Amazing! Friendly,fast and professional service from Gascon Ltd. Gaz did a great job replacing my old boiler, the pump and even did a full system flush. Brilliant service, cant recommend enough, sorted long standing issues with the boiler which my boiler cover engineers weren't interested in and fixed two new radiators which the man who installed them couldn't fix. Absolutely amazing gentleman. Mum called Joe early evening and he came out the following morning. Was supposed to be just a quick leak under the sink, and it turned out to be a couple of hours work. He was wonderfully patient and understanding and did just an outstanding job. Also, he was very reasonable as well. Definitely recommend to everyone.

Joe came same day (within a few hours) to fix a leak to my toilets waste pipe. He got straight to work and replaced an aspect to my waste pipe. He was super professional and didn’t mind a chat whilst doing it. Very down to earth and honest person. The price was very reasonable and my issue was fixed quickly. He tided up everything at the end you would never tell there ever was a leak! I’ve already recommended him to family because it’s so hard to find a decent plumber who won’t charge you the earth and has a quick response time. We’ve just had our annual service from Martindales. The engineer arrived when they said he would. He put on over shoes to enter our home, he was very polite and worked professionally and tidily. After he had finished there was no mess and thankfully no issues!

Was having an issue with my washing machine drainage, the plumber came out and checked it and was friendly, had a look at the pipes at the back and discovered technically there wasn't an issue with the washing machine, or only issue could be the pump if connected right and so didn't charge for service but gave me some advice regarding fixing a separate issue. Would happily recommend them, knowledgeable and completely reasonable, if I have any issues I'll absolutely be calling here first

Dean was brilliant, I contacted him in the morning when he had a busy day and he managed to fit me in that evening. I had tried to do some diy myself and removes some radiators resulting in crimping a copper pipe and putting a hairline fracture in an L bend pipe. Dean was professional in his approach and knew how to fix both problems swiftly. I personally couldn’t recommend him enough. I now know who to contact if I have plumbing issues.

If you are looking for a competent no-nonsense Gas engineer. Look no further. Dean did such a fantastic Job with our heating and hot water system. They are very professional but also flexible to accommodate changes required during the Job. A combination that can be hard to get. Plus the price is very competitive. We changed the hot water cylinder and a Potterton boiler of 22 years. Doing these required quite a bit of plumbing overhaul. We are very happy with the Job done. We cannot recommend him enough.

Needed help repairing an old mixer tap. Needed a washer for the neck and replacement tap headgear. The parts were hard to find. “Stop tap and switch” was recommended by Plumbase as unfortunately they didn’t have the parts. Very nice bloke at “stop tap and switch” had the neck washer available and owing to the fact the tap headgear was no longer available to buy he took apart, repaired, greased up the internals and put a new washer on the tap headgear. He was informative throughout and gave me tips on reassembly, it’s all back together and working perfectly for the total price of 50 pence. Ace finding people who know their stuff. I’ll deffo be back.

Amazing service. Called Mark with a emergency job around 9am and he was at my house less than 90 minutes later after doing another job and even gave an accurate ETA. Was efficient and clear as he was doing the fix. Let us know exactly what he was doing and why which was very helpful. Also a genuinely nice guy, wore shoe protectors without even asking and was very polite and friendly. Price was extremely reasonable especially considering it was an emergency weekend call and we had parts replaced.
