I have been consistently very happy working with this excellent firm over many years but particularly pleased with Jack Fox today. He had never installed an Inspire Automation Landlord Wireless App Thermostat before and clearly used his expertise with similar systems, many more complicated than Inspire, to efficiently install and commission the product with just one hours Labour time. I can now control my heating and hot water usage from anywhere in the world for my short term guest bookings with a simple boost button for them to use for comfort if still in the property during working hours / weekends!

After finding an overnight leak from our hot water tank we did need help pretty quickly I rang M&R Plumbing & Heating Ltd and they said they had someone in the area and would get him to call. Michael duly arrived, he managed to drain the system for us and was able to leave with our water supply and central heating working while a new tank was ordered. This was fitted by Jake and his assistant who did a really professional and thorough job leaving everything neat and tidy. We also found the office staff were very friendly and helpful. We can't recommend this company enough and would certainly use them for any other jobs.

We choose M&R Plumbing and Heating to fit our new boiler because we wanted a local company that we could deal with face to face and have confidence that the advice prior to fitting and the finished job would suit what we required. Also that the installation would be completed on time and to an excellent standard and post fitting any questions or concerns we had would be dealt with effectively, all within a competitive price. That is exactly what we received. All the way through the home visit to advise on what system we needed through to the completed installation it could not have gone smoother. M&R kept us updated at every stage of the boiler fitting and system reinstatement, effectively managed a few questions and post fitting queries we had and were very professional at all times. Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved. It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.

They helped me through the whole process and helped me choose the right package for me and my home.I had a few quotes for boilers and Laceys were the cheapest by a few hundred and the customer service just made it clear that they had to fit my boiler. Our boiler broke down over a weekend. An engineer came to look at it and estimated that it was uneconomical to repair and recommended that we consider a replacement. I filled out an online form on the Worcester website and was contacted within 30mins by Lacey Plumbing & Heating. A survey was conducted the following morning to ascertain what was required and a quote for an equivalent modern replacement was sent over a couple of hours later. We were happy with the quote but obviously needed the work to be done ASAP as we had no heating or hot water in DECEMBER! I relayed this to their office and they managed to get the whole job completed within 24hrs. The engineer was extremely good. Not only was the job completed impeccably but the whole area was left spotless, our online controls were reinstated and a full handover and explanations of instructions was carried out before he left. Highly recommended!!

I had my boiler serviced and I had a really Good experience. John was polite, professional and explained everything he was doing. We’ve just had our annual service from Martindales. The engineer arrived when they said he would. He put on over shoes to enter our home, he was very polite and worked professionally and tidily. After he had finished there was no mess and thankfully no issues!

From start to end I cannot fault Martindale plumbing and their staff. The quote was straight forward very clear and professional.
