I can't recommend Joe from Manchester enough! From the moment I contacted Zodiac, the customer service was top-notch. They were prompt in responding to my inquiry and scheduled an appointment that fit my busy schedule. When the plumber arrived, he was not only on time but also incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for an excellent plumber. He came as fast as he could in an emergency situation and managed to fix our leaking pipe despite the challenges. He went above and beyond to help us out and provided assistance in contacting our water provider to turn the main water source off. Even though they were not able to do it due to some damaged and old parts that need replacing. He was still able to efficiently complete his repairs in our bathroom and get our water up and running.

Joe came out to us when another plumber let us down. He was quick, reasonably priced and has done an excellent job! Highly recommend using his services, we will definitely use him again in future!

Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved. It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.

I’ve used Lee’s company a couple of times and their speed of response, quality of work and clarity of communication were all excellent. I have no hesitation in highly recommending LW to anyone.

LW Plumbing quoted for and undertook a complete renewal of our central heating and hot water system. It was a much larger job than had been indicated by other suppliers we contacted but, as they only quoted after a phone conversation we decided to proceed with a local company. The work was started promptly, every member of the large team was knowledgable, professional and friendly and worked hard. In the interests of a balanced review I would I highlight three issues: (i) Lee failed to note that one of our showers had to be replaced in order to work with the new system. The cost of the replacement was however discounted. (ii) Holes made in the plaster ceiling of a cupboard through which pipework was routed were not made good and the plaster not tidied up from the cupboard. (iii) Air continues to collect in the 'sealed' system and the pressure needs to be topped up. A follow up visit to look at this failed to resolve the issue. Hopefully it will be reviewed again and resolved during the annual maintenance visit. With the exception of the above we were generally very happy with the work and the new system is a marked improvement on what we had. It's nice to be able to use a local company and we would certainly recommend them.

I use this company every time I have a plumbing issue and not only do I get a quick response but all the engineers are polite and efficient. Came home to a broken boiler and minus temperatures. Messaged Lee at 9pm on a Friday night and everything was fixed by 9am the next day. 100% recommend. 👍🏻

I had an issue with my boiler not igniting. I phoned this company. He talked me through the fault and he established the problem. All sorted within a few minutes. He could have come out and charged me for his time but he didn't. Very professional and very honest. I would have no hesitation on using their services again.

Mike and his team did a great job fitting a brand new boiler in our house. Communication was great and the team were all super professional. I could tell he was very experienced by the direction and information he was giving to his team. Mike made sure all the TRVs were in the best location, the wooden box panels surrounding the boiler were cut in the most aesthetic way, and ensured that I had full understanding of the controls and boiler app before they left. Very efficient, quality workmanship and £700 cheaper than those clowns at British Gas. I would definitely recommend, and shall certainly be contacting them for any future plumbing issues.

Communication throughout the whole process is always clear and consice; from providing an accurate arrival time, to answering questions whilst on site, and clearly detailing what work is being carried out. Workspace is always left clean and tidy and a post work summary provided. It's really refreshing to deal with genuinely good trade people like Mike and his team!

Excellent service from Mike and his team. Quality work easily arranged from having a new boiler fitted to getting an annual service arranged and completed. Mike will always tell you how it is and run through all the options, not just try and flog you the work that costs the most. My old boiler had died a death and I had it in my head that I wanted the new boiler relocating from the loft to the bathroom which I thought would be better for us. Russell explained all of my options and the pros and cons of each without pushing me into one decision or another. I opted to keep the location of the boiler in the loft as the information he gave made sense and this is why we should leave it to the pros. Russell got on with the job. Paul fitted our new boiler recently and was absolutely excellent. Great communication throughout. Very neat install, quick as well so caused minimal disruption in a busy house. Left a tidy site after and disposed of all waste. Shown us through the new boiler and heating control settings before leaving and arranged warranty/gas safe certificate/building control for us. Will always use Royal for plumbing needs now, including regular boiler services going forward to keep the warranty valid on our brand new boiler.

If I could give 20 stars, I would! Our boiler broke down on Friday evening, with temperatures outside hovering around 0 degrees. I reached out to Paul on Saturday, and by noon on Monday, we had a brand-new boiler up and running. The team did an incredibly neat and professional job. I highly recommend their services!
