Ged fitted my kitchen sink and gas hob, would recommend him to anyone - top man, really friendly and answered any questions i had, proper professional service. He even connected the electrics to ensure my hob was working before he finished.

Ged did a fantastic job on the plumbing in my new kitchen, fitting new radiators, moving pipes for relocating sink, adding outside hot tap and fitting gas hob. He was very thoughtful in everything he did. Very clean and tidy and just such a lovely person to deal with. Never used such an excellent tradesman before and will always be my go to person for my gas boiler and heating. Just had boiler serviced and have nothing but praise. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from Mike and his team. Quality work easily arranged from having a new boiler fitted to getting an annual service arranged and completed. Mike will always tell you how it is and run through all the options, not just try and flog you the work that costs the most. A highly reputable company who you can trust to look out for the customers interests. Annual reminders for boiler service as well which are very useful so it’s one less thing to keep track of!!!

Mike and his team did a great job fitting a brand new boiler in our house. Communication was great and the team were all super professional. I could tell he was very experienced by the direction and information he was giving to his team. Mike made sure all the TRVs were in the best location, the wooden box panels surrounding the boiler were cut in the most aesthetic way, and ensured that I had full understanding of the controls and boiler app before they left. Very efficient, quality workmanship and £700 cheaper than those clowns at British Gas. I would definitely recommend, and shall certainly be contacting them for any future plumbing issues.

First class job from Mike and his team, I would not hesitate to recommend them. We were looking to change a 25 year old boiler to a more efficient model. I had quotes from a few companies and whilst Mike's was competitive, price alone was not the reason for choosing him to complete the work. Mike initially came out and talked me through the various options in detail, his knowledge of the latest models on the market was obvious, as was the professional way he came across - unlike one of the other companies I got to quote. Mike is involved in the installation personally, his hands on approach gives you confidence in the answers to any questions you raise - rather than sending a 'salesman' who are unable to answer all your queries truthfully. On installation day, Mike and his team of 3 others arrived nice and early. There was a fair amount of work involved, altering pipework, removing hot water cylinder, loft tanks etc. The 4 of them worked tirelessly all day (fuelled by many cups of tea / coffee!). One thing that stood out for me during the installation was the time he took to make sure the younger members of his team fully understood, asking their opinions, all part of an experienced guy wanting to pass that knowledge on.

Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved. It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.

Our boiler broke down over a weekend. An engineer came to look at it and estimated that it was uneconomical to repair and recommended that we consider a replacement. I filled out an online form on the Worcester website and was contacted within 30mins by Lacey Plumbing & Heating. A survey was conducted the following morning to ascertain what was required and a quote for an equivalent modern replacement was sent over a couple of hours later. We were happy with the quote but obviously needed the work to be done ASAP as we had no heating or hot water in DECEMBER! I relayed this to their office and they managed to get the whole job completed within 24hrs. The engineer was extremely good. Not only was the job completed impeccably but the whole area was left spotless, our online controls were reinstated and a full handover and explanations of instructions was carried out before he left. Highly recommended!!

Had a tap hose burst under bathroom sink, called Lee told him we had been without water all nite (happened late the nite before) he arrived in under an hour, had the hoses on both taps out & replaced in less than 60 minutes and really reasonable price. 100% would recommend to anyone wanting a great plumber. Dean was brilliant, I contacted him in the morning when he had a busy day and he managed to fit me in that evening. I had tried to do some diy myself and removes some radiators resulting in crimping a copper pipe and putting a hairline fracture in an L bend pipe. Dean was professional in his approach and knew how to fix both problems swiftly. I personally couldn’t recommend him enough. I now know who to contact if I have plumbing issues.

Had an issue on Christmas morning with water coming through the ceiling from the water tank. Dean picked up the message and rang at 9am- guided us on how to isolate the problem while ensuring we still had use of the central heating and mains water until the work was done. If you are looking for a competent no-nonsense Gas engineer. Look no further. Dean did such a fantastic Job with our heating and hot water system. They are very professional but also flexible to accommodate changes required during the Job. A combination that can be hard to get. Plus the price is very competitive. We changed the hot water cylinder and a Potterton boiler of 22 years. Doing these required quite a bit of plumbing overhaul. We are very happy with the Job done. We cannot recommend him enough.

When visiting my parents recently I found out that their shower had broken. They'd been let down by one company, and quoted an exorbitant price by another. We called ProHeat Plumbing and were delighted by their service. Punctual, knowledgeable, great price and treated my 80 year old Dad with kindness and respect throughout. Shower fitted and working perfectly now. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could. My Dad's not keen on the internet, but he's asked me add his recommendation as follows: A1 service! Matthew responded promptly when I requested a quotation to replace an old combi boiler and replace some inadequate pipework. He visited the property soon afterwards and spent more than an hour surveying the situation, listening to my concerns about the existing heating and plumbing and advising regards my requirements. There was no rush, no hard sell, just clear information, professional advice and choices to consider. He gave a clear indication of the lead-in time and the expected timespan for the work. When asked he had no hesitation in telling me his current charge for annual boiler service. Prior to his visit I had surveys and quotations from other installers. In fact some of them never even quoted, presumably because of the complexity of the work. I had no doubt after his visit that Matthew was my preferred installer even before his quotation arrived. I was pleased when his quotation was the most competitive. Follow-on communications by phone, text and emails were timely and reassuring. The new boiler is the Ideal Vogue Max 26kW with the added option of an integrated Ideal Halo interface with a Smart room Thermostat giving Wi-Fi and remote control as well as manual control. The boiler has a 12 year warranty. It is very quiet and efficient for central heating and hot water. The work was carried out in a professional and courteous manner. Thorough testing revealed a leaking isolating gas valve for the hob. Matthew replaced this immediately with a new valve from the van and he also replaced a seal on a radiator. Matthew is not rushed and takes pride in his workmanship. I am very pleased with his work and happy to recommend him.
