to my aunties house as she had a problem with her toilet not flushing. He went to suppliers got a new unit and fitted within the hour. Fantastic to find someone who can repair things. If you are looking for a competent no-nonsense Gas engineer. Look no further. Dean did such a fantastic Job with our heating and hot water system. They are very professional but also flexible to accommodate changes required during the Job. A combination that can be hard to get. Plus the price is very competitive. We changed the hot water cylinder and a Potterton boiler of 22 years. Doing these required quite a bit of plumbing overhaul. We are very happy with the Job done. We cannot recommend him enough.

Dean was brilliant, I contacted him in the morning when he had a busy day and he managed to fit me in that evening. I had tried to do some diy myself and removes some radiators resulting in crimping a copper pipe and putting a hairline fracture in an L bend pipe. Dean was professional in his approach and knew how to fix both problems swiftly. I personally couldn’t recommend him enough. I now know who to contact if I have plumbing issues.

I had Zakir, come to my house to inspect an intermittent loud rattling noise in my central heating system. He diagnosed and resolved the issue by changing the radiator valve and now there's no more noise when the heating is on. Zakir is genuinely a person of great character and professionalism. I highly recommend him for anyone in need of plumbing services. His work is top-notch, and he truly cares about delivering excellent service.

I am very glad that I contacted Zak after doing a Google search and told him we have boiler leaking but not losing pressure. He came next day and found the leak from heat exchanger and said he can change the seals which he did next day. Leak is fixed now and price was reasonable considering he doesn't charge for call out. Outstanding service, contacted Tuesday night with a condemned boiler Serdar and Simon were here Wednesday morning fitting a new boiler as we had no heating and hot water. They fitted a new boiler and did a power flush with certificates and warranties. They have to be the cleanest and most polite tradesmen ever, they left the house spotless like they they were never there. Can't recommend enough thanks for the service.
