Jonny and his team have carried out a number of jobs for us now, including a boiler replacement at home and repairs/servicing on our rental property. He goes above and beyond to make sure problems are resolved. The communication is excellent, they turn up on time, and are clean an tidy. I'd definitely recommend JB Plumbing and heating, and so glad we've found a reliable company to use going forward.

First had Johnny last year to service my boiler, he also serviced my gas fire, he is very good, he told me about my roof when he checked my chimney and he was right, he has also fixed my toilet, and my shower, and then I had a fault with my boiler and he fixed that to. He is polite and friendly and doesn't leave a mess, and his costs are reasonable, so if you need a plumber who knows what he's doing give him a call.

Just had our new boiler fitted by Jonny and the team. They have done a fantastic job, really professional with spot on communication and excellent craftsmanship. 5 stars from us and we would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Great job from start to finish! Sam and his team are absolute perfectionists and I would trust them with any job in my house. They are reliable and complete every job to a very high standard. One thing that really stood out to me is the communication from Sam. We had a downstairs renovation and he kept me in the loop at every stage, which is difficult to come by these days. Will definitely be using PH contractors again in the future, and would recommend them to anyone.

Our boiler broke down over a weekend. An engineer came to look at it and estimated that it was uneconomical to repair and recommended that we consider a replacement. I filled out an online form on the Worcester website and was contacted within 30mins by Lacey Plumbing & Heating. A survey was conducted the following morning to ascertain what was required and a quote for an equivalent modern replacement was sent over a couple of hours later. We were happy with the quote but obviously needed the work to be done ASAP as we had no heating or hot water in DECEMBER! I relayed this to their office and they managed to get the whole job completed within 24hrs. The engineer was extremely good. Not only was the job completed impeccably but the whole area was left spotless, our online controls were reinstated and a full handover and explanations of instructions was carried out before he left. Highly recommended!!

Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved. It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.

C Nixon Plumbing & Heating Ltd did a full boiler, gas line and flu installation for us recently. He also does our annual servicing and other bits of plumbing work as required. February 2025 Aqua Tech are truly outstanding. Can 100% recommend Danny and his team as this is the 4th time I have been fortunate to benefit from their exceptional workmanship. Ripped out the standard basic bathroom and replaced it with a luxurious, classy & stylish wet room. The guys are all hard working, tidy and extremely professional. Not to favour anybody in particular because they all work equally hard but I must commend Phil the Tiler for his amazing job, he conferred with myself throughout the whole process and we exchanged opinions and decided together on the best options to create this remarkable bathroom.
