Niall the engineer arrived on time and was able to solve the problem whilst keeping me informed .He found the source of the problem which no other engineer or United Utilities had found over many visits so very appreciative of this All the staff at DHC Utilities are very efficient, helpful and show an unusually high level of customer service

Had a new gully and rest bend installed ready to move my soil stack outside. Ray and his team were here quick and did a brilliant job, and turned up exactly on time and they’re all nice lads. The work required taking up my concrete pressed drive, but they patched it back up and you can’t tell any work was done. We had a small problem with the way the concrete dried which wasn’t their fault, and they were back straight away to fix it. Can’t fault them, would use again for sure.

Extremely prompt in replying to my enquiry. The 2 guys were friendly and so helpful. The drain was unblocked in no time leaving the property clean and tidy. Very please with the service and the cost was very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Well where to start, having missed my initial phone call I received a call back to my mobile from Waterworks. Great service in itself. I was spoken to in a polite, understanding manner so I drove to the shop to enquire about the spare part I needed. Once there the service was again First Class. Dealt with my enquiry in a polite, professional way, no jargon, no rip off, just great customer service. 10 out of 10 from me and I have worked in customer service all my working life. Great shop and fantastic service. I've has a few plumbing issues recently and visited the shop twice. Got the parts I needed at a very reasonable price and received good advice and spare parts instead of having to buy a new unit. I would highly recommend this place for the great service but also good pricing.

Great service and help from Adrian and his colleague (sorry didnt catch your name) in helping me with various fittings and options while trying to add a small radiator and update another two. The ins and outs of plumbing fittings - so many choices, anyway the push-fit stuff seems to work, hope that doesn't jinx me and I get a leak :)

Highly Recommended! Having been let down by two heating engineers and with no hot water for nearly 3 weeks, Dan was the third engineer to look at our boiler – one engineer thought it was one thing but wasn’t sure, the next diagnosed another part but then decided it wasn’t that and didn’t return. Dan came out the following day, spent time methodically working out what the problem was and unprompted diagnosed one event had caused two parts to fail (both parts the previous engineers had diagnosed between them) and explained why. Dan re-assured me that the labour wasn’t going to be too much as both parts were relatively quick to replace, it was just going to be the parts that would be the bulk of the bill. Dan duly ordered the parts and came back two days later, the day the parts arrived at the supplier and fitted both. Result – everything worked (and still works months later)! Thanks Dan!
