Fantastic work as usual. I’ve had a new 6’ cast iron radiator put in today. Matt recommended one that would look good and easily heat the room. Lovely job! He knew it would look great even when I wasn’t sure; but I trusted him implicitly. He really knows his trade, works hard and is polite and friendly. Have had many jobs done previously, new boiler, plinth heaters and gas fire fixed etc. always reliable and trustworthy. Absolutely recommend A&M plumbing.

Great service and good communication. Aaron told be the price for the call-out when I booked and explained what it was for. He rang me again to tell me he was on his way. He soon identified were the leak was and was fixed all within the hour. Very polite and tidy, So happy, and we’ll definitely use him again as I have another job lined up. Initially contacted this company on recommendation from a friend and couldn't be more pleased with the service and standard of work - replacing 5 radiators and servicing the boiler. Dealt with the owner, Aaron, who was so helpful - arrived when he said he would, quoted and booked the work in swiftly when I gave him the job. Price brilliant too! LW Plumbing quoted for and undertook a complete renewal of our central heating and hot water system. It was a much larger job than had been indicated by other suppliers we contacted but, as they only quoted after a phone conversation we decided to proceed with a local company. The work was started promptly, every member of the large team was knowledgable, professional and friendly and worked hard. In the interests of a balanced review I would I highlight three issues: (i) Lee failed to note that one of our showers had to be replaced in order to work with the new system. The cost of the replacement was however discounted. (ii) Holes made in the plaster ceiling of a cupboard through which pipework was routed were not made good and the plaster not tidied up from the cupboard. (iii) Air continues to collect in the 'sealed' system and the pressure needs to be topped up. A follow up visit to look at this failed to resolve the issue. Hopefully it will be reviewed again and resolved during the annual maintenance visit. With the exception of the above we were generally very happy with the work and the new system is a marked improvement on what we had. It's nice to be able to use a local company and we would certainly recommend them.

Very impressed by the extremely high standard of Paul’s work and for his complete honesty ! We had already agreed a price for a new boiler replacement by telephone but on inspecting the offending leaking boiler on the morning after my initial call Paul declared that the fault could be repaired for a fraction of the cost. If I could give 20 stars, I would! Our boiler broke down on Friday evening, with temperatures outside hovering around 0 degrees. I reached out to Paul on Saturday, and by noon on Monday, we had a brand-new boiler up and running. The team did an incredibly neat and professional job. I highly recommend their services!

Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved. It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.

Our boiler broke down over a weekend. An engineer came to look at it and estimated that it was uneconomical to repair and recommended that we consider a replacement. I filled out an online form on the Worcester website and was contacted within 30mins by Lacey Plumbing & Heating. A survey was conducted the following morning to ascertain what was required and a quote for an equivalent modern replacement was sent over a couple of hours later. We were happy with the quote but obviously needed the work to be done ASAP as we had no heating or hot water in DECEMBER! I relayed this to their office and they managed to get the whole job completed within 24hrs. The engineer was extremely good. Not only was the job completed impeccably but the whole area was left spotless, our online controls were reinstated and a full handover and explanations of instructions was carried out before he left. Highly recommended!!

I'm more than happy with the service I got. My old boiler had died a death and I had it in my head that I wanted the new boiler relocating from the loft to the bathroom which I thought would be better for us. Russell explained all of my options and the pros and cons of each without pushing me into one decision or another. I opted to keep the location of the boiler in the loft as the information he gave made sense and this is why we should leave it to the pros. Russell got on with the job. Very friendly, Very efficient, he cleaned up after himself and finished the job in good time. I have zero to complain about and I'm really happy with the new boiler and its warranty period. I'm all signed up to the service subscription so I'll never forget my service. All in all, I'm very happy 😊
