Had a leak under the bath, the office team at Lacey's were very helpful, they had no one available in the morning but called me back the same day when an engineer was available. The engineer was friendly and helpful, investigated the leak thoroughly and gave me some options for a fix, got a new part and fitted it quickly. Problem solved. It can be so hard to find reliable, quality people to work on your home. I'd definitely use Lacey's again.

I was recommended Lacey Plumbing & Heating Ltd by a friend and I'm so happy I decided to ask them to relocate and fit my new boiler. It has been a pleasure from start to finish to deal with this company. From the initial contact with Rebecca, the consultation with Mike and the installation by Baz and Louie, I felt confident that I had an experienced; professional team looking after me. They protected my carpet from dirt and debris and took every last bit of my old system and the packaging from the new one away with them. Our boiler broke down over a weekend. An engineer came to look at it and estimated that it was uneconomical to repair and recommended that we consider a replacement. I filled out an online form on the Worcester website and was contacted within 30mins by Lacey Plumbing & Heating. A survey was conducted the following morning to ascertain what was required and a quote for an equivalent modern replacement was sent over a couple of hours later. We were happy with the quote but obviously needed the work to be done ASAP as we had no heating or hot water in DECEMBER! I relayed this to their office and they managed to get the whole job completed within 24hrs. The engineer was extremely good. Not only was the job completed impeccably but the whole area was left spotless, our online controls were reinstated and a full handover and explanations of instructions was carried out before he left. Highly recommended!!

Matthew is highly skilled, professional, and goes out of his way to help. Matthew replaced our boiler in November, after it completely broke down on us! He worked quickly, efficiently and tidily, which is really important as we work from home. An excellent job. He also popped back to replace the kitchen tap at short notice, just before Christmas. We’ll definitely be calling on Matthew again.

We've just had a new Ideal Max Vogue fitted by Matt and improved pipe work from the meter. As others have said Matt visited promptly when we inquired about probably needing a new boiler and took his time to assess properly if a new boiler was needed, no hard sell at all. Quote very competitive. Matt clearly takes careful pride in his work - pipe work soo much better than what was done previously. Would recommend.

Had an issue with a leaking pipe that was leading to a bath tap. Rang ProHeat and had plumbers on site within 30 mins. Super service, not an extortionate price and the guys were really nice and cheerful. Highly recommended.

My boiler flooded inside and contacted ProHeat after seeing he already had great reviews. He was quick, efficient, and would not give up until he could get my boiler safely up and running again, even though this was proving to be an absolute pain due to it getting so wet inside. Just had Peter out today. I tried numerous plumbers who don’t turn up when they say they will and one who was really rude and expensive but Peter turned up within half an hour, communicated effectively, diagnosed the problem immediately (when previous plumbers didn’t) and fixed it there and then. Also, he’s actually a really nice man. Card only so nice and safe too. Thank you so much because I was getting so anxious after 2 weeks of unsuccessfully not fixing the leak!

Phoned Pete pm and arranged for am appt next day. Pete arrived on time, fitted a new part and gave info on the problem. Problem of water continually running into toilet bowl from cistern solved. Will use again as Pete was a pleasant plumber.

We would highly recommend Pete. We have used him for a handful of plumbing emergencies the last couple of years and he's always been super quick to respond and resolve our issues (and reasonably priced too!) One of our issues was with an upstairs loo which was leaking and also making a dreasful "foghorn" noise when it flushed which he solved the same day and the other bathroom also had a leak and an old antique toilet with a wooden cistern that other plumbers were too afraid to go near. Not only did Pete fix this for us, but through a labour of love, he took it away, releaded it for us and sanded it / brought it back to life and it now looks beautiful back in the bathroom. Pete is a friendly, professional plumber and we wouldn't use or recommend anyone else. If you have an issue, you need someone there ASAP to fix it and want the job to be done right, first time. Then Pete is your man. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Following a recommendation from another heating engineer I had a new Baxi Combi Boiler fitted by Tony in February 2017. The whole process from quote to fitting was accompanied by some of the best customer communication I have received from any company. Tony called or texted me at each point in the process and I felt fully informed and in control at all times. If you have experience of dealing with plumbers you will know that they can be unreliable and uncommunicative Tony was the opposite, he arrived as promised, calling me the day before the fitting to confirm & then on the day to give me an ETA. Subsequent to the fitting of the boiler & a replacement thermostatic radiator valve a small leak appeared on the valve connection, Tony arranged to return & corrected the problem again phoning me at each point in the process to keep me up to date. The result was a stress free process and I would like to thank Tony & AB plumbing for the professionalism of the service. I would recommend Tony Mr R Gwilliam

I echo the positive words of the previous review by Mr Gwilliam. Tony took us through all the options from replacing our old boiler to buying a new one. Absolutely no pressure but just great advice. We decided to buy a new boiler. Tony kept us up to date all the way through the purchase and installation, and gave us great post installation service as well. He fitted us in to his diary at our most convenient time. He also came to see us late in the evening, understanding I generally don’t get home from work until late and so not around during the day to chat. We were blown away by how neat all the work was, and the clean up after installation was immaculate. We will use him again without a second thought, and would recommend him to you too. Thanks Tony.

Ged did a fantastic job on the plumbing in my new kitchen, fitting new radiators, moving pipes for relocating sink, adding outside hot tap and fitting gas hob. He was very thoughtful in everything he did. Very clean and tidy and just such a lovely person to deal with. Never used such an excellent tradesman before and will always be my go to person for my gas boiler and heating. Just had boiler serviced and have nothing but praise. Would definitely recommend.

I rang to get two gas central heating boilers serviced. The young lady on the telephone was very helpful and polite, she offered me an appointment for the next day. Having worked with Pinnacle across 3-4 projects now, I can honestly say they’re the best, most professional, easy to work with, highest attention to detail and most likeable hardworking tradesmen I’ve ever worked with. Our 20 year old boiler broke down and we had no heating for a week. We were waiting for Scottish Power to get back to us as it couldn’t be repaired but ended up ringing Pinnacle on the weekend and speaking to Matt who said he would get Tim to call round on Monday. Within 24 hours Tim and his team had installed a new Baxi combi boiler which is more energy efficient and has a fantastic output. The house is really warm and can also be controlled by my phone. Tim and his team did an amazing job, they were extremely tidy, very thorough, took time to explain everything and provided an excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend and very grateful for fitting us in at such short notice. 5 ⭐️

I cannot thank Matt and Rory enough for working so hard to fix our leak. They kept us fully informed and involved us in discussion about the work. They also came out at short notice although I know they were busy. They were a pleasure to have in our home and left everything really clean and tidy. Very reasonably priced too.
